Great value accomodation with all the amenities that you’ll need in a hotel room. It’s also very spacious. The only nitpick is that the sink is tad narrow. But you get Free Netflix, the room is very clean, large double bed. Externally the hotel doesn’t look like much but I understand that they are building a bowling alley and amusement centre in this hotel. I only hope they don’t increase the rent.

We had a short stay over the weekend and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were amazing and helpful. Very reasonable and flexible even with the late checkout for 11am because we were travelling with little kids. Gaming arcade - specially 10 pin bowling & duckpin bowling were fantastic experiences. We all had a great time would definitely recommend this place.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated being moved from an upstair unit to a ground floor. Had great fun playing the 'string bowling', ideal for kids. Arcade games are a great attraction too. Great complimentary snacks, which were all replenished the next day too! Lot's of hotel/motels don't do this which is annoying. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again when we're back in Sale - Thanks!

Reception staff were friendly and gave me a discount. The room had lots of extras like chips, bottles of water and different choices for tea and coffee. The room was very clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. We loved that our puppy could stay with us. Thank you for having us. We will stay with you again next time we are in Sale.

Wouldn't stay again. No pillow cases, bathmat or hand towel. Beer cans strewn through garden. Front door mended from what look like it had been kicked in. Safety chain broken. On a positive, the bed was comfortable.

In my experience rooms are not the same as represented on the website. In addition, they were dirty. There were bottle tops and dirt on the floor when we entered the room. The freezer still had food and drinks presumably left by a previous guest and, in one instance where I unrolled a blind, I found it impregnated with dead bugs. To add insult to injury, this was, in my experience, a very expensive motel room. I have travelled extensively for business and pleasure and rate my accommodation experience by value for money. For me, this did not stack up as value for money. By the way, this is the first time that I can recall that I have ever rated accommodation so low.

When booking I usually do more research and unfortunately this time didn’t. This property is sadly showing it’s age, paint coming off vanity, poor shower pressure, electrical socket coming away from wall. We were woken twice in night by other guests fighting so felt unsafe. At least the beds were clean & comfortable and reception guy was friendly & welcoming.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are very nice and the beds are as comfortable as I've had in a hotel. Good blackout curtains also and complimentary water and chips was a nice touch. Plenty of toiletries, unlike some places. Overall, very satisfied and I've stayed in a lot of hotels for work over the years.

Wow, this motel is a bit of a blast from the past! Everything is tired and looking a bit the worse for wear, right down to mismatched linen! But overall, very clean and tidy, and a comfortable bed. I would have been very happy with my stay if it had been $30 cheaper: this is severely overpriced for a motel as old as this in such a condition. I would be happy to return if the price point was appropriate to the facility.

The other people staying at this location had dogs. Like a dog show was on in the area. Those dogs yapped throughout each night I stayed. Friday and Saturday. A little annoying.

The Reserve has obviously seen better days & is clearly passed its heyday, but our room was spacious, the towels were soft the shower was hot and recent renovations gave it a fresh airy feel. It's a little out of the CBD, but otherwise good value for money.
