Der Stil des Zimmers mit Balkon hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Klimaanlage war leise und zuverlässig. Zwei kostenlose Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tassen und Teebeutel fanden wir vor. Die unmittelbare Lage zur sehr leisen und zentralen Metro ist ideal für einen Städtetrip und der Parkplatz am Haus spart viel Zeit und Nerven.

Nice hotel, very old fashioned charm, extremely convenient location next to a tube stop, half way between the train station and the port d'Ouchy. However no wheelchair/pram access, which is crazy in this day and age specially since it didn't seem impossible to make the building a bit more accessible. very inconvenient with large luggages. And the breakfast wasn't worth the price!

hôtel très bien situé à condition que votre chambre soit à l'arrière et non pas du coté métro qui grince horriblement au freinage. l'hôtel est à coté du métro donc ultra pratique pour descendre au petit port de Ouchy ou monter en centre ville. cependant pas de restaurant ouvert. bar également fermé. moquette dans la chambre sale (ils sont en train de la changer dans d'autre chambres). literie comfortable mais les duvets sont synthétiques. nous avons demander un oreiller supplémentaire et on nous a répondu que normalement nous étions limités à un oreiller par personne. obligés de monter soi meme les bagages sur plusieurs marches. aucune aide. le ménage est très bien fait par le personnel de ménage. petit balcon sympa. donc un hôtel daté à refaire mais très bien situé et joli d'aspect. si on a un budget plus élevé, prendre le Savoy à coté mais sinon, pour Lausanne, le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Séjour court pris à la dernière minute. Hôtel très bien situé (50m métro 2), accueil excellent avec surclassement. Titres de transport en commun offert (pê tous les hôtels de Lausanne...). Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu onéreux. Chambre plutôt jolie et classique, bien équipée. Un peu de bruit sourd provenant probablement de l'ascenseur adjacent. Bar lounge pas très lounge (lobby) et boisson servi par l'équipe d'accueil, sans choix très vaste de cocktail.

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in but were able to leave our car at the hotel whilst we went down to the lake front. Hotel was very well presented inside, not much space to move around in the room as bed and furniture take up a lot of space. However, having a balcony made up for this and was very welcome. The city train system runs alongside the hotel with a station right next to it. Would recommend using this to get to either the lake or city centre. The only negative was breakfast was very expensive at CHF30 per person. Overall though the hotel comes highly recommended.

Zentral gelegen, man kommt gut zu Fuß zu See. Besonders schön war, dass man für den Aufenthalt pro Person ein Tagesticket erhält. Frühstück sehr gut, jedoch 30 Franken p.P. Leider kein ebenerdiger Eingang zum Hotel.

We had the most amazing hotel visit ever in Switzerland and we have been coming for many years, but this was by far the best. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the bedroom facilities were all just perfect! We are so grateful to you ss you have made this the perfect holiday! Thankyou!

Our experience was terrible, the towels smelled horrible and were terrible quality. The Room was the smallest room I have ever seen. Regardles this property was chosen because of proximity of the Hotel Beau Rivage where we had several events. We did not expect anything extraordinary as we are very aware of hotels and pricing, nonetheless the maintenance and conditions were not up to the level of a basic inn. The day of the big wedding we were attending, the AC on the whole property was damaged. And we had to leave all sweaty and perspiring to an important formal event. Overall I am extremely disappointed on all experienced in this hotel.

Although the room was very small it was comfortable and quiet. Very clean bathroom. The hotel decor is a little dated but the location is very good- next to the metro station and five minute walk to the lake.there was a small issue with the air conditioning in the room but once that was sorted, it was cool. And the price is very good for Lausanne.

Fantastic location, historic hotel that has been well maintained. Looking at the photos on the walls was a step back in time. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The decor in the room was amazing being true to era but either recently touched up or simply very well maintained. The hotel helped us fill out the form to get free public transit. It’s a lovely walk to the lake, or an easy (free) tram ride. Highly recommend this hotel.

Très bon séjour, personnel très serviable et plaisant, petit déjeuner généreux, literie très confortable. Seul bémol, la chambre était vraiment riquiqui. On ne pouvait même pas tourner autour du lit, il fallait se glisser entre le matelas et la commode. Et pas assez de prises, j'ai du débrancher la télé pour brancher la bouilloire. Cela n'allait pas avec le décor assez rococo et luxueux.

Right next to the Metro stop Delices, so handy for the whole of Lausanne. Lovely rooms, spacious, elegant, comfortable bed, good bathroom. The only small issue was that there was no full-length mirror, which seemed odd. This is a lovely property and good value for money in an expensive city.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao lago e ao lado de estação de metro Equipe pode ser um pouco mais simpática e prestativa. Eu falo inglês e francês, mas moças da recepção, inclusive brasileira, demoraram a falar em português com pessoas da minha família.

We had the most comfortable stay at the boutique! It’s located right off the metro so traveling around the city could not have been more convenient. The boutique itself was stunning and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable! Very special thanks to Yulia and Maeve for recommending and booking our train ride through Lavaux! It was such a sweet gesture.

Séjour court pris à la dernière minute. Hôtel très bien situé (50m métro 2), accueil excellent avec surclassement. Titres de transport en commun offert (pê tous les hôtels de Lausanne...). Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu onéreux. Chambre plutôt jolie et classique, bien équipée. Un peu de bruit sourd provenant probablement de l'ascenseur adjacent. Bar lounge pas très lounge (lobby) et boisson servi par l'équipe d'accueil, sans choix très vaste de cocktail.

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and worry free. They booked cabs, held and delivered packages to us, kept our room immaculate and always greeted us each time we arrived or departed the building. We loved that a Métro station was right next to the hotel and a Métro Transport Card was included with our room. We used it frequently allowing us to explore many parts of the city where we also walked a lot. Since Lausanne is on a hill, you’re either going up or down and the Métro was a good option. The hotel is located halfway between the train station and Lac Léman. There is a lovely café just a few doors down and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant at the Carlton Lausanne Boutique Hotel is superb and they also serve a very tasty breakfast buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. This was the perfect base for our week’s stay in Lausanne and we will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Lausanne.

Right next to the Metro stop Delices, so handy for the whole of Lausanne. Lovely rooms, spacious, elegant, comfortable bed, good bathroom. The only small issue was that there was no full-length mirror, which seemed odd. This is a lovely property and good value for money in an expensive city.

Excellent choice for the night after a late ending concert at the Montreux Jazz Festival. We could take the special night train from Montreux to Lausanne at 01:19am (20minutes), then walk down 6 minutes to the hotel. Safe place, well located.

Fantastic location, historic hotel that has been well maintained. Looking at the photos on the walls was a step back in time. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The decor in the room was amazing being true to era but either recently touched up or simply very well maintained. The hotel helped us fill out the form to get free public transit. It’s a lovely walk to the lake, or an easy (free) tram ride. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, very old fashioned charm, extremely convenient location next to a tube stop, half way between the train station and the port d'Ouchy. However no wheelchair/pram access, which is crazy in this day and age specially since it didn't seem impossible to make the building a bit more accessible. very inconvenient with large luggages. And the breakfast wasn't worth the price!

When I made the reservation I said to include breakfast. I prepaid for the room including breakfast. At check-in I was told it didn't include breakfast and they wanted to charge an additional $25 per person just for breakfast. That would have been $50 more!!!!

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in but were able to leave our car at the hotel whilst we went down to the lake front. Hotel was very well presented inside, not much space to move around in the room as bed and furniture take up a lot of space. However, having a balcony made up for this and was very welcome. The city train system runs alongside the hotel with a station right next to it. Would recommend using this to get to either the lake or city centre. The only negative was breakfast was very expensive at CHF30 per person. Overall though the hotel comes highly recommended.

This boutique hotel met all of my expectations. Wonderful staff, great lobby and breakfast restaurant. The rooms were super elegant with great storage and had a really large terrace style balcony. Coming from the train station, it was a quick walk (all downhill) to get to the location. We could have taken the M2 metro as it stops right next to the hotel. Room was very nice and larger than expected. Overall, it was a good stay.
