We enjoy staying here with the kids, staff are friendly, clean and the meals are good. My kids enjoy using the play equipment however it could probably do with a splash of paint and fixing the hole in the fencing but that certainly wont stop me from giving a top rating.

This was not our cup of tea. Its a gaming hotel. Upon arrival there was No staff only a machine to check in so when u need help or supplies your on your own. Thankful there was grocery store near by to buy toilet paper. Sinks needed drain, bathtub was nice but water pump was very loud to fill. Room was clean. Bed ok. They have hot tub but its not hot. Pool was filled with teens so we left. Plus the teens were outside until 4am fooling around. No security.

Great location easy driving distance to Cataract Gorge. Room was clean and tidy. IGA was right next door which handy for popping down and getting snacks for the kids. We had dinner in the bistro and could not fault the meal! Staff were lovely and food came out fast, theres even an indoor playground for kids at bistro! Really appeciated the laundry on site although had to go to nearby bottle shop for coins to use $4 each for washing and drying. Only negative was the pool and spa. There wasnt really a step to get up and into the spa which was weird. Also, the pool was a bit unique with the shape/depth so i was a little nervous about our toddler going in the deep end which was actually in the middle of the pool.

This property was not worth the money we paid. The facilities were gross especially the spa. The room was very old and dated and it was noisy beside the road. The shower barely worked and this room was in desperate need of renovation. The pool was the only positive.

Room was very dirty, marks on walls, doors and carpet. Ant issues (ants on our bed) and in the bathroom. Kettle and cutlery (however needed to use the bathroom to fill up the kettle and wash dishes) so we bought take away each night and refused to use the bathroom sink to clean and wash our dishes. Couch had stains. Curtain rod was black (mould or dirt?) spider webs on the walls near bunk beds. Pool was okay, but there were people drinking alcohol in it. Spa was disgusting (would never get in it!)

Whilst the room smelt overwhelmingly of bleach, the room and furniture did not appear clean. Lots of large stains were all over the furniture, the plates were dirty and needed washing prior to using, and the cooking equipment (especially the frying pan) were in extremely poor condition.

Quite dirty in our room. Spiderwebs and a lot of dust on the brick wall right beside the bunk beds. My son was sneezing all night from the dust. The window track in the bathroom was filthy. The cups and bowls and spoons provided for use did not look like they had been cleaned from previous guests in the room.

Our rooms carpet was dirty. There was dirt and mould along the skirt near the shower. The shower door could not be closed as a piece of moulding had come loose. The bed was as hard as a rock so sleep was not achievable. We left after 1 night at 6am of a 3 night stay. Not happy and won’t return. No refund was offered by the property just a “sorry” you should have let us know.

Nicer than expected interior. Very close to the airport which is why we stayed here. Property is older but bathroom is updated. Bed was comfortable. It had a bunk bed too in case you’re traveling with more people. Easy check in. Nothing special but good for an overnight stay.

Room was adequate and well maintained. However the food from the bistro would be some of the worst we’ve had for a very long time. Disappointing as it’s not a ‘cheap’ feed for a pub menu. Accomodation reasonable for price.
