Elevator is slow and buttons hardly work. Hallway walls need updated or painted. A/C unit in room doesn’t get cold enough. Water pressure is low and water doesn’t get hot. Only one wall outlet by bed. Did not feel safe in elevator.

The elevators were not working. We were promised on arrival that they will be repaired next day. They were not. We were also advised that we could switch to another hotel but, as we arrived by Uber and had lots of equipment that was not an option. The elevator problem make this stay almost unbearable.

Upon arrival to the hotel I was told the elevator didn’t work and we were put in a room on the 3rd floor. I explained I recently had surgery and could not climb stairs. I asked for a cancellation and was told I would still have to pay the $115 cancellation fee.

2 days stay due to power outage. Kids were stoked to go swimming but the pool was closed.. pissed me off! There were cockroaches in the stairs and hall. Front desk lady was nice, but the guy on Thursday night said the pool would be open on Friday and it wasn’t. So, obviously communication in their team is poor. Room was ok.

The front desk staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. The room was clean and spacious. We utilized the gym and it had a treadmill, elliptical, bike and weights station. The breakfast had both hot and cold items. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is right behind it.

The gym was not open for part of our stay. For breakfast, there were no knives. Also, one morning there was also no yogurt, milk, and knives. When we asked about these items, the lady didn't know for sure when they would have any. The pool was closed also. Hopefully their cameras work because when we checked in the lady at the desk mentioned that a car at their location was busted in (window was busted) the week before.

NOT PET FRIENDLY! Despite the website saying they are, they are not. Room was nice. Per the norm for the cost. Breakfast was decent. Pool was closed half our visit.

My stay was near perfect the only problems I had were house keeping and finding bedbugs on the couch. House keeping could've been better if they actually refilled and replaced all our necessities, it was pretty mediocre. Cleanliness could obviously be better, especially with the findings of bedbugs.

The area felt very unsafe. Seat was parked out front when we came back from dinner. The cockroaches were terrible we saw at least 7, the front staff was courteous and gave us a new room which was a little better. There were only a few and some dead ones. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. Wouldn’t stay again

The room was not tended to in quite some time. There were dead bugs in the tub. Thick dried spill on the carpet with many stains that seemed unattended for some time. We only dressed there and slept there. It was disappointing when we realized how the room was. I informed the employee at checkout. She said that she would have the manager call me. It never happened.

The clerk was very nice and accommodating, however, the room I was given had a very strong oder to it and the refrigerator did not cool. I asked to be moved to another room and the room did not have an oder. When I went to get in the bed, there was black hair on top of the white sheets. It was late and I was exhausted after a long drive and did not want to go back to the desk to ask for yet another room so I slept on the other side of the bed but did not sleep well considering. It was also noisy as I was on the main street side of the building. After checking out of my room and having breakfast, I went to use the public restroom on the first floor and there was no toilet paper on either roll and there was black hair in the sink. I booked this hotel after reading reviews on Hotels.com but did not feel this hotel was clean and will not be staying here again on my next business trip to Houston

Room definitely was smoked in prior to, I have asthmatic children and asked for a different room, they asked me to wait for a later time. Refrigerator was not functioning and smelled like something died in it, they did bring a new one but at that point was already grossed out. We stayed out of the room as much as possible.

The room was clean, and everything was in good repair. The walls were pretty thin, though. I could hear it when our neighbor turned on the tv before 5 AM, and voices in the hallway were loud and clear. Lilly, at the reception desk, is a treasure. You should treat her well, and ensure that she never leaves.

The only issue we had was the bed squeaked whenever you moved it was quite noisy especially sharing with other family trying to sleep you couldn’t even roll over without the bed creaking loud. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again

Hotel was nice for the price. Rooms are big and were clean. Fridge didn’t work and they keep the hallways very hot but the rooms were cool. Was great for the price and for our needs for the weekend. Check in was easy and quick.

Clean hotel with nice front desk assistance. Pool was clean. Room very spacious and clean. We could not get the room feel cooler than 75 - 76 degrees it felt like. The thermostat read 68 but it never felt like 74 or under. Microwave in room was broken and the phone to front desk didn't work, so had to go downstairs to use the microwave. Trying get out of bed can be noisy to the point of waking others in the room. Little things, but it's these little things that makes it worth paying a little more to have a good experience. When you don't, it spoils some of the experience.

Nancy was so kind and helpful when we checked in. She went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. Lily was absolutely awesome!! The situation Nancy helped me with Lily helped complete it. I am so grateful for these their help. The hotel was clean and rooms were great.

Do not change your reservation here. Management is MIA and impossible to contact. You will be charged original booking instead of changed rate. Incompetent staff who apparently can't do anything without the missing manager.

One of the staff members at the front desk was very rude when I first arrived. I almost didn't even want to stay. The room was comfortable, but the guests nearby were loud the whole time. I don't think I'll be going back.

Trucks are stollen from here very often. Elevator was broken, room wasn’t that clean and my bed wasn’t made each day. Also, the stairs were dirty.

Our room was fine but the ice maker was broken and apparently had been for some time. Breakfast was a joke! I don’t expect much from included hotel breakfast buffets but this was beyond terrible. Disgusting egg patties, flavorless sausage, biscuits that could be deadly weapons, one tiny container of yogurt in a mini fridge, no sugar free options for syrup or jams, no butter or margarine even offered.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites this past weekend! The staff were very friendly and provided awesome customer service throughout my visit. The entire hotel was spotless, including the fitness facility and pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options each morning. The location is also fantastic, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great overall experience. We stayed the night while we were at a high school Dance competition. What really made me right this was that breakfast ends at 9 or 930, we checked out around 10. The cleaning lady was already cleaning the breakfast area. She noticed we walked in and still offered us what was left. It was still hot, waffle maker still hot, juice machine cold and ready. Other places usually kick us out once they have started cleaning, but not here. So thank you to the lady who let my kids, my wife and myself have breakfast after hrs. Checked out 2-23-2025. If ever around the area, we will be sure to get a room here again!!

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable the only disappointment was breakfast. We stayed a Saturday-Wednesday, and the breakfast served was the same everyday. It was a fairly good selection on Sunday with oranges, bananas, muffins, honey buns, biscuits, gravy, egg patty, sausage patty waffles, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. By Monday the pastry selection was only muffins, fruit choice was only oranges and there were two yogurts in the fridge. By Tuesday they never restocked the yogurts and still only oranges and muffins along with the same hot breakfast the previous days. If you plan on staying more than a few days and don’t mind eating the same thing for breakfast then you probably would have no complaints. However, my family and I would have preferred more of a variety with more fruit and yogurt options and different hot options.
