Heritage Hotel Pasike

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the sense that you can drive right to the hotel and park on the street. They have a proper staffed reception. From the hotel you can walk all over the old town. However, the parking is not free and might be difficult to find in the high season. We were there in November. But parking was only 12€ per day, so not exorbitant. I wish Expedia's website was clearer regarding access to, and cost of parking. In this case it worked out well. My only complaint was that there were a few pieces of broken glass near the fridge in our room, and my husband cut his foot. While the room was cleaned every day, somehow that got missed.

We were waiting for receptionist for a long time. When she finally came she said she had been at the restaurant. There should have been a sign at reception telling guests to check the restaruant which is further on beyond the hotel. It would have been good to have an apology for the wait. The interior is very dated as per description. The parking is not guaranteed, its a very small and busy area. The location however was excellent within Trogir old town.

Restaurant is excellent - breakfast is great. Room really needs an update. Stairs were narrow and not user friendly. Location is excellent - easy to find. Overall it is fine, just tired and needs some new amenities in rooms.

Bathrooms, beds, and linens excellent. This is a refurbished 500+ year old house. Lots of stairs to rooms. Fold out foam couches for extra sleeping and not bound shag carpet squares didn’t match the rest of the experience.

It is really well situated hotel, it looks really nice, restaurant is good and employees are friendly and helpfull. But the rooms isn't the most comfy, the a/c is making a lot of noise you can't sleep with it on and the fridge in the room as well is making a lot of noise.

We only stayed for 1 night but we really enjoyed it. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and just nice.. We liked the old world feel and the owner told us he is working on modernising the hotel but wants to be sympathetic so as not to spoil the style and ambience. We ended up having lunch, dinner and breakfast and it was all top notch, great flavours and very good value. Thank you for a great stopover.

This is a lovely small quirky hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortuately the room we were allocated was 3 floors up & no lift . My husband is 70 & me 65 but no one helped with luggage. It was a nice attic room but small things overlooked. Lights needing bulbs replaced , noisy fridge , tatty rugs, just feels like everything thrown together. I saw the other rooms on out way out & they looked very different. We loved Trogir & will visit again but sadly not Pasike.

The young lady at check in was outstanding with her service all through our stay. All the other staff were also fantastic. Unfortunately our room had an air con on the roof that was not for our room and very noisy. We turned our air con off but made no difference. I did bring to the staffs attention but it upset our sleep for both nights. Avoid the upstairs middle room which was ours. Apart from that we enjoyed the hotel and would stay again but not that room.

The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a renovation. The location is great as it's at a strip with bars and restaurants that make the area very lively at night. Walkable distance to the main tourist attractions of Trogir. Breakfast was underwhelming with a set (a la carte) portion that left a lot to be desired (I advise not paying for it). The main thing to highlight here is the parking situation. If you are coming with a car during the high/summer season I highly recommend booking a place that offers parking. Parking on the street (if you can find a spot) is ~€4 per hour (this is the city, not the hotel). The staff advised on a couple of free (street) parking areas, but this is no secret so you will be competing with everyone else to find a spot. Despite arriving on a Monday evening (beginning of August), I had to drive around for about 1.5 hours before finding a spot that was a 15min walk away.

Sentralt og veldig god pizza i restauranten. Litt slitent hotell, men vinteren skulle gå med til oppussing. Nytt røropplegg er etterlengtet. Luktet veldig kloakk på badet. Men blir nok fint sted neste år.

This is a lovely clean hotel. The staff are lovely and location is fabulous. It’s a bit dated but facilities are fine and we have had a great stay. Everywhere is walkable. Great dining and 10 mins to beach. It’s only 10 mins from split airport. Get a bus from outside. €1.25 Airport taxis are a rip off.

The waitress at lunch could not have been more indifferent-hard to get more coffee. Avoid the breakfast ravioli-cold and barely cooked. (I was expecting something like blintzes) The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean

We found the bed uncomfortable. The linen where loaded in detergent smell. And no hot water our first day, and no one on the desk to tell. The stair way is horrible cheap laminate flooring which is noisey. Attention to details please. It’s a great location with tons of potential.

Nice place, really kind reception, good atmosphere in the 500 years old building. Clean og cosy. New toilet and bath in the room. Good and healthy breakfast.

This lovely hotel was the perfect spot for our 2-day visit to Trogir. It was clean and quiet with an inviting terrace restaurant. The hotel was close to all the special historic sites we wanted to visit.

Beautiful hotel and adorable room. On top floor so vaulted ceilings were a beautiful additive. Such a great little area to walk and shop.

Wonderful step back into the old world with a spacious suite, very convenient and walkable access to all of Trogir old town area. 10 minute walk from the bus stop that comes straight from the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!

Tired looking room with beat up furniture. And bed was terrible. I will say the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very accommodating hotel with lots of communication upfront so we were able to secure a more accessible room when needed and book transfers from the airport

We came in for the last night after a week of sailing. Looked for a nice place near Split airport - booked a suite with a hot tub + a small additional fee for welcome drinks. Needed to go through a restaurant to the reception. No welcome drinks, the reception was very busy - maybe they forgot. The room and bath were looking nice. Wifi was not working properly - bad reception. Went for dinner and came back for a well-deserved bath - no hot water. Kids wanted to try the bathtub - when you turned the jets on it was not cleaned and dirt came to the tub. Could not see anybody in the reception. No hot water in the morning either. Went to reception and asked about breakfast which would have been 15eur / person additional. Told the reception about the water issue - they were surprised. Then a man came in, very angry, asking why we had not reported the hot water issue yesterday. Very confrontational. After he left, the receptionist ladies told him that he is the owner and is also running the restaurant. They apologized and said that we could have breakfast if we wanted. After the owners' confrontation, we did not want to stay. He apparently is a new owner and has taken over the hotel from a family that has run the place successfully for a long time. After all this the owner was still happy to take our money and did not offer any compensation or even an apology. The receptionists tried their best and were nice. Never had an experience like this.

Wonderful stay staff was very helpful and friendly but didn’t always know how to be helpful. Seemed like restaurant staff would help at the front desk and they were very friendly but didnt always seem to know the specifics of individual reservations. My friend was given all the info for free breakfast and I wasn’t so I did miss one morning of breakfast and we didn’t get the welcome drink but the stay was great and I’m sure if I would have inquired they would have accommodated us. Greta place highly recommend!!!

Great location

Loved the old time charm of the hotel and rooms. Everyone was very friendly. The associated restaurant had excellent brie salad and pizza and the included free breakfast was substantial. Only complaint might be that the bed was super, super hard.

Trevlig personal, mysiga rum. Läget utmärkt. Restaurangen som hör till hotellet serverade en bra lunch och en mycket god middag. Vi valde att äta frukost på hotellet men då fick vi vänta ganska länge (30-40 minuter) innan den första beställningen kom. Även vid middagen fick vi inte maten samtidigt vilket var tråkigt.

The town of Trogir is worth the detour and staying at Hotel Pasike was a fantastic surprise. Large and beautifully furnished rooms, outstanding and personal service. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the best meal we had during our Croatian trip.
