The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, including the incline from the train station to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast had a large variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste.

The hotel is located well and close to the train station, the lakeside and downtown. The rooms are nice and clean with a pillow menu. The breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety of health options. Beyond this all objective aspects, the hotel staff is simply 5*, not that you would meet in many hotels these days. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Lugano.

It was a bit challenging to find the parking for this hotel so please research that before you go, but it is below the hotel but the roads to get to it were not easy to find. Besides that,, the check-in was great and the staff was wonderful and very polite and kind and they spoke English really well. The breakfast the following morning was amazing and one of the best we’ve had in Europe.!! the man who parked our car and retrieved our car was very nice and helpful as well. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.. there was more than adequate air-conditioning in the room for this extremely hot summer. We are having.. The location was amazing near all the shops and restaurants and about a five minute walk down to the lake…. Really I would go here again without any hesitation.. the trains and the funicular were also right next to the hotel, making it easy if you needed to travel somewhere else easily. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.!!
