Bien ubicado y muy tranquilo. No nos hicieron el aseo de la habitación, no teníamos toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas, tardaron demasiado en llevarlas. El agua de la alberca no es climatizada. El personal es amable.

Me gusto el ambiente tranquilo. La alberca es chica, pero muy limpia y esta medio techada con un hoyo redondo que da un aire de cenote. Fue muy agradable la estadía.

Todo exelente exepto por la alberca tiene un exceso de quimicos a mi a mi mama y a otros huepedes se quejaban de picos en los Ojos mi mamá se tuvo que hacer lavador oculares por que vei borroso yo tambien solo que yo no distinguia nada y tuve que ir al medico

Nos tocó una habitación que parece recién remodelada, todo de muy buen gusto, muy cómodo todo. Aunque por estar con vista al estacionamiento en el nivel de abajo no llegaba el Wifi. Un punto en contra es que la alberca no está climatizada y estab literal HELADA el agua, solo por ese detalle no regresaría. Otro detalle es que no dan servicio del restaurante al área del alberca. Un mesero accedió amablemente a llevarnos alimentos a esa área y recibió un regaño por parte de la gerente. Tache a esa gerente. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

I've stayed there a couple of times before and everything was good so far until my last stay. I booked my stay for 2 nights and had to leave a night before because there were bed bugs all over the beds. I had to ask for a new room which they couldn't provide due to full capacity so I had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. They weren't able to refund the night that I didn't stay and offered hotel credit instead but to be honest I won't be staying there anymore.

La habitación estaba sucia, debajo de las camas mucho polvo, como no se barre... algunas paredes faltaba pintura, ruidos de una bomba de agua que prendia cada rato, no había ventana en todo el cuerto... los muebles viejos... creo que me dieron la habitación 180, que era la última del sótano... Creo que me la asignarón por reservar en expedia mas barato...

No hay elevadores, tuvimos que subir 3 pisos y estoy embarazada. Había chinches en la primera habitación que nos dieron y aunque nos cambiaron de habitación no se hicieron responsables, a pesar que sabían que tenían que tenían chinches en otros cuartos. Nosotros solo pedíamos que lavaran la ropa que usamos en esa cama y me contestaron que no, que pusiera la denuncia sanitaria. Pésima atención al cliente, hay que ir diario a recepción a pedir tu pase de desayuno. En ninguna de las habitaciones había toallas, tuvimos que pedirlas y el papel de baño también.

Checked out 1 day earlier than expected due to how unkept this place is. Very dirty room. They definitely need to work on dusting all areas. Living room area had light on ceiling. The cover to the light came off and down came little termites straight on to the dining table. Bathtub was yellow, you could tell it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Towels that they provided had holes in them. Baseboards through the whole room/bathroom and livingroom were full of dust. Also saw random tiny bugs in livingroom/kitchen area (stove or sink did not work). Very disappointed with this place. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE THINKING OF BOOKING THIS PLACE! Front desk staff were all very nice. I understand that they can only do so much.

I liked the location and the size of the rooms. I did not like the bathroom (always getting flooded), there were roaches in the room, we had to always ask for toilet paper the receptionist were on the rude side. The price was ok

We had a quick check-in, self parking is available on site. Our room was spacious and had all the basics for a night stay. Batteries in the remote didn’t work the staff at the lobby changed them out for us quickly. We had a room by the pool but it was quiet as soon as it was the evening and time for bed. Our bed was very hard, not bad for 1 night but i wouldn’t want to stay more as it was hard to sleep comfortably. All staff we came into contact with was friendly!!

En recepción me informaron que sólo tenia una noche de reservación y aún no sacaba mis cosas, les comenté que requería una noche más, y me contestaron que me harian un cargo de salida porque no retire mis cosas y me fuera a la calle. Nunca me dio la opcion de pagar la segunda noche con su tarifa habitual. No considero que la persona en recepción sea la adecuada o las politicas del lugar no favorecen el regresar menos aún recomendar

Es un hotel al que nos gusta llegar por su ubicación, queda relativamente cerca del centro de Guadalajara, del centro de Zapopan, del Auditorio Telmex, etc. Las habitaciones son de un tamaño bastante bueno. Tiene estacionamiento interno y en la calle. Cuenta con restaurante con precios adecuados, cerca hay algunas opciones para comer, y a dos cuadras hay un oxxo y a un lado hay una gasolinera donde hay un seven eleven. Areas de oportunidad. La limpieza del baño, en esta ultima habitación, en el baño hay una ventana en la que el cristal se veía sucio. La ropa de baños y las cortinas requieren renovación. La atención del personal, en nuestro caso, todo bien. La alberca no la utilizamos ya que nos tocó que habia muchos niños y como no es grande preferimos no meternos a nadar.

Todo excelente en recepción, me apoyaron con información completa, nos acompañaron hasta nuestra habitación. La limpieza excelente. Camas cómodas. Buen lugar para descansar. No recomiendo el restaurante, mi comida tardo mucho y no me sirvieron lo que pedí. La mesera nunca nos atendió de mala manera sin embargo, se le ve un poco distraída, no prestaba atención. Recomiendo que salgan a desayunar fuera.

Todo perfecto durante la estancia de 2 noches, el desayuno rico y a buen precio, muy amables las personas de recepción y botones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Pedimos traslado al aeropuerto atraves del hotel y llegó súper puntual.

Es una propiedad con algo de deterioro por la antigüedad. El atractivo para muchos es la alberca. Lo que es un desastre es el restaurante, pésimo servicio, sucio, tazas en mal estado... mala experiencia, solamente desayunamos el primer día.

No contaban con plancha en cada habitación, hubo que esperar.que se desocupara y enviaron una que estaba súper quemada y obviamente dañaría la ropa. Tuvimos que comprar una plancha. El desayuno ni lo.paguen, pésima atención y terrible comida.

The room I was assigned had a horrid smell of drainage wich came from the bathroom floor. The stench covered the pillows and blankets of the room and the smell was difficult to get it out.

Honestly I was expecting an Ok room , checked in . Got into my room the bathroom and floor and the overall room were filthy dirty. No towels at all . Called 2 times and didnt receive them until 4 hours later . It was not a pleasant stay . Dissappointed
