Accomodation was serviceable for my needs. Room was clean with good mattress. Pool was closed during my stay. Fromt desk staff friendly and helpful. Accomation is bear enough to airport to make it a viable inexpedive option. Hotel food was good but not great. Parking at hotel was on the expensive side for whst should be free when staying at a hotel.

Bellissimo hotel, ben organizzato e con bellissime aree comuni dove sono fruibili mostre d’arte. Ottima pulizia. Camera un po’ piccolina e datata soprattutto per arredamento. Molto comodo il letto. Costo del parcheggio un pochino alto, esternamente il sabato e la domenica si fa fatica a parcheggiare. Non avevo la colazione inclusa, ma ho provato il ristorante a cena, molto buono. Nei dintorni c’è poco o m no sente, la sera per fare 2 passi bisogna andare al centro di Aci Castello che dista circa 2 km.

Pool is nice but the chair broke when my husband sat down and his head hit the ground and bricks. Staff just picked up the chair and left him on the ground . The smell is awful. Clearly not updated since the 70’s and the smell of smoke and I think mold on top of the dilapidated ceiling tiles. The bed night stand has glass and it was sticky and dirty on arrival. The smell was so bad I had to limit my time indoors.

As we have celebrated our wedding anniversary management surprised us with bottle of Prosecco and some nibbles which was very pleasant - thank you. Hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Particularly Cloudia provided excellent very supportive services in difficult situations. Also Michaele live savings guy made the best Apperol Spriz. Breakfasts were great very tasty with a lot variety. Swimming at the pool was so enjoyable. Also very good setup with hotel beach entry. Just two things which bothered us was a smell from corridor carpet which in our opinion should be replaced and room air condition system which gave me a cough. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This property is managed perfectly. From the staff to the options. Everything was fantastic. The food is amazing and the servers so polite and accommodating. The front desk is managed very well. The rooms are clean, items are replenished daily. The next time I’m in Catania, I will be staying here.

We enjoyed our stay four points. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. They had both pool and beach access which was a nice variety. Location is a bit far from the city centre(1 hour walk) but there are Ubers available to get you to and from.

The hotel itself facilities wise is good, great pool and private access to the beach. However the rooms are terrible! We paid extra for a deluxe room but it was incredibly old and dirty. We arrived to find an empty can of drunk Pepsi in the bathroom and vape wrappers by the safe. The room wasn’t cleaned deeply. We did get an apology from both the cleaners and reception but feel this shouldn’t have been missed had the room been cleaned properly in the first place. The ceiling is also rotting away in the room, see photos attached. I also would strongly NOT recommend the breakfast, it’s incredibly average and not worth paying for. The waiters rush you out of breakfast rudely if you’re still eating past 10am. Overall better to save your money and not get. Overall this hotel is a 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Plus the hotel is incredibly far from Catania and anything decent to visit and you will have to keep on getting expensive Ubers to the city centre. There are better hotels towards Catania central which you must consider for the price as this place isn’t cheap either!

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with our stay here. The lobby and surrounding areas looked nice but the rooms were seriously neglected. There was mold all along the shower and tub. Walls were scuffed up and dirty and so was the carpet. The overall cleanliness was below average. The attention to detail was definitely lacking here especially for the price we paid to stay here as well as the hefty tourist fee we were charged.

Hotel was just a bit too far from centre. Requires expensive taxi rides. Not much choice of eateries near hotel. No hotel shuttle service. Replenishing of room amenities not consistent, always missing items however housekeeping is very friendly and will respond with providing when asked. Facilities in hotel limited. SPA not always avaliable, pool opens late in morning. Room layout not good. Not enough electrical power points. But has nice balcony and every room has view of sea. Staff at front desk do try to be helpful but are limited in what they can help.

During my stay at the hotel, I found it quite difficult to get a good night's sleep due to noise disturbances. The front court of the hotel was particularly noisy at night, with sounds from outside filtering into the room. Additionally, the restaurant across the street contributed significantly to the disturbance, as the sounds of conversations and general activity carried well into the late hours. The Four Points Hotel is a very nice hotel with many facilities. The restaurant is good, the spa option really nice and sunbeds were always avalaible near the pool. The room was large and clean, however, the airconditioner is more of a blower, which is not very helpful in 30 degrees. As stated, the hotel is not located in the center, which is fine, but the shuttle bus is quite expensive in comparison with ubers. Servicr was great. Overall we would definitely recommend the Four Points.

The wifi did not work in our room, only worked somewhat in the bathroom. Unless you plan to rent a car or spend the money on an Uber, the bus only comes once an hour so it isn’t convenient to get to anywhere you would actually want to go seeing as it is about an hour walk from downtown Catania. That being said, the room itself seemed like it was half way through a renovation, the bathroom and flooring looked new but the dusty velvet walls did not. For the price it was not a bad stay.

The property was too far from the actual town of Catania and there was no shuttle to the centre which was surprising considering that it is a 4 star hotel. The bath tub is very high and difficult to get out of if you are a short person like me. The whole hotel is very much stuck in a time-warp and looks like it was built in the 70's with nothing whatsoever having been changed or updated. There still are ash trays stuck to the walls outside the bedrooms!!! The artwork all over the hotel is offensive to members of the Catholic Faith. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really enjoyed the stay. Had a lovely big room facing the sea. The bed was big and very comfy. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the pancakes and pistachio cannoli. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the best I’ve ever tasted. Everything about the stay was just right and fitted. Perfect.

I'm not used to complain and write a bad review but this Time I have to. I'll start with the worst cause it's what most bothering me. The staff or someone else decided to open our room on the third day I guess using their master card cause the door was closed and locked. It happened without prior notice and while we showered. (Not for cleaning cause it was already cleaned and my girlfriend just got out of the shower and had to fight with them to close the door and talking to them didn't help cause they don't speak English. *We ordered the suite room based on the pictures that showed a hot tub but apparently it didn't work and they just use it as a tub. We didn't get the complementary water they said to give on the website and the welcome fruit basket where rotten. The hotel is very far from everything and there is only 1 bus every two hours. The breakfasts buffet was very limited and the night restaurant (the only one that was open in the entire area) had a very limited menu. The staff doesn't know how to deal with calm complains and didn't offer any solution to any of the problems. (Maybe if we'd just scream or shout then something was different but I'm not that kind of person) Its very frustrating to have a staff like this that only smile but isn't sincere and doesn't know how to comfort or to offer any solution. The only two positive things about our stay was the comfortable bed and the ocean view but it's definitely not enough to choose this hotel.

You could catch the. Bus to the city center right outside the hotel for 2 euros each round trip but it’s not close to anything else. But the staff was very friendly and the food in the bar area was good !

The hotel is a little dated but this did not take away from what a lovely stay we had. Staff were so friendly and catered to all our needs. Very helpful. We asked to see the "Horta" garden's. Which is well worth a look. This is where some of the produce for the restaurant is grown. Cute little shops on site and the pool / seaside was very relaxing. A good 30min walk to Aci castello centre and a bus ride from the centre of Catania. A good little find

Un albergo di questo livello non può non servire un cappuccino o caffè fatto da una macchina professionale o almeno deve lasciare la scelta. Mi è stato detto che c'erano solo le macchinette automatiche. E dire che i turisti vengono in Italia per gustare il nostro cappuccino che spesso prendono anche durante i pasti. Nonostante abbia pagato la colazione sono andato al bar più vicino che mi ha servito il "nostro cappuccino". Non andiamo bene, serviamo bene i turisti!!

Tirando um dos quartos possuir carpete o restante foi tudo excelente. Camas muito confortáveis e produtos cheirosos. Pessoal do restaurante bastante atencioso. Jantamos lá às duas noites e foram muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é excepcional, muitas opções tudo de qualidade. Sentimos falta de água disponível no frigobar. Havia uma garrafa na mesa indicando ser cortesia para membros do programa do hotel e somente na saída soubemos que era cortesia para todos. Nos concederam gentilmente late checkout para um dos quartos o que nos permitiu voltar do passeio e nos preparar para pegar nosso voo de volta. Recomendamos muito o hotel.

A great property with beautiful views!! The staff is very polite and helpful. A short drive or walk to shops and restaurants. If you decide to drink at the hotel bar get your drinks neat, there is a premium cost for mixed drinks.

The ceiling is also rotting away in the room, see photos attached. I also would strongly NOT recommend the breakfast, it’s incredibly average and not worth paying for. The waiters rush you out of breakfast rudely if you’re still eating past 10am. Overall better to save your money and not get. Overall this hotel is a 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Plus the hotel is incredibly far from Catania and anything decent to visit and you will have to keep on getting expensive Ubers to the city centre. There are better hotels towards Catania central which you must consider for the price as this place isn’t cheap either!
