This an older property. Some may consider it to be aged. I've stayed at places much more expensive that maybe newer, but don't offer the comfort that I found here. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was S/25 soles. Eggs, fruit, bread and coffee. Very satisfying. Can't beat this hotel for the price.

The experience was great, however, the hotel rooms rug needs to be replaced as it smells like a different decade as is the slow elevator. The main issue I had was with booking, the original price for a night was $27 with fees but ended up being $49 by the time I reached checkout before purchasing. I did not appreciate the algorithm doing a bait and switch. I had to take a screenshot and receive a credit from Expedia. If you see a great price for the area, screenshot it before proceeding and do not leave the page.

La Candelaria tiene las cosas principales de Bogotá así que la localización es buena pero la calle está en mal estado y por la noche está mal iluminada y el hotel cierra a cal y canto. Es un edificio precioso como pocos pero también viejo, sin ventanas al exterior y con mala insonorización, se oye todo. No es un hotel moderno ni físicamente ni psicológicamente con lo que no esperes que se puedan traer invitados o tenga servicios o amenidades. La gente aún así es realmente amable.

Since the Check in was not great ,the manager approach to me and talk about that situation and she accommodate me in some things and really appreciate it but to be a Hotel **** stars I was very disappointed until my last day, But the staff from the breakfast and room service very nice people. They should be more careful cleaning the hotel in general.

Mi familia y yo, le otorgamos 5 estrellas a éste Hotel. El personal es muy profesional y súper amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas y limpias, no es el hotel más moderno de la zona, pero le dan buen mantenimieto. Los desayunos son variados, porque se trata de un Bufé. Si alguna vez volvemos a Lima sin duda regresaremos a éste mismo hotel.
Mi familia y yo, le otorgamos 5 estrellas a éste Hotel. El personal es muy profesional y súper amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas y limpias, no es el hotel más moderno de la zona, pero le dan buen mantenimieto. Los desayunos son variados, porque se trata de un Bufé. Hotel is very well located in an areas with quick access to dining and shopping options. Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I had several days with limited internet access, something unusual and expected to be resolved without difficulties but was not. Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and affordable. I’ll definitely give the hotel another try in my future trip to Lima

Localizacion, muy buena, buen distrito nos sentimos seguros. Servicio :No muy satisfecha , viajamos con nuestro nino de 5 anos . Reserve una habitation jr. King con sofa cama para El Niño. Cuando entre a la habitacion, no vi las sabanas para el sofa cama, llame a recepcion y me dijeron que tenia costo adicional $20 USD . Utilizo Hotels.com por anos y a muchos destinos internacionales.JAMAS he tenido in cargo adicional por sabanas para sofa cama para mi nino.Segun la reccepcionista eso lo tenia que haber solicitado antes . Al dia siguiente despues del desayuno ( muy bueno por cierto) vi a la persona encargada de “housekeeping “ muy amable Beatriz , Ella manejo la situation hablo con la recepcionista y despues de una larga explicacion me otorgaron las sabanas sin costo adicional. Desayuno: al reservar la habitacion tome la opcion de pagar adicional por el desayuno. Eramos 3 personas . El primer dia no’s sirvieron desayuno a los 3 (2 adults y um nino de 5 anos) el segundo dia el muchacho del restaurante me dice que habia pagado por dos desayunos y no por 3 . Le digo que NO , que es incorrecto. Voy a recepcion y la muchacha me dice que efectivamnete solo habia pagado por dos. Me explica que la pagina web le dio la nota de que “adultos comoartirian desayuno con el nino “ le pedi por favor que tome foto de su pantalla que yo queria verlo asi lo hizo . The hotel itself is closed. There is no sign or information alerting this situation. It became that a neighboring property of the same chain is replacing its functions. They didn't recognize the reservation we made and assigned a twin bed instead of a queen bed as contracted. The staff is rude and utterly incompetent, threatening to cancel our reservation at midnight or asking to pay additional expenses. There is no manager on duty to solve the problems. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or be prepared to be ripped off.

Le digo que NO , que es incorrecto. Voy a recepcion y la muchacha me dice que efectivamnete solo habia pagado por dos. Me explica que la pagina web le dio la nota de que “adultos comoartirian desayuno con el nino “ le pedi por favor que tome foto de su pantalla que yo queria verlo asi lo hizo . Limpieza : No limpiaron la habitacion , por lo tanto tampoco el bano (Estuvimos de viernes a Domingo ) Las toallas percudida

Hotel is very well located in an areas with quick access to dining and shopping options. Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I had several days with limited internet access, something unusual and expected to be resolved without difficulties but was not. Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and affordable. I’ll definitely give the hotel another try in my future trip to Lima

This an older property. Some may consider it to be aged. I've stayed at places much more expensive that maybe newer, but don't offer the comfort that I found here. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was S/25 soles. Eggs, fruit, bread and coffee. Very satisfying. Can't beat this hotel for the price.

Como suele suceder, las fotos muestran casi siempre los mejores ángulos y es difícil de apreciar los años que pueden tener unas instalaciones. En éste caso se trata de un hotel que debe tener unos 25 años de construido y aunque le hayan dado buen mantenimiento no es tan moderno como lo parece. Lo que compensa esto, es el trato amable y esmerado de todo el personal, los buenos desayunos y la muy buena ubicación. Mi hijo y yo, vamos a volver sin duda alguna a éstehotel, porque la relación precio - servicio es bastante justa.

Since the Check in was not great ,the manager approach to me and talk about that situation and she accommodate me in some things and really appreciate it but to be a Hotel **** stars I was very disappointed until my last day, But the staff from the breakfast and room service very nice people. They should be more careful cleaning the hotel in general.

Mi familia y yo, le otorgamos 5 estrellas a éste Hotel. El personal es muy profesional y súper amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas y limpias, no es el hotel más moderno de la zona, pero le dan buen mantenimieto. Los desayunos son variados, porque se trata de un Bufé. Si alguna vez volvemos a Lima sin duda regresaremos a éste mismo hotel.

Localizacion, muy buena, buen distrito nos sentimos seguros. Servicio :No muy satisfecha , viajamos con nuestro nino de 5 anos . Reserve una habitation jr. King con sofa cama para El Niño. We've stayed here several times. The hotel is older and could use a remodel. But all things considered, my wife and I find it very comfortable. The area is lovely and safe with food options near by.
