We were there for a wedding in the area, it was a lovely stay and the pool is awesome, the restaurant is great and overall we would stay again.

Possibly the Worst Hotel Experience I've Had in 10+ Years I've been using Hotels.com for over 10 years and this is, without question, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. After working all weekend at a festival, I arrived around 11pm looking forward to nothing more than a good night's sleep in the double room I'd booked and paid for. Instead, I was told they only had a twin room available and that they had "tried to contact me". Interesting, because there was no phone call, no voicemail, no email and no message through Hotels.com. I even showed the receptionist my phone, emails and Hotels.com account to prove that no contact had been made. The response? A dismissive shrug and the clear impression that somehow this was my fault. My choices were simple: accept a room I hadn't booked or have no room at all. What was completely absent was any apology, accountability or basic customer service. Not once did anyone say "sorry". In the end I left and stayed elsewhere because I was that annoyed. If your idea of hospitality is taking bookings for one room, offering another, failing to tell the guest and then blaming them for it, you'll love this place. I certainly won't be recommending it. One star. The only thing missing was Basil Fawlty telling me it was all my fault. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Stayed 3 nights

Had a great stay, the room was nice and clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were very nice. I wasn’t aware until after I had booked the use of the pool was an extra charge. Also parking wasn’t free which was also not expected. Overall would stay again but would have to factor in the extra costs
