Clean, new & affordable. No elevator to 2nd floor.

So...The entrance to the hotel is through a Shell station off of a one way feeder road. Without this information, my GPS led me in multiple circles under and around the freeway, until I figured it out- this would be helpful information to post, as it is the only entrance/exit to the property. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Motel style, with doors to parking lot. AC unit was below front window, which made the curtains blow, so it didn't feel super private, nor could I totally blackout the outside floodlights that were on all night. Breakfast bar is from 6-9am, but they evidently stop stocking it around 8:30 am. So when I came in at 8:35am to eat, there were the remains of eggs, no tortillas, the waffle batter was almost empty, syrup was empty. (Also, syrup and batter all over countertops, generally untidy breakfast spread). The lady at the front desk was hunkered down behind the computer, so I couldn't see her. When I realized she was there, and pointed out that there wasn't any fresh food, I was told that it was almost 9 (8:43 at this point), and they don't restock. She did go and find some syrup for me. So, rather disappointed with the hospitality and service side of things.

I like how it kinda hidden. It was quiet and clean. It has a fitness center which is a plus. Complimentary breakfast. The only thing about this place is, theres no pool.

I was very pleased with my stay. The location was clean and spacious. The area was fenced and well lit. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The property was ok, the room was clean, nice. However, the parking lot lights shown directly in the window of the room. It was impossible to close the drapes enough to keep all the light out. There were several restaurants very close, however, you had to drive a good distance as all of the streets were one way going the opposite way. Overall though it is a nice place.

This hotel feels newly renovated. New wood laminate floor, clean comfortable bedding. Also important, even though its located right off of I-45, it is fenced and has a single access behind the Timewise Shell station which makes it a little safer than hotels that are quickly accessible to criminal late-night smash and grab.

Place looked brand new - the only downside is very limited ingress and egress for the time being.

It was very clean and a nicely appointed room. Staff was courteous and took good care of me. The room tends to be noisy due to its location close to the beltway but once you get to sleep it is fine. The price was quite reasonable.

My gripe is that I waited for my room to be prepared which wasn’t the issue but I took note that none of the cleaning carts had any sheets on them. Once I entered room I immediately checked bedding and bed was full of pubic hairs. Towel to dry was also dirty with dirt prints all over. The cleaning cart used for my room had no sheets which mean none of the sheets were changed for my room and likely others. Very unsanitary and a big no no. I stripped bedding and learned my lesson on saving a few bucks. Checked pillows inside pillowcase and same, dirty. Bedding also smelled of perfume instead of freshness. If considering please pack disposable sheets and cover for pillows and your own towels.

Walked into flies and moths in the room, no air circulation or ventilation. One air unit on side by door so air wasn’t circulating at all. Very clammy overnight. Ants on the wall/coffee station. Spider in shower, small bugs in sink came back each night. No info about room or utilities in room, did not get room cleaned, new towels or TP, during our stay, only available on request apparently. For a newer hotel, it already feels like a motel and will probably not keep up well. Toilet paper mount kept coming out of the wall. Bathroom handle malfunctioned, smoking was allowed right outside rooms which came into our Non smoking rooms.

This property is new, clean, and right on I-45. The room was large, well appointed, with refrigerator, microwave, iron, and satellite TV. Towels changed daily. The property is great value for money.

Staff was very nice. Check in and out good. Upper lock on door broken. When walking on the floor with bare feet, our feet got very dirty from on a dirty floor. Need to scrub floors. Rest of room seemed cleaned.

There were BEDBUGS in my room, the front desk barely does her job and room service is practically nonexistent if you’re staying at that room. They don’t clean up, don’t give any toilet paper, and don’t even understand English!

It's not the Ritz Carlton but it has everything that I would expect to find in a motel room (bed, toilet, shower, fridge, etc...). Have stayed here a couple of times and will probably stay here again. Only "complaint" and it's a small one, was that there were a couple of tiny bugs crawling around but I unalived them and it was just those two.

This hotel just opened and was super clean and quiet! Had a peaceful stay at Clarion Pointe and the rooms are spacious and up to date with everything that you need especially with every type of outlets for your devices and a microwave to heat up leftovers and a full size refrigerator. Great stay!

Pros: convenient for last minute lodgings Cons: noisy next to I-45, no noise insulation from neighbors or people walking by, room hot & humid from air being turned off, fridge broken, & just a general inabiltiy to sleep

These rooms have wall unit AC units. The room was humid. Sheets felt slightly damp when arriving home and going to bed. Alarm testing occurred around 8/9am on a Saturday morning. Not sure what that was all about. Everything else is nice. It's new, but you get what you pay for.

Newer hotel,but lacks little things like not having a single hook to hangs towels or clothing. The room was a very damp to the point bedding felt constantly damp and the walls and headboard etc had condensation. The room also smelled of smoke when we arrived.

The fact that the property was new, expectations were able to be set and it was a great hotel overall. The rooms are very spacious.

This isn’t a great place to stay. AC is noisy and barely cools the room, the beds aren’t comfortable, the shower wasn’t great, and overall it’s just meh. It’s cheap, that’s about the only thing it has going for itself.

The entire stay was wonderful! Room was clean and cool. Service was excellent. I’ll be back there soon. 😊

This newly developed hotel property had me quite enthusiastic about my stay. However, my initial excitement was dampened by an unpleasant encounter with a discourteous front desk concierge during my attempt to check in early. I was informed that I would need to wait 12 hours before I could check in. Upon my eventual arrival, I was greeted by a courteous and welcoming young lady who expedited a swift and efficient check-in process. The room itself met the expected standards, although I would suggest more frequent changing of the mop water to prevent the floors from feeling slippery. I particularly appreciated the provision of five plush pillows for a comfortable night's rest. Overall, despite the initial setback, I would consider staying at this establishment again in the future.

Hotel was clean but if the staff take your clean towels they don't leave new ones. You have to go and get new ones

Slight difficulty getting there via Google maps. Very clean room. Wife accidentally left makeup bag with meds. They would not ship. Had to drive 8 hrs round trip to retrieve.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived. The Smike Alarm was beeping which meant the battery needed to be replaced. I called the front desk and she said someone will be right up. No one ever came and it was hard to sleep through that. And my daughter woke up with bites in her legs and I can’t say for sure what that is. We had separate beds and I didn’t have any bites.

Water was turned off to my room. The front desk claimed it was a city thing and would be on in an hour or two. 8 hours later after telling them I want to leave and want my money back the water to my room was magically turned back on. Another thing that happened was they tried to refuse check in due to the rude lady claiming check in was at 3pm. Only after showing my reservation from them saying check in is 1pm did she finally let me check in. At the end of the day they just have terrible customer service. Not worth the constant fight with them. Go somewhere else.

The Clarion was a very nice motel and was very well priced. For it being right off the freeway and the doors opening to the outside, it was very quiet. The front lobby area was spacious which included the breakfast area and was immaculate. I know it is newer, but I truly hope they are able to maintain this level of quality.

The staff were accommodating. A better variety of breakfast selections and daily corridor cleaning, such as sweeping.

The breakfast was below par, tasteless and limited in choice. Bathrooms were clean but had slippery shower floor no safety bars. For the price couldn't complain, you get what you pay for.
