Clarion Pointe Spring - Houston North

Stayed here for one night while traveling through Texas. The room and hotel premises are very clean. Bedding was clean and mattress was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again and would recommend

Room not clean enough

Owners are pretty unfriendly ppl from India. Cleaning does a poor job cleaning the bathrooms. Leaves behind bunch of disgusting hair residue. Showers have low water pressure. Bed makes you itchy. Wasn’t a very pleasant experience overall.

Bathroom had hair residues. Improper cleaning.

Got there at Friday April 24 around 9pm. Priya was very helpful and accommodating. She was so sweet. We got to the room and it was about 90% clean. I Saw a little dirt here and there. There was little hair in the restroom and in the drainage my husband took it out because he said the water wasn't going down. They water pressure is very low. There breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary just eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I also liked that there was a shell literally walking distance. A couple of restaurants about a 5 minute of drive. So I give the hotel 4 Stars out of 5. 😊
