Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, nous sommes arrivés ce samedi soir 20/09, pour commencer aucune place de parking disponible, le réceptionniste du samedi soir à 23h me conseil de garer ma voiture dans un parking du supermarché à 500m, en m’affirmant que je n’aurais aucun problème le lendemain matin pour récupérer mon véhicule. J’ai fais confiance à cet homme et le dimanche matin je me suis retrouvé sans véhicule, parking fermé, alors que j’avais une compétition sportive à 8h30 du matin… bref tout est tombé à l’eau suite à cet incident avec l’hôtel qui n’a pas réussi à me proposer une solution alternative, mis à part «désolé on peut rien faire »

Hotel was not in the city centre - it was a 15 to 20 minute walk through an unsafe-feeling neighbourhood to get to the centre. Facilities were not as described, sauna is not available yet following refurb. Staff clearly jaded by having to apologise for this but not empowered to offer anything to compensate. Not sure how this is anything other than fraudulent. Spacious room with a nice view of the river. Comfortable mattress but inadequate pillows.

Great location in the middle of the town. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. On-site parking was very handy as the old streets are tightly packed, plus the EV charger was welcome and reasonably priced. Helpful staff too.

Great hotel! The lobby is clean and has a great area to relax and talk. The rooms and hallways could use upgrades due to being a little worn but the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and all the staff we encountered were friendly. We had dinner at hotel one night and it was excellent ! Parking has a good space for any size vehicle. About 15-20 minute walk to main city center but you see some tourist sites on way. Overall a great stay !

They kept the place tidy and refreshed often. We didn’t get here early enough to explore so cannot comment on that but not so far from City Center. The room was really comfortably furnished and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok. The sausages were a bit too dry anything else was very tasty though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the maintain in front of the hotel is currently under construction, which was a bit disappointing.

Notre séjour était superbe. En fait nous avons été à Maastricht mais nous avons dormi sur liege. L'hotel est très très bien. Une belle grande chambre avec un très grand lit très confortable. Chambre très propre, salle de bain nickel. Une chambre avec deux grandes fenetres donc bien de clareté, une vue sur le petit jardinet très très bien. Le petit déjeuner était très bien aussi. Rien à dire. personnel très très sympathique et serviable. Le seul problème dommage que le parking est payant et en plus pas bon marché. C'est le seul bémol. Le reste très très bien

This hotel is in an old building and they are doing a fabulous job resurrecting a has been in an area where there are few hotels. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. I am not sure how much noisier it will be once the trams start running on the new tracks. The breakfast was amazing!

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel dat ook goed Engels sprak. Erg bekend met de omgeving en waar ik terecht kon voor activiteiten. Zowel ontbijt als diner in aangrenzend restaurant was zeer goed. De kamers zijn echt geluidsdicht en de gordijnen zijn echt compleet licht blokkerend. Persoonlijke minpunten zijn beperkt tot het ontbreken van stopcontacten naast het bed en de hoeveelheid verlichting op de kamer.

Not the best stay, the plugs for the kettle didn’t work, there seemed to be a lot of airline staff staying which meant that they were being wake up calls and leaving at odd hours like midnight I reported the non working plug and the electrician arrived to fix it just before checkout, which was awkward as we were attempting to pack up and leave

De kamer was prima op de douchekop na die er steeds af viel. Kamer erg warm airco kon het niet aan en het raam kon maar op een klein stukje open. Geen koelkastje aanwezig en lamp was kapot. Eerste ochtend gingen we ontbijten en we werden weggestuurd met pak maar wat en eet maar op je kamer. Bij het ontbijt geen vriendelijke mensen. Diner was heerlijk en super vriendelijk mensen die ook nog eens Nederlands spraken. Parkeerplaats is zeker niet bewaakt, in de avond gaat er een hek dicht maar hek gaat voor iedereen open. Zat een hondje in een auto en volgende dag nog maar ze deden er niks mee. Wel gemeld, met bewaking was dit wel opgevallen.

The hotel is located in a small street without any parking facilities. You have to use their private parking lot, and they charge 18 euros per day for this, which is clearly exaggerated. Besides, when going to the reception for check-out, the person rudely asked me to wait that he is done with a group of men that were standing on the side. This could have been said more politely, especially since I'm 6 months pregnant and I would have appreciate to be given priority.

The hotel standard is quite okay. The receptionist was a bit rude upon our arrival when we asked if it was possible to check in early. Could've been a language barrier. Still very helpful to let us store the luggage until we could check-in. The wall socket next to the bed didn't work. The ethernet outlets (there were 2) didn't work. There was a high-pitched noise from the ventilation. Small but annoying details that add up. It was a busy business trip so I never had time to inform the reception about the problems. At the time of my visit, there was a lot of construction going on nearby. Roads were temporarily blocked and there was a gravel road outside. No problem getting around but can be a bit confusing if you visit the hotel by car.

Not the best stay, the plugs for the kettle didn’t work, there seemed to be a lot of airline staff staying which meant that they were being wake up calls and leaving at odd hours like midnight I reported the non working plug and the electrician arrived to fix it just before checkout, which was awkward as we were attempting to pack up and leave

Der Service beim Frühstück war gut. Miserabel war der Service an der Bar. Unfreundlich und abweisend.Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar ist bis 23.00 Uhr angegeben. They kept the place tidy and refreshed often. We didn’t get here early enough to explore so cannot comment on that but not so far from City Center. "City Centre" is a bit of a misnomer as it is a fair walk to the City Centre. The main issues were:- a) the car park was permanently full and there seems to be no system to control car entry so often cars were double parked blocking guests in b) the new Liege tram system is being built so the front of the hotel is currently a large roadwork.

Great hotel! The lobby is clean and has a great area to relax and talk. The rooms and hallways could use upgrades due to being a little worn but the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and all the staff we encountered were friendly. We had dinner at hotel one night and it was excellent ! Parking has a good space for any size vehicle. About 15-20 minute walk to main city center but you see some tourist sites on way. Overall a great stay !
