Perfect Location, Breakfast is ok. The room was spacious, clean, and had a view. The sound insulation needed updating. The air conditioning was set to 18 degrees, and considering the outside temperature was between 9 and 17 degrees, we got sick from being cold in the room (Room 402). Despite repeatedly telling reception that we were cold from the day of arrival, they only came to our room and resolved the issue on the third day after we insisted.

Positives... / Good location directly beside Alonso Martinez metro station. / Pleasant staff. / Good sized room (#406). / Great shower; size, water pressure and temp. / Double glazing and full height window shutters. / Coffee maker and complementary pods x 2. Negatives... / Aspects of the decoration were scruffy and tired looking. / Free mini bar just means 2 complementary bottles of water!
