Property is brand new and spotlessly clean. Management is very nice and very helpful. Unit has a kitchen and HEB is only 5 minutes away… definitely coming back next time I go to Austin 😁

Newer Hotel in very good, exceptionally clean. Hotel is multi story with wooden floors. You'll definitely hear someone walking above your room & a little noisy with the interstate nearby but it was a deadening noise. Overall I enjoyed the stay. No breakfast or any utensils in the premium rooms

There was no bedside lights, no vending machines. No wake up calls. There are no microwave or refrigerators in the basic rooms, thats the first time we have experience this, had to pay extra for an upgrade.

Chose this hotel for the lower price. NO frills No pool No in room coffee No food Next to highway with food pretty close by, but not walking distance for me. Also, they do offer pretty good morning coffee, in a small room by check in desk, just not until 8am. Very bright lights in room and p lot.

Newer hotel. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Very affordable for the type of room you get. The room come with a kitchenette so there is no breakfast served and no coffee maker in the room.

The room (114) was pretty clean. Aside from what appeared to be dried mucous near the door frame between the bed and bathroom. The room felt very "damp". Which caused the floors to feel a bit slippery. The hotel is about a year old. So it still felt relatively new. Just some minor things the owners should be aware of.

The property is new (as of Apr 2025). It’s in an industrial area. There were long hairs in the shower at arrival. There was gross stuff on one wall. The towels had some red stains. One pillow was missing a pillowcase. It is a basic hotel. If it were cleaner, I would have recommended. But I would not come back.

The front desk staff was nice and funny. Great customer service. There were a couple things I liked. The pillows are nice. There is a ceiling fan in the room, which is great for air flow. That’s it. That’s the end of the good. The bad??? Real bad. We spilled on the floor and when wiping it up the towel came away filthy and brown from the dirty floors. The beds are like rocks. Totally untenable. We were there a couple of hours and checked out despite planning on staying the night. Found other accommodations. It just felt dirty. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Felt cheap and like where you might die. I get that it’s a cheap motel, but it was still below even that standard. 0/10. Would not go back.

The hotel is new; rooms very clean; they come with microwave, frige, kitchen, iron, hairdryer, etc.; bathrroms very clean. Air Cond. very good. No coffee maker in the room, only in the lobby, so you have to walk to the fisrt floor to ge it.

It seems like it's very new. Room was clean, and there is a space in the basic rooms for microwave/fridge/coffee maker...but only included in the suites. Room didn't have hangers for clothes, and with no carpeting the neighboring rooms can be heard.

Deadbolt did not lock, so there was no way to secure the door. Room had an odor. Front desk was not interested in helping in any capacity. Hotel also failed to put us in the room we requested.

The hotel is conveniently located, very clean and has a friendly staff! The only downside to our room was that it only had one nightstand and there wasnt a lamp on the one that was there. We would definitely stay again!

The place overall is quiet no issues. Comfortable many options on the tv to watch. Wish they had some travel shampoo for those that at depending on the rooms having these.. bed is Comfortable.. no noise due to it being so close to the high way.

They advertise kitchen at, and then you have to pay $20 for a frying pan. There are no utensils, no cups no bowls nothing. The desk clerk was lovely and helpful when I was doing a late check-in. The only other time I saw him was when I needed a facecloth, 4 days later
