The marina view was beautiful. The amenities offered are everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Management was prompt and informative with any questions I had. The pool is heated and located right in front of the marina. The unit was very clean and the property was not too far but far enough away from the major tourist attractions.

Beutiful property with private pool, balconies, and docks. Modern new building that made it easy for our charter boat to pick us up in the backyard at the dock!

The twin beds were converted to kings at our request. The home was well stocked and the laundry room across the hall was very convenient. The pool area is right on the marina and had plenty of loungers and chairs. It was about a 1 mile walk to Duvall street or an Uber ride was only $10 and very quick to arrive.There were also several restaurants with in a short walk. The property manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

The unit was incredibly clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The pool out back was nice, as well. Kids enjoyed it and it was just steps away from your room. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Large refrigerator, coffee machine combo k-cup/drip. You’ll need to pick up your own k-cups/coffee. A large convenience store chain about 2 miles up the road, Deval Street is about 1 mile the other direction. We walked it the first early morning, without effort, but by mid-morning: Key West is very hot and humid, you will notwant to walk anywhere :). I would recommend a rental car or there are a lot of places to rent scooters, golf carts, bicycles etc. My last piece of general advice if you are still planning your trip—if you are a drinker you will enjoy Key West, but it isn’t ideal for non-drinkers. I would definitely recommend this location, much more relaxing and less expensive than anything near Deval St.If I go again, I will definitely choose this property.

One recommendation we do have is that black out curtains be added as outside lighting stays on and all bedrooms had light entering the rooms that could not be blocked out. Otherwise our stay was fantastic! Close to all Key West attractions and even had charging stations for the golf cart we rented to scoot around! Very convenient for sure!Property management was responsive and accomodating and loved that we could leave our luggage at their office location until we caught our Ferry ride back to Venice. We would definately stay again but next time request a bay front balcony view!!

We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute! The condo is clean and recently updated with new appliances. However, there is only 1 tiny broom closet and the area rug in the living room is stained and should be replaced. It is conveniently located close to the downtown section, beaches, entertainment and restaurants. It is quiet and the pool was warm and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was spotlessly clean. Three bed three bath perfect for three couples. Awesome heated saltwater pool. Rented a golf cart to get around which is a great way to go. Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Very easy check in/check out. Highly recommend.

The condo and location were perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, each had its own bath and we were about a mile from town. Could easily walk but could drive and uber as well. The only negative I would give the unit is we were on level 2 and we could hear every step and conversations that were taking place above us. Not a dealbraker but just a heads up.

The unit exterior is nice, pool was great, grounds well kept, & on a marina, but not the marina at the heart of town. Marina offers a serene backdrop and Mac's is a good place for drinks/apps.Not being familiar with the Keys, we looked at things to do. Old Town was mentioned often. "Old Town Rentals" felt misleading, it's not in that area. The convenience to dining, etc. was disappointing. Parking is a challenge and the "bikes available" were rentals (14/day). We walked 6 miles when we went to town. Distance kept us from going as often as initially planned.VRBOs typically are more service-oriented. We sent two messages, one that we'd be arriving late and the other about an issue with the trash, we had no reply to our messages. All correspondence came as automated replies. Hosts often have a binder with restaurants, suggestions, etc. Here, we found a note to ask Alexa; wasn't helpful. The units are newer, but the interior quality felt low-budget. Floors are separating, there's no insulation in the walls, you hear EVERYTHING. The beds made a ton of noise, making it hard to sleep. Towel bar was pulled from the wall, there are no closets, only a small pole with 3 hangars, toilet seat was falling off, ran out of TP, dead bugs on bedroom floors, very limited kitchen supplies, no blinds in living area. Overall, felt we overpaid for what we got. We didn't get what was expected in quality or location. I think there are better values in this price range.

The WiFi and internet never worked until the day we checked out. No closets. No pool toys. No beach toys or chairs. The 3 bedrooms with their own bath worked for us. Good communication between us and the office.

There may have been some miscommunication with the cleaning company because they walked into the unit while we were still there, but I explained the phone call I had prior and messages I received confirming the late check out, and they did not return til we checked out. We called 2x for different things and the next thing we know someone was at our door dropping the requested item off. The location is perfect to get you away form the craziness of downtown but a short ride or walk and your there. We had the same unit as last year and it was very clean. The pool is very refreshing. We can't wait to head down again next year.

When i booked i stressed the importance of having a Water view from our unit (#8), the booking agent gauranteed we would have a view of the Harbour, we didn’t. Called upon arrival to try and have our unit switched to a water view unit andvwas told they couldnt cause they were full. Next 3 days, our car was the only car on property. Fully booked, sure! Just didn’t appreciate being lied to. Probably won’t be going back

This was our fourth trip to KW and this was by far the best location. Close enough to all the fun on Duval, but far enough away from the noise and traffic of Duval! Nice to be able to sit by the water and enjoy the view. The check in and out process was seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this location, much more relaxing and less expensive than anything near Deval St.If I go again, I will definitely choose this property.

All went smoothly, early check in. Help at the dock - greeting. Good directions to launch our boat just an easy walk. We used an Uber frequently it was quick. You can walk it to downtown if you choose but it’s about a mile and a half. Well do again soon….!
