Rooms were not the most spacious but quite convenient given the surroundings (primark) directly next door). There’s some noise from the street at night (perhaps because of the thin windows?) but it didn’t affect me. Sheets were a little scratchy though. The safe doesn’t work even though it’s meant to be locked with a card (I tried more than one). Reception were very friendly and check-in and out a breeze. Acceptable for short stays.

Muito bem localizado em uma rua perpendicular a Gran Via (quase na esquina), staff simpático e atencioso, tudo muito novo e moderno, ficamos apenas uma noite , cama maravilhosa e banho também muito confortável. Chaleira e água na recepção. Café da manhã 15 euros, mas saímos antes por conta do vôo. Ficaremos lá na próxima vez em Madri. Docinhos para as crianças no check out, uma delicadeza!

Staying at the Petit Place Triball is like being at home away from home. This is my third time visiting the hotel with a group of students from the United States and the truth is that it always makes me want to return to the Triball. Its staff is very friendly and always ready to solve or help in any situation, from directions to storing our luggage for a few days. The Front Desk staff is wonderful and always willing with a smile to help with anything. I make a special mention of Pablo, Alicia, Noelia, Marina, Julita and Laura and of course Filli in the dining room, providing us with breakfast for 24 people a day in a quick and pleasant way. Clean, standard room. Nice touch having free toiletries and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Beds were comfortable and quiet considering the location- this was brilliant. A few metres from Gran via and next to a massive primark. Some staff were friendly and approachable and some not so much but I do recommend staying here if you’re a family looking for a central location.

The room was small, didn't have a hot water pot for coffee or tea and there wasn't any available in the lobby either except at breakfast. Also, the bathroom door didn't close to allow for privacy. Because we reserved a room for 2, we expected that there would a place for 2 people to sit. This was not the case. We had one chair. The front desk staff was very helpful which is why I would probably choose to return or refer others to it.

A bit noise and some mold in the bathroom, other than that perfect place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything, I do not recommend it for those with cars, walking every where is the best feature. I will go again no doubt.

The primary attribute to this place is the location. It is in the city center and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops nearby. You can hop on the metro and easily get to the Santiago Bernabeu; if you need help the metro staff are friendly and helpful (except for that one unhelpful metro guy who was no help at all when I asked for directions and simply said “la diez” like what does that mean without contextual explanation?). The hotel room was clean and it did include an amenity kit: two free water bottles, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, some tissue. The room size however was small. There was a tv but you could tell it was old and it wasn’t working correctly; but remember, you are paying for the location and you aren’t there to watch tv, so not a big loss. Overall, for the convenience of the location and the cleanliness, it was good.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el año pasado estuve en el y se me hizo un buen concepto, moderno, de un viejo edificio. Ahora veo en su interior el edificio maltratado y en el cuarto manchas cafés en las sábanas -muy desagradables- no había pañuelos ni gorra de baño, la atención de Nicole, muy bien en tratar de recuperar las cosas, confío que le darán un buen mantenimiento y será el mismo buen hotel de antes

There was a very strong, unpleasant smell of sewage throughout our stay, even though we said and were informed that they would try to treat the smell. The bedding was not clean. The best thing about the hotel was its location.

Chambre familiale assez spacieuse pour 4, petit bémol pour le lit à étage. Hôtel hyper bien situé, fenêtre donne sur gran via, au cœur de Madrid. On a tout fait à pied ( 20 minutes de marche max pour aller aux musées ou dans les différents parcs). Emplacement vraiment idéal. Fenêtre fermée, on n'entend absolument pas le bruit de la rue.

The rooms were compact but clean and pleasant. Staff was present and helpful and the location was excellent. Near enough to everything but a quiet nights sleep which isn’t common in the area. AC worked great in the summer heat. We had a room with bunk beds and they were a perfect option for a family of four with two teens trying to save by not getting a second room.

Petit Palace was a treat. From the moment we walked in Alicia at the front desk was amazing. She made sure we were taken care of and gave us an amazing recommendation to Mercado de la Reina to have tapas and drinks. There was another young lady who helped me I needed a computer for work and she helped me. Breakfast was great. You are literally in the middle of everything. Primark and Zara are across the street there’s a Mercadona about 6 min walk to get your waters and whatever you need and very very cheap. I would definitely stay again from the front desk to the cleaning crew everyone was great

Son poco flexibles. A mi retorno el aeropuerto se cerró, tenía que cambiar la fecha de mi estadía, no me permitieron cancelar ni cambiar la fecha. Creo que hay razones en las que pueden hacer una excepción. Ni lo recomiendo, ya que se pueden presentar imprevistos en un viaje.

Our room was not cleaned on our second day. No one explained that we had to put out a sign for this to be cleaned when we found out they said that it was no longer possible. The area is not what we expected it’s very very busy. Will not stay here again nor recommend staying here. Breakfast was pretty good though.

The most comfortable beds very comfortable room, the AC was great, and the shower pressure is like no other. Amazing especially in the summer after a long day of walking. The bath towels are full size, which is great. I would stay here again and again. We had no complaints. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Always accommodating.

The hotel is in a great, lively area, and I recommend booking a room with a city view. The room itself was small and in need of renovation, and the hallway looked very old. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast—none of the coffee machines worked, and the options were very basic. That said, we still had a great time overall thanks to the excellent location.
