I don't even have words to describe it, terrible location, terrible service, the breakfast was better off being bought at the supermarket, they only offered bread and butter... There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived and when I was leaving I looked under the bed and it was filthy... In the end they charged me for a scale that was returned

Wonderful staff. They let us check in early. Very helpful in telling us how to navigate around the area. Found our cell phone in the room after we checked out and ran to the parking garage to give it back to us. We will stay here again.
