Très bien situé proche de deux lignes de métro. Le bâtiment est un peu ancien mais la chambre est moderne et bien équipée. Pas de problème de bruit, nous avons très bien dormi. La piscine est un grand plus après une grosse journée de visite

Letti grandi (2 letti singoli invece che 1 matrimoniale) misura standard. Materassi comodi. Per me il cuscino troppo morbido. Struttura che ospita uffici asilo e penso appartamenti privati Personale alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Vicinissima allo stadio Bernabeu (1km). A proposito: impianto a dir poco spaziale! Vicino fermate Metro Di fronte supermercato Zona bella tranquilla fornita di servizi. Tenendo conto che noi abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto La piscina al 5° Piano un plus. Choose this because of the pool. Pool opens at restricted hours 11:30-2:30 then 4:30-8:30pm which means no swimming in the morning. Also no towels provided but u r not supposed to use room towels. A note when booking to bring towels would be good. Our first room had a strange smell like smouldering electrics they eventually changed our room after 2 nights. The air on has an intermittent buzzing noise which might disturb sensitive people from sleep. Not sure if I would go back though can see it is good value for family or if u want a kitchen. Convenient for the underground (Cuzco n Tetuan).

Les appartements ont été rénovés et sont excellents, confortables et très bien équipés! Le petit plus serait de faire un kit de séjour, dans le même principe que le kit de nettoyage gratuit, ce serait bien d'avoir un kit payant avec un petit kit de sel poivre huile sucre et un rouleau de sopalin. Car acheter un paquet de 3 rouleaux pour un séjour d'une semaine c'est du gaspillage. A part ça très bon séjour. La piscine est peu profonde donc plus sûre pour les enfants avec un maître nageur pendant toute les heures d'ouvertures

La habitacion muy cómoda y limpia, excelente! El edificio es viejo y le falta un poco de limpieza y modernidad. No usamos la alberca ni el estacionamineto. La zona es exclente, supermercados y farmacias cerca, muchos restaurantes y sitios para comer. El transporte público de facil acceso. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar alli

El apartamento increíble, enorme con dos habitaciones y dos baños y un salón muy amplio. Cocina pequeña, pero suficiente. No tenían servicio de lavandería, que creo que es escencial. La explicación fue que al día siguiente sería festivo. Todo muy bien hasta la madrugada que nos despertó un olor fuertísimo a cañería. Muy desagradable. Íbamos a quedarnos más días, pero solo aguantamos una noche y nos fuimos a un hotel.

El apartamento es amplio y moderno, cuenta con todos los accesorios y complementos necesarios para la estancia. Las camas son muy cómodas y permiten un buen descanso. El único inconveniente es que el baño está dentro de la habitación; éramos cuatro personas, para acceder al baño hay que entrar en la habitación, lo que resulta poco práctico. Sería ideal que el baño estuviera fuera o que hubiera un segundo baño o, al menos, un aseo adicional. El personal muy amable y profesional.

El apartamento es amplio y moderno, cuenta con todos los accesorios y complementos necesarios para la estancia. Las camas son muy cómodas y permiten un buen descanso. El único inconveniente es que el baño está dentro de la habitación; éramos cuatro personas, para acceder al baño hay que entrar en la habitación, lo que resulta poco práctico. The room was an oven. I arrived and settled down and notice the a/c was not working. I went down after an hour and reached out. They sent a person. He explained it was going to go down to 20 C .. it was at 24.5= 76 degrees. forever. Outside was cooler 66 We all sweated overnight, the worst night!! Don’t say there is a A/C when there is not!!

Excellent stay at a very high standard of apartment. Great location with 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Friendly staff on the reception. The apartment was of a very high standard. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk also. Will be returning to this apartment.

I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!

My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!

Choose this because of the pool. Pool opens at restricted hours 11:30-2:30 then 4:30-8:30pm which means no swimming in the morning. Also no towels provided but u r not supposed to use room towels. A note when booking to bring towels would be good. Our first room had a strange smell like smouldering electrics they eventually changed our room after 2 nights. The air on has an intermittent buzzing noise which might disturb sensitive people from sleep. Not sure if I would go back though can see it is good value for family or if u want a kitchen. Convenient for the underground (Cuzco n Tetuan).

La habitacion muy cómoda y limpia, excelente! El edificio es viejo y le falta un poco de limpieza y modernidad. No usamos la alberca ni el estacionamineto. La zona es exclente, supermercados y farmacias cerca, muchos restaurantes y sitios para comer. El transporte público de facil acceso. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar alli

Excellent stay at a very high standard of apartment. Great location with 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Friendly staff on the reception. The apartment was of a very high standard. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk also. Will be returning to this apartment.

I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. Struttura enorme molto bella. Insonorizzata al massimo Appartamenti davvero grandi (non il solito standard francese P&V)forniti,puliti arredati con gusto. Letti grandi (2 letti singoli invece che 1 matrimoniale) misura standard. Materassi comodi. Per me il cuscino troppo morbido. Struttura che ospita uffici asilo e penso appartamenti privati Personale alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Vicinissima allo stadio Bernabeu (1km). A proposito: impianto a dir poco spaziale! Vicino fermate Metro Di fronte supermercato Zona bella tranquilla fornita di servizi. Tenendo conto che noi abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto La piscina al 5° Piano un plus. Con vista su Madrid fino al Palacio Real. Unico neo: ringhiera protettiva che guarda sul vuoto dal 9° piano davvero bassa, aperta e pericolosa. Con bambini piccoli penso non potrei lasciare loro la mano, mai!

Clean and modern room equipped with everything you need for staying in Madrid. Close to metro station and rapid connection to explore Madrid. Good standard apartment near the bernabeau stadium. Minor complaint was the pool was not open - this wasn’t that clear on the website when booking. Also, the aircon did not work very well.
