VILLA SERENA@DUVAL SQUARE - A peaceful retreat in the heart of Old Town.

Really this unit had everything you could need and beautifully decorated. Very quiet as well.The pool is clean and convenient with ample loungers. It is not fancy but definitely adequate to sit at pool for a bit. The resident cats are friendly if you are so inclined to interact with them outside the units.

Location, absolutely perfect! Interior could be refreshed, a bit. Just isn't as freshly painted, clean as the pics. The guest bath/shower needs a new inside curtain (buy clear, inexpensive ones from Walmart and replace each time) and the guest shower faucet needs replaced. Practically falls out it's so loose.

Villa Serena is in a great location for walking to most Old Town KW attractions and restaurants. The unit is spacious with a nicely appointed kitchen and living area downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of sleeping room for two couples. All said, it’s a fine unit and is ‘as advertised’. We were disappointed with a few things. The overall construction is pretty cheap. Kitchen cabinets are pretty shoddy with doors and drawers that wouldn’t close. The recent application of engineered hardwood flooring up and down is kind of a joke. Major installation issues with gaps both at the ends and between planks lengthwise. The material was not acclimated prior to installation and it subsequently shrank after being installed. Probably was a ‘do it yourself’ job by someone who didn’t’t know how to properly prepare the materials. Generally decent furnishings throughout and central forced air AC downstairs. The only AC upstairs is a window unit in the larger bedroom that cycles constantly. Could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. The ‘outdoor’ areas off the living room and large bedroom were kind of a waste of space. There’s no view to speak of from either and the spaces just aren’t that inviting. We did enjoy the nice big screen TV’s in the living room and the big bedroom. Two bathrooms upstairs just okay. Everything worked, just could have been nicer with a little more forethought and a little bigger budget. Can we have a bar of soap and some shampoo for $600+/night? B-

We booked our trip for Fantasy Fest very last minute and we’re blessed to find this awesome place to stay. Ideally located with amazing restaurants, shopping and easy access to all the fun yet far enough away for a bit more peace and quiet. The manager was super responsive, helpful and friendly. This very clean and sizable unit had lovely decor and is equipped with everything you should need. We had a perfect weekend and look forward to returning again next year.

Went for a 6 night vacation to Key West and enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and spacious. Would stay there again!

This is our go to rental for Key West....it is so comfortable, beds are great, clean, plenty of room, we love it!! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We loved this place! The unit was beautifully decorated, with lots of space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. It’s on Duval street - the main tourist area with shops, galleries, restaurants and bars - but it’s far enough away from the rowdy area to make it nice and quiet. The staff at check in were very helpful. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out while we did more site seeing. We would stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay at Villa Serena. The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great; very close to the fun of Duval Street and everything it has to offer.

The location was perfect, tucked away off Duval Street. A convenient walk to many restaurants and nightlife. Would recommend.

We've travelled to KWF for the past 4 years for our anniversary, stay different places each time, this property is very clean and centrally located on the south 1/3rd of Duvall St, close enough to walk to all sorts of good food and entertainment, and south of the hubbub of north Duvall.
