Hotel del Refugio

Made reservations for two rooms. They left keys for only one.

Unfortunately I fell off the steps coming down the restroom. I don’t think those stairs are safe. Especially how slippery it was. Never again am I staying here unfortunately. Not to mention the light, my husband kept running into because it’s hanging very low In the middle of the room. Those stairs going on don’t feel safe at all 🙁

Noisy it seemed you were at a bar all night , dirty, breakfast was not ready by 8:30am like they said.

The staff is great, except the night-shift receptionist. It is always clean but sometimes hot water does nothing work
