I liked the setup on the rooms. Very beautiful and homie feeling. The mattress was ok. Not too comfortable but overall, everything was beautiful. I also like the outdoor patio setup.

This is an aparthotel - which means they are not a full-service hotel. Their facility is best suited for traveling professionals who want the comfort of an apartment with light services (receptionist, groundskeepers, etc. during ). Don't expect room service, daily housekeeping, or a pool. We greatly enjoyed our stay here as a family with two dogs to evacuate for a few days to escape a hurricane. The studio rooms are standard with full kitchens and living rooms. The walking distance to Target, Publix, and restaurants made staying here a dream.

Exactly as pictured, great location and beautiful property. Home away from home. I will definitely stay here again. Only 4 stars because it didn’t have a pool, as hot as it gets a pool would have been nice. The place is very safe and modern. While the patio was beautiful and cozy it was getting work done during my stay, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I happened to stay at a stayAPT property in Tennessee a few weeks prior to this stay and both were excellent. Not only reasonable, but very spacious and clean. They are pet friendly too and has plenty of areas outside with waste bags available. If you are looking for a property that offers 24/7 front desk availability, this is not that. It is more apartment style living with set hours for the front desk. But they were very accomodating when I arrived after the desk was closing. Kristen and Julia were great as well as the housekeeping staff. They are all doing a great job. Thank you!

I like the patio lounge view the room was nice but not clean at all. The pull out bed had bacon in it with a vape and also a stain on the sheets. Everytime i cooled dog hair would end up in the food i guess from the previous customers. Front office guy attitude is horrible!!!!! I will never stay there again!!!

It was few spots missed while cleaning before we arrived but very minor. Overall the space was clean, safe, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again

The price for the amount of room was great! Most of the room was very clean, but at some point a customer had a pet in the room because their was dog hair all over the carpet and the spare blanket smelled strongly of dog. Would have given 5 stars if the blanket and carpet were cleaned.

Room was nice, there was no pool which wasnt communicated to us. I moved tge couch to grab a toy and found a pair of dirty black underwear so clearly the room wasnt throughly cleaned. Staff was very kind

Pull out couch had pet hair all over the mattress. Extra blackout and sheet wasn’t washed. Microwave didn’t have a plate inside it. Not worth all that money for a stay.!

My wife and I had a great time. We have never been to Pensacola but enjoyed our stay. This is also the first time we stayed in an apartment suite. A great experience for us. What we liked about it is, it felt like we were in a home. The kitchen area was larger than we expected. We were able to prepare meals and eat at the bar/table together. The stove and oven worked well. Roomy refrigerator. We liked that the bathroom was separated from the kitchen and bedroom area. The beds were comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and the young man at the front desk was patient and friendly. The location was good. Even though it was around a shopping area, it was not at all too noisy. We tried a new restaurant with tasty food. We also went to the beach which was not far away. Overall, we had a great time and our stay at Stay APT Suites helped to complete the great time.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, location and comfort was great! Internet did not work, wasn’t aware that I had to bring my own broom for wood floor and none was given. I understand that this location is fairly new but there should be communication about issues and clerk shouldn’t be non existent.

Check-in was awful. She was rude. Never saw where it was required to pay $$$$ up front for incidentals. She argued with me about our pet which is a registered service animal. Room stated it accommodated 6 people. However, we only had 4 of each item (ie towels, wash clothes, dishes, etc.). We registered 5 people staying so we didn’t have enough of anything for everyone. Two lights flickered on and off the entire stay. Toilet paper holder was broken so we had to leave toilet paper on the floor or sink.

The property sent an email saying we could electronically check in. I downloaded the app and it wouldn’t work. I called the property and they said it never works that way. We had to physically come in to the front office. Why bother with false directions ?

The room was very clean! All the appliances were newer! The front desk staff was nice. The only thing that I didn’t love was that there is not staff on site 24/7 therefore you really need to download to app to have the digital key on your phone in case you get locked out. They do have an emergency number to call though. Luckily we didn’t have any issues with this but I was alway on high alert making sure I had my phone and a key when it was after hours. The front desk staff is very nice! I would definitely stay here again.

Julia and Hillary are awesome! We were evacuating for Hurricane Milton and they were so helpful during this stressful time. The suite was so nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk to the Publix, Target, and Panera. All the staff were very helpful. I definitely will be staying at StayAPT Suites in the future.

The rooms are like small studio apartments. Well designed and brand new! So new, my room still smelled like paint. One issue was that the floor did not seem to have been swept Bedding could be more comfortable. Also, one of the pillows smelled like scalp sweat (?) That was weird. Aside from these issues, the place was spotless. . Overall, good experience. The hotel is located right outside of a shopping center (target and other retailers) and is a swift 15-20 min drive to the seafront.
