Ausgezeichnetes, sauberes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Ausgestattet mit Spa, Sauna, Pool und mehreren Restaurants, mangelt es einem hier an nichts. Erwähnenswert wäre dass wir 2x nachts wach geworden sind weil die Moschee gegenüber um 04:45 Uhr über Lautsprecher zum Gebet gerufen hat. Aber auch darüber konnten wir hinwegsehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unfassbar reichhaltig und es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt.

一人旅行で利用しました。フロント、レストラン、部屋の清掃などでの対応は全く問題ありませんでした。フレンドリー、かつ丁寧な対応で、満足でした。モナスからも徒歩圏内であり、観光にも便利です。ホテルのプールも利用しましたが、清潔で良かったです。 ジャカルタ滞在時にはまた利用させていただきたいです。

One of the lifts had problem. It suddenly went down freely for few second and my friend was so afraid in the lift.

快適に過ごせました。スタッフ、設備ともに問題ないです。中心部にあるので、市内観光にも便利だと思います。ジャカルタに来た際にはまた利用したいです。

Great facilities - gym spa restaurants - for the value

There are many food options around the hotel but these shops cater toward the locals. There’s a comparable 7-11 store right across from the hotel. The hotel has a great fitness center while the pool and breakfast areas have lots of children. The pool is quiet at times during weekday however I wish they have a designated smoking area around the pool. There is a good outdoor smoking area right across from the check in counter. Food at breakfast is ok with many Indonesian choices but limited for Western, i.e. no dry fruit or nuts available for cereal. They do have eggs to order for breakfast. The room is not big but clean with limited spaces especially when you have more than 1 suitcase. The food options at the restaurants are good for dinner.

Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Awesome breakfast food selections and beverages. Free chocolate tasting at 4-5pm should not be missed.

Clean, fresh, new! Service is prompt and facilities are new and managed well.

Shampoo and conditioner should be refilled. And the pool has the fair size. Decent restaurant.

It is not worth for 5-start at all. The shower gel in the shower room is literally empty. You have to use Shampoo for the body. There is no chair and desk in the room if you want to work.

Luxury in the midst of a poor area. Close to many key locations. Staff are amazing! They go the extra mile for you! They took me across the road to a mini mart for shopping. I’ve seen some reviews stating the rooms are small and yes this is slightly correct but I think they’re good enough to accomodate a couple! The design, fresh look and the brand new design is evident. The buffet is diverse and covering a multitude of cuisines. Would definitely recommend!

Sound isolation is very bad, watering sound coming in from different floors and room connected. Not recommend if you are easily be woke up.

Great new hotel with very nice rooms

Très agréable mais je n’ai pas réservé à nouveau parce que je n’avais pas de bureau dans la chambre or c’est essentiel pour moi.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. First of all, despite my Gold status and VIP access from HOTELS.com, the hotel refused any upgrade, claiming that only ACCOR chain “corporate” members are entitled to this privilege, even though suites were available. I sent several messages to HOTELS.com and to the hotel chain, as my Gold status clearly grants me an upgrade when a room is available. This policy had been confirmed to me, yet the hotel still refused. I am also disappointed with HOTELS.com, which did not respond adequately to my requests to resolve this issue. We were initially placed in a very noisy room and requested a quieter one. The room offered was a connecting room. Between the first and second night, loud construction work began, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. Between the second and third night, a strong paint smell forced us to change rooms a second time. Other issues added to this poor experience: - Coffee machine not working, with long delays before it was fixed - Television not connected (photographic proof provided) - Room service: food arrived cold Overall, this is far from the experience one expects from a 5-star hotel. After staying in many hotels of this category, this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. I do not recommend this hotel and hope management will take measures to improve the quality of its services.

I’ve seen some reviews stating the rooms are small and yes this is slightly correct but I think they’re good enough to accomodate a couple! The design, fresh look and the brand new design is evident. The buffet is diverse and covering a multitude of cuisines. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Beautiful hotel - amazingly helpful staff. It is in Central Jakarta but not an area you would be able to walk to a shopping mall or coffee bar. You will need to get a Grab to see anywhere in the City.

Great staff, great dining, all that worked there seem motivated and genuinely concerned about customer experience. The floor I was on was somewhat noisy, I think it was the laundering machines, otherwise it was an awesome stay. Fully recommend
