This hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean with excellent daily service of our room. The 24 hour gym was very good but additional cross trainer machines would have been useful. Great location. The breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of food. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Within expectation, clean, spacious though the bathroom seems a bit outdated. The only negative in the room is the pillows, a bit thin. And i went to the pool every morning, the pool is a bit worn!

Hilton never disappoint us. This is one of the best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed. It has five restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with tons of selections.

Room was smelly and small. So outdated, it needs an immediate make over. Small bathroom. Not much to offer from the refrigerator. Buffet breakfast was a joke. They need to hire a new chef for breakfast. Poor selection. Low standard, I would not eat there even it is free. Again, very disappointed staying at Hilton.

I’m not sure why this hotel is classified as a 5 star hotel. With all the outdated fittings and room condition, this should be at most 3 stars. There were plenty of mold spots in the toilet, thick layer of dust in the air vent and the faucets were rusted. Our king bed was actually made of two single beds being put together. Even the front desk staff confirmed that’s the case for all king beds in this hotel. I did not expect that a well known brand like Hilton would have such “standards”. I’d definitely skip this hotel in my upcoming trips to Osaka.

当日は満室で海外からの旅行者で大変賑わっていました。掃除もなかなか追いつかないのかと思います。洗面台のコップ付近に小さな髪の毛がありました。(最近のホテルではみかける事がなかったので少し驚きました) 室内のアメニティや設備には満足です。室内の作りも良かったです。ただエレベーターホールが夜は真っ暗な事と(節電でしょうか)壁紙が剥がれていた事が気になりました。スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

Large clean rooms. Comfortable beds and nice views. The area is rather busy and this is a large hotel complex with no map. On check-in had to fill out personal information form even though all information was already provided.

Excellent location just minutes from the Osaka Station! It’s a little confusing at first, but you can use the underground walkway to get directly to the hotel. Hotel rooms were more of a Western size (aka spacious!) compared to other Japanese hotels I stayed in. The lobby is luxurious. The hotel bar had wonderful drinks and the night we stayed, there was a terrific jazz singer. My only note is that I booked a city view room, but it mostly looked out directly at another building. This was on the 25th floor. If you sit at an angle, you can see the city.

Very nice hotel right next to Osaka station. We spent 4 nights here. The room was massive by Japanese standards and we were very comfortable. The bed and comforter was especially nice, which meant solid sleep. Word of advice if going to the hotel from Osaka Station, exit via the South Central Exit (first find Central Exit, then choose the South side)… we spent a long time lost in Osaka Station on our first time trying to walk to the hotel. Lawson and Family Mart are close by for snacks and the area has a ton of restaurants. We loved staying there and will return.

チェックインに40分もかかったのが残念。料金上げてアーリーチェックインにしたり年末年始だけは窓口の数を増やして欲しい。毎年、年末年始はホテルで過ごすがこんなに並んだのは初めて。それ以外は最高だったのでそこのみ改善されたらまた利用したい。

Great hotel. Everything works. Good location. Very good rooms. Only issue was that they need a concierge. Reception staff tried to assist with queries but their English was not good enough to actually be of value. I was very surprised that a Hilton did not have this function.

In general a good hotel in a good location. Friendly, helpful reception staff. I was really disappointed by the treatment from My Place staff on Saturday evening - they seemed suspicious I was a guest and that I would pay. When I signed the check, 3 staff told me to wait until they had checked. I have never experienced such treatment, and very different from the welcome on Friday night

Our room was originally on 27th floor but it smelt like cigarettes from other people who had smoking rooms (mine was non smoking room) . Front desk managed to change our room to 18th floor. Very happy that that floor didn't have the smell. Concierge was super helpful and called 5 restaurants for us and finally found one that could accommodate 4 of us on a busy night! Thank you

Excellent location, a very nice hotel, across the street from many high-end shopping and regular shopping. Super access to train stations. Very nice room also. The elevators take a bit more time to come but then it is a large hotel. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

O quarto estava impecável, fiz um Up grade para suite Junior e realmente valeu cada centavo. Equipe toda muito cordial e amável, comida muito boa. A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor, ao lado da estação de metrô, shopping, restaurantes… tudo incrível. Único ponto negativo é que o restaurante do café da manhã parece não comportar a quantidade de hóspedes, de modo que sempre tinha fila.

Good hotel but simple suggestion for breakfast queues. Hire more staff to clear the tables, nothing more frustrating standing in a queue and seeing a significant number of empty tables that just need clearing.
