The staff at this hotel are amazing. They helped us receive and send our luggage between hotels, and were extremely hospitable. The breakfast spread was AMAZING, such a huge variety and super fresh every day! They even have free coffee, tea and lemonade while the common room is open. Very thoughtful touches. Location is great, walkable to Dotonbori and about 10 minutes to various train stations. Only gave a 4 star overall due to being dated, looks and feels older than the pictures. Our room was non smoking but it had a faint odd smell of smoke and kept hearing constant clicking noises. But we didn’t spend much time in the room, only to sleep so it wasn’t the worst.

The hotel lies close to transports, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in the booking plus the availability of a self service laundromat on level 7. The room is comfortable for Japanese standard. The only thing negative is the very slow internet where I get around 2 megabits download. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Love the free breakfasts and huge seating area. Large hotel room window that opens alot, very amazing staff who are very professional and kind. Good amount of washing machine and dryers and cheap. The rooms bathroom would smell if the fan wasnt kept on while I was out.

Friendly, relaxed place in a good location for downtown Osaka. Although the mattress was on a bit of a slope, the room was a very decent size with fresh towels supplied every day. Breakfast a bit limited but good quality. Being able to get free cups of tea in the library lounge all day was a nice touch.

住咗2晚，酒店位置方便，由大丸附近行返酒店約5分鐘，酒店附近亦有食店及便利店。職員親切有禮，自助早餐不算好多選擇，但豐富好食，不需登記只需直接搵位坐。cafe的水同咖啡一直開放隨時添飲都得。房間偏細，冷氣偏熱，可開窗。電視台選擇少，wifi 同沖涼水壓強勁。有牙刷，拖鞋，毛巾供應，棉花棒同鬚刨要喺front desk攞，佢係冇浴帽。3pm check in (冇得早),10am check out(冇得遲),可代存行李，性價比高，有機會去大阪都會再住。

Service and breakfast area was good, had no A/C during rooms causing overheating in room and eventually opened the windows to offset it. Ended up getting sick during my stay due to constant hot/cold environment. Found cockroach in my room.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and unfortunately our room window went right out onto a rooftop walkway. This unfortunately made us uneasy and we felt a little unsafe. Especially as the area around the hotel is full of bars and pubs etc. The walls are also super thin. You can hear everything in the hallway.

Our stay was nice. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that it was very warm in the room. After asking the front desk, they did give us permission to open our window a little which made the room temperature very pleasant.

Our room had nice views of the city and we could see the donqi Ferris wheel. This hotel is a walkable distance to the subway stations and close to the shopping streets. There was also free breakfast buffet which we had a couple of times and the food was decent. Only downside is that the bathroom was quite small and the walls were also thin as we could hear our neighbours talking.

location is great, center of lot of shops and restaurants, famous tourist attractions within walking distance. breakfast is ok, basically is the same every day. tea and coffee all day self serve. the only problem is the room is so small and the set up in the bathroom is really inconvenient, I think it's good if you travel alone

Incredibly noisy in the hotel at all hours, very thin walls and people screaming up and down every floor. Everything inside felt very old and very cheap as well. The room was so stuffy and hot but they do not allow you to open a window. The staff was very kind and the location is perfect though. Will not stay again and would not recommend.

Walkable to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Station. Good selection of food for breakfast. The staff made sure that the room is cleaned well which somewhat made up for the pungent smell in the bathroom. You must leave the fan on and the bathroom door open otherwise the funky smell is overwhelming. The room size is tiny and stuffy. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are very thin so ask for extras.

A few of the staffs are well trained but one or two staffs are rather rude, especially one lady who is manning the counter. She doesnt speaks english and was quite unhappy when we spoke to her in english. If i were the management i would send all staff to a basic english class. Location wise, it's fabulous. However room was very small. The rate wasnt exactly cheap for the period i booked.

Very convenient hotel with nice staff on site. The only complaint I have is really just the area around the hotel is dirty and noisy at night. It doesn’t affect our stay inside the hotel, it’s just the first a scene after turning the corner from the hotel is super dirty mostly due to drunks or tourists who left trash on the street.

旅館位置就在心齋橋鬧區內，旁邊很多night club，晚上喝醉酒的人很多，還有很多拉客的人，感覺有點不安全。地點方面，無論從哪一站地鐵走過來都約需10分鐘，但對於想要好好逛心齋橋附近的人來說算是蠻方便的地點。早餐菜色選擇有點少，且重複沒有變化，口味就是能吃而已，而且沒有特色，可以做出這麼難吃的炒蛋也算不容易。房間燈光有點暗，廁所超級小，洗個澡會一直撞到牆壁，蹲馬通像在面壁思過，住在六樓還算安靜聽不太到樓下吵雜聲，如果再給我選一次，會想找更好的旅館
