The apartment was modern, well appointed,very quiet, and located in a great neighborhood. For a July rental, the air conditioning was especially appreciated.

The apartment is newly renovated, everything that you can possibly need is there and it’s in the perfect location. We would definitely use it again!

Very clean property. Quiet. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was visiting touring Madrid and location was accessible to things we were seeing.

En general todo esta bien, pero hace falta cuidar pequeños detalles. Vajilla y cubiertería está incompleta o tiene piezas diferentes añadidas para completar. Una sartén no estaba completamente limpia, tenía unos pegotes por fuera. La barrita de jabón en el baño era minúscula. La base de metal para el gel de ducha sigue allí aunque no esté el envase que alguna vez se usó. La silla de esterilla en la sala está rota. La moda nórdica del edredón sin sábana no es conveniente para la primavera, hace falta la sábana encimera. Deben ofrecer al menos dos juegos de llaves físicas pues el sistema es vulnerable y no está exento de los inconvenientes que pueda tener el huésped si se queda sin batería o si se queda sin conexión. El edificio, igual que el apartamento están muy bien, pero si cuidan los pequeños detalles del apartamento sería un lugar top porque tiene todas las condiciones para serlo, sólo falta cuidar ests detallitos.
