You get what you pay for. It has the necessities, 2 beds, fridge and freezer which was nice to have both. Working AC. Smell inside wasn't great but i got used to it after the initial entry. There were people smoking outside in the halls and by the stairwell regularly which in not a fan of. Slushys and drinks complimentary and the front office people (possibly family) were nice, no real breakfast. Also kitchen area, but zero items in the cupboards, the front office may have had something if you asked but i didn't. Overall it fit my needs on a tight budget.

Had second floor room; if I had known elevator was out, I’d have asked for first floor room. Upon leaving, hurt my back carrying Yeti cooler (very heavy) down stairs. No kitchenette that was advertised. Fridge and microwave only. Thin towels and no hot water in shower at 9:30 am, although sink had hot water at same time. Beds are very hard, as are pillows. Would not stay there again. Parking lot was full, so they are doing substantial business. Need to improve accommodations.

I had reserved (& paid for) a handicap room but when I got to hotel I was told all the handicap rooms were taken. The manager was very nice and apologetic - he upgraded my room at no additional charge! The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable with a selection of 4 pillows on each bed. The room also had a nice kitchenette - I would have liked to stay longer than just the one night!

The rooms are in good shape and clean , the owner is weird , he follows you around or watches you on cameras , he wouldnt allow us to extend another night because i smoked a cigarette in the parking lot while he had over 20 family members there taking up all the parking . He came to my car and told me to smoke at starbucks . I had a non smokin room and there is smoke post on the floor levels .

They canceled my reservation at 7pm and said they had called but i had no voicemails. I had been working and then traveling all day to get there. They did honor my reservation but kept mentioning that they had called. Unfortunately i was not able to see the calls while workin or traveling. Once in the room it was not clean. We found gum stuck to the headboard, cheese on the floor from previous people (im guessing) and there were holes in the duvet. It was very disappointing but stayed as we didnt plan to spend much time in the actual hotel and it was very late. Would not stay again.

The lobby was beautiful. We received our room and decided to inspect the sheets before unloading our luggage and there was hair and blood on the sheets Moved to a room on the third floor where we had to run in and leave because we where running late for the party we where in town for to come back at 1am and find a broken door jam. Broken lock the tv did not work and worst of all roaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. It was too late to move rooms again and where told when we moved the first time there whre no other rooms available if that one did not work out. Talked to the front desk lady and was told they where sorry for the inconvenience but due to having booked theough a third party there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue.

The manager was great and moved us to a new room after they put us in a room that had mold and water under the floor and trash from the last person who stayed.

Very clean. I brought my Clorox Wipes because I am a germaphobe…. Upon wipe down of entire room, my wipes were very clean…. Even the headboard. The only place that was dirty was the office chair… ew! I don’t think anyone remembers to wipe those. The freeway didn’t bother me… I had a noisy neighbor upstairs that was stomping around around 2-3am… but it didn’t last too long…. Friday night there was some noise but only in passing… it is a Mitrl, but the parking is close… bonus… Starbucks is right there. There is an in room fridge… was clean and worked well.

I lost my flight to Miami in Houston and stated in this inn. I choose this place because it had a refrigerator. I had cheese that I brought into the country. It’s an ok place if you want to spend the night. My only issue is I requested a non smoking room and got a room that smelled like cigarettes

Starbucks is right in the sane plaza. Close to many stores and restaurants that are walking distance. Room was spacious. They do not have breakfast or a coffee maker. They do not have shampoo or conditioner bottles in the room, just 1 bar of soap. They had a refrigerator and microwave. We had a room with a kitchenette. Good value for the price. It is loud with nearby highway but with the doors closed it dulls it out a little bit.

The beds were uncomfortable (a mattress on top of a wooden platform), the hair dryer did not work, the tv turned on but had no signal, the remote(s) did not change the channel. It is right next to the freeway and it’s very noisy making it difficult to sleep. I think this one was inaccurately rated.

The staff was very nice. The hotel areas I visited were very clean. All the mechanics worked well in the bath and room including hot water right away. It is an older hotel and somewhat dated (bath and sink etc were upgraded) but the cleanliness and maintenance more than made up for that, along with the best price in the area. 15-20 minutes to the George Bush International airport was sweet all being on the north part of Houston.

These people are racist and constantly kept telling me that they don't allow party's or smoking weed. Mind you i dont smoke weed at all or party i was there staying with my kids for the week of Thanksgiving to visit my mother and family . They even came to my room telling my 12 year old son that we had to get out accusing us of having a dog in a rude manner saying that they will call the cops . So i let them in to view the room and they did not find no dog as they were saying smh . So they didn't kick us out. But the fact that they stressed me out and yelling at my 12 year old son and not feeling comfortable is uncalled for. People should not get treated this way for no reason . Also on monday morning i went down for breakfast and they said on mondays they dont have breakfast honestly i think that was a lie but who knows . But after that i didn't bother no more on trying to get breakfast for the rest of my stay since i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome . Which i shouldn’t cause i paid for this hotel room but i did. This people do not appreciate their guest or treat them right. They act as if they are doing us a free favor .

As soon as i entered the lobby to check in, the lady at the desk was eager to assist me and did it with a huge smile. She answered ALL questions that you could possibly have and made the check in a smooth one. Also, the man in the evening was very nice assisting me when i left for work and needed help calling into my room to speak to my children.

Its was a decent stay but the man was a bit rude. First day he told my husband he had too leave. After i went down stairs to talk to the manager he said he could stay if he didnt talk to anyone on property. We had to walk too Starbucks just to smoke a cigarette.. Every time we left to go out or eat and even when we came back to the hotel he would be watching us or he walks around the whole plaza just to find where you went to go walk too.. Went outside by the basketball court and lounge swing and was enjoying the weather playing with a yoyo and he comes and tells me i cant play with a yoyo outside on property. Felt like i was being forced to stay inside ngl.

The owners are aren’t honest with the pricing and online prices they tried to charge me $70 for a smaller room after booking a week on this app. I don’t recommend going there , the old man that owns it was haressing me and I would see him watching everything I did for a week , he came up yelling 2x without reason .. there’s no breakfast or kitchen rooms they will try to up charge you the pics on this app are fake …

The gentleman in the office was super nice and had me checked in quickly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again when the time comes!

Starbucks is right in the sane plaza. Close to many stores and restaurants that are walking distance. Room was spacious. They do not have breakfast or a coffee maker. They do not have shampoo or conditioner bottles in the room, just 1 bar of soap. They had a refrigerator and microwave. We had a room with a kitchenette. Good value for the price. It is loud with nearby highway but with the doors closed it dulls it out a little bit.

The beds were uncomfortable (a mattress on top of a wooden platform), the hair dryer did not work, the tv turned on but had no signal, the remote(s) did not change the channel. It is right next to the freeway and it’s very noisy making it difficult to sleep. I think this one was inaccurately rated.

The staff was very nice. The hotel areas I visited were very clean. All the mechanics worked well in the bath and room including hot water right away. It is an older hotel and somewhat dated (bath and sink etc were upgraded) but the cleanliness and maintenance more than made up for that, along with the best price in the area. 15-20 minutes to the George Bush International airport was sweet all being on the north part of Houston.

Very clean. I brought my Clorox Wipes because I am a germaphobe…. Upon wipe down of entire room, my wipes were very clean…. Even the headboard. The only place that was dirty was the office chair… ew! I don’t think anyone remembers to wipe those. The freeway didn’t bother me… I had a noisy neighbor upstairs that was stomping around around 2-3am… but it didn’t last too long…. Friday night there was some noise but only in passing… it is a Mitrl, but the parking is close… bonus… Starbucks is right there. There is an in room fridge… was clean and worked well.

Well the room did not look like the pictures. The king rooms have bathtub shower combo. The front desk has glass protection and no breakfast. The room was remodeled but the walls were dirty and no hair dryer.

These people are racist and constantly kept telling me that they don't allow party's or smoking weed. Mind you i dont smoke weed at all or party i was there staying with my kids for the week of Thanksgiving to visit my mother and family . They even came to my room telling my 12 year old son that we had to get out accusing us of having a dog in a rude manner saying that they will call the cops . So i let them in to view the room and they did not find no dog as they were saying smh . So they didn't kick us out. But the fact that they stressed me out and yelling at my 12 year old son and not feeling comfortable is uncalled for. People should not get treated this way for no reason . Also on monday morning i went down for breakfast and they said on mondays they dont have breakfast honestly i think that was a lie but who knows . But after that i didn't bother no more on trying to get breakfast for the rest of my stay since i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome . Which i shouldn’t cause i paid for this hotel room but i did. This people do not appreciate their guest or treat them right. They act as if they are doing us a free favor .

Wonderful stay at a super cheap rate. Very clean. We had a microwave and small fridge. The shower had nice decorative tiles and everything was in very good shape. The main man at the front desk was so nice. The coffee was even fresh each day in the lobby. Very good experience. Will stay again.

You get what you pay for. It has the necessities, 2 beds, fridge and freezer which was nice to have both. Working AC. Smell inside wasn't great but i got used to it after the initial entry. There were people smoking outside in the halls and by the stairwell regularly which in not a fan of. Slushys and drinks complimentary and the front office people (possibly family) were nice, no real breakfast. Also kitchen area, but zero items in the cupboards, the front office may have had something if you asked but i didn't. Overall it fit my needs on a tight budget.

The owners are aren’t honest with the pricing and online prices they tried to charge me $70 for a smaller room after booking a week on this app. I don’t recommend going there , the old man that owns it was haressing me and I would see him watching everything I did for a week , he came up yelling 2x without reason .. there’s no breakfast or kitchen rooms they will try to up charge you the pics on this app are fake …
