We loved our stay at the Saga Hotel an will definitely be back. Facilities were excellent and the staff were out standing. Lovely restaurant and the breakfast provided was great. Not walkable to Hoi An old town but free shuttle (limited times) or grabs were cheap. The pool area was beautiful to cool off after shopping. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent service at this cozy boutique hotel. They accommodated several room/date changes for us and made special meals to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our family of four felt right at home, and we were never bored with the swimming pool, foosball, and pool table. The location equidistant from the town and the beach is the only inconvenience, but a taxi to either is only about $3 so it’s not a big deal.

We had a great time at the saga. We checked in a bit late at night so it was a bit rush, but we got a free room upgrade which was truly great. The room was spacious , and the bed was super big and comfortable. We tried room service too , and the food was great and not really overpriced. Pool was big and clean as well, but need to be fast to grab one of the limited chairs if you want to get some sun. Where the hotel really shines is with the staff. They are very attentive and helpful and gives a really personal touch. They asked about our day every morning and knew our names after day 2 Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I had an amazing stay. This resort has a great gym (with great AC), a nice pool and bar, breakfast is excellent, and the spa massage is very clean, relaxing, and equiped with showers, sauna & steam rooms. The staff is excellent and friendly, they took great care of me. I will definitely come back.

You can borrow bicycles and have a pleasant bike ride over the rice fields to the less commercialised, quieter and very clean beaches in the Cửa Đại area

Staff were excellent,well trained and attentive with good English skills. Rooms were modern and neat and the pool area is very relaxing. 25k vnd to old town by grab or free bike in the garage if you feel energetic. The breakfast covered all bases especially the western food but they also had good vegetarian options. Spa attached makes a one stop shop for relaxation. If you want a tour or anything really just go to the front desk and everything will be sorted. Can’t say enough about how good the staff were it was amazing. We will be back.

The staff and service were absolutely excellent however the room wasn’t the best we’ve stayed in. I had higher expectations and unfortunately felt like they may have had better rooms than the 1 we were given for 5 nights. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and everything felt over used and run down in the room. The bottled water was not nice at all and we opted to buy our own. It felt like they kept refilling the same bottle which didn’t smell nice. The bathroom door didn’t shut until you forced it which was a nightmare with our toddler when she’d be asleep! Spider webs in the windowsill in the bathroom which never got cleaned. Noisy rooms that everyone could hear in and out of. The staff though were all absolutely lovely and no complains about any of them at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The facility was clean and impeccable, the breakfast was delicious that featured both local specialties. The biggest selling point of this hotel for me was the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My partner loved the complimentary Vietnamese classes during our stay. I enjoyed conversations with the staff about local events specifically and about Vietnam generally. I appreciated that they allowed me to know Hoi An a little better through their own personal experiences. Great job!! The next time I visit Hoi An, The Saga Hotel is where I will stay.

This little Hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a superb room overlooking the pool. The first evening were invited to the Christmas tree lights switching on where the staff, all dressed for the part sang festive songs to us while we sipped mulled wine and tasted wonderful canapes. The staff were so good I thought they were hired in professionals! The room was huge as was the bathroom and everything was so clean. The ac was quiet and there was no noise from outside. The dining room has a verandah which overlooks the immaculate pool area and the breakfast buffet had a large and well presented selectionall hotel staff were attentive, friendly and verb helpful. We had a very good stay here, would come back again and thoroughly recommend this amazing little hotel.

Nice hôtel with a good breakfast The people are excellent and it is well located, plenty of nice restaurant, spa, mini market around. They offer bikes to be able to go in old Hanoi or to the beach thought the rice fields, so it's pretty cool. but the rooms lack space for luggage and clothes, Only hangers in the closet, no drawers... (so if you just stay a couple days it's fine)

We had a wonderful stay at the Saga hotel. We're a family of 4 (9 year old & 5 year old) and had a room with stairs that had a king bed on a mezzanine and two singles downstairs which was perfect for us. The hotel, especially the room was immaculately clean, and the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The included breakfast was the most extensive buffet I've had at a hotel before, such a great range to suit everyone. We booked because of the rave reviews and were not disappointed!

Wonderful oasis with a pool to refresh yourself after a day exploring the charming town or as a reprieve from the humidity. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We actually had an issue with room condition, so we got our room upgrade after one night. The suite room was really nice but since it's right infront of the pool, it's really noisy in the morning. The pool opens at 6am, and the kids were so loud so we could not sleep well.. I wish there was a warning sign or at least like a quite time (ex. 6am~9am) or something. Also, no tissue on the table at the restaurant. I know this is little small point but the visitor do feel uncomfortable by these litle things. The pool is really pretty and big though. Loved the pool. And the management dealt nicely with our complaints !

This hotel is ok , the rooms are paper thin you can here baby’s crying next door , footsteps upstairs, breakfast is set up for the Asian tourists not many options for North America or Europeans and they don’t replenish the iteams ,there is no management on weekends, or after 5 pm so if you have a problem you have to wait tell Monday or during the day ,it’s about a 15 minute walk to town but not a easy walk since all the scooters park on the side walks , so most of the time you are walking on the street, the gym is nice but get them to turn the ac on ,

From the very first moment the hotel goes above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay. Amazing value for money and I wish I had stayed longer. A short taxi ride best way to old town area, otherwise they have a day time shuttle.

The staff at The Saga Hotel, especially the manager, Ly, were exceptional and went above and beyond. Ly was so kind and courteous. She really went out of her way to help us. At check in, she upgraded our room so that we would have a quiet room to rest in. It was a beautifully decortaed room on a higher floor overlooking the pool. The next day when we had upset stomach, she ordered ginger tea for us and phoned around to find a pharmacy that was open. Lastly, at check out, there was some flooding in the street due to the amount of rain from the day before, and again Ly, the manager, went out of her way to find us a scooter that could take us to a drier street where she then ordered us a private car to take us from Hoi An to Da Nang, our next destination. Without her help, we would have had to wait for hours to find a ride in the rainy weather they were having. We are extremely grateful to Ly for verything she did for us. She is a very kind person and an excellent manager who truly goes out of her way to accommodate clients.

The most attentive attentive staff on the front desk. They kept checking to see what we needed throughout organised a private car to My son and shuttles to the beach and town, helpful and courteous throughout. Another great breakfast here as well. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food/drinks were fantastic as well. The location is also great -- there is a pho restaurant and a mini mart to the left and right of the hotel and lots of other suggestions in the welcome binder. Old Town is easily accessible either through the hotel shuttle or Grabs. We also had great experiences with the hotel babysitting service for our 3 year old. Would recommend The Saga to our friends!

Thus property was very cute. I loved the pool and the staff. Everyone was super friendly. They are just a 20 min away from the old town and they have a shuttle to take you into town. Washrooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy and they give a free mini bar with snacks and it’s refilled everyday. I would recommend this place and would come back.

Hotel aperto da qualche anno, molto accogliente con personale tutto, compreso il ristorante, gentilissimi, sempre disponibili a trovare soluzioni ad eventuali necessità del cliente. L'hotel è fuori dalla old town, ad una distanza di circa 20 minuti a piedi, cosa che mi ha permesso di soggiornare nonostante la recente alluvione. Luxurious hotel with a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good and the transfer to Da Nang station was a reasonable price (same as Grab). It is a bit of a walk to the most historic part of Hoi An, but there are some good restaurant options around the hotel.

Excellent stay at this property! The staff is fantastic and so friendly. If there are any issues, they respond right away. We thought the breakfast was delicious and had really good options. We would definitely stay here again. The pool is a great place to cool off. It does open at 6:30am so was slightly noisy one morning but folks are simply enjoying their vacation so is to be expected.

Really nice helpful friendly staff, hotel is in a good location close to everything and 20 minutes walk to old town. Good value for money, excellent breakfast choice with egg station but more varied selection of fruit each day would be nice. A comfy clean room and good complimentary toiletries, the beds were very comfortable. Relaxing pool area with nice greenery, also towels are provided. Bathroom quite small so could do with some shelving in shower area for toiletries and some hooks.
