Free shuttle and only about 1km from the arrival area. Clean well made up room and not to noisy considering the run ways are right outside the windows. Kind of interesting to watch the flights in and out from here.

Overall it was just ok. Upon entering the room, I noticed the room was decent at first glance. However when I went to sit in The office chair, I seen that it was not cleaned or wiped down at all. It was sticky and clearly dirty. There was no conditioner in the shower and the wall by the toilet had some questionable brown stains. The cable tv had very limited options (mostly news or weather) and there was no mattress covers on the beds.

The Mattress didnt have a fitted sheet, i toss and turn in my sleep i ended up waking up on bare mattress, no mattress cover, no fitted sheet just bare matress. That is DISGUSTING how many different peoples fluids must of been absorbed by it; Yuck! There was also "debris" on the bottom of the toilet seat when i lifted it up. The hotel staff were friendly and polite the room was comfortable but it couldnt be enjoyed because of the cleaning. I dont expect the ritz but after tax the room was about 200$, that in my opinion should be cleaner than a hostels standards.

The rooms were ok, but they need to be updated. The mini fridge didn’t really work, the safe was sitting on a piece of metal on the floor and the microwave looked like it was 10 years old. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. I didn’t try the restaurant but they had a nice menu option.

Very clean, right at the airport, everything was amazing, the only thing: doors are so loud when they close, and people come and leave their rooms at all hours of the night , so I was awake every hour because someone on the floor slams a door.

Great staff, all very friendly. Convenient location if flying in/out. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but they were very clean. If I stay here again I will request to not be in a room near the elevator, too much foot traffic. Also, the guest room doors close very loudly and do little to block out hallway noise, it sounded like people were slamming doors constantly (which I’m sure they weren’t). This, paired with the airport traffic noise, made for a challenging sleep so might not be the best choice for a light sleeper.

There was a Hydro outage from the time I got there. The power did not come back on until the middle of the night. It woke me up at that time. I was unable to have a shower due to the fact the power didn’t come on in time in the evening and I had an early morning flight. There was no place to eat due to the power outage. I was told the manager would contact me. Nobody did.

The hotel management never responded. Hotel staff great, management not being responsive, not great at all.

I was told twice this would happen, and was put in a room in the middle of a hallway and next to the ice machine. It resulted in a night where we didn’t get much rest. The front desk staff is always courteous and friendly. The hotel, while starting to look a little worn, is comfortable and very accessible to the airport. The rooms are a good size. I stay there often and have never been surprised. It’s a good consistent hotel.

I booked this hotel for my father after a long trip from the UK. The heating was broken in the room, after trying to turn the heating up all he got was a constant blast of cold air circulating round, so spent the night shivering away (he’s 72 years old). After a terrible nights sleep he found the shower was also freezing cold. The only positive of the hotel was its location to the airport. He did tell the front desk and I tried to ask for a refund, which the hotel denied. Do not stay here, plenty of other options nearby.

We wish we could have stayed longer than 5 hours. It is a great hotel si conveniently located, a two minute walk to the terminal, through an indoor walk-way through the adjacent hotel. It seems odd to say it was quiet, located at the airport, but the planes must have been taking off and landing in a different direction from the hotel as we didnt hear any. The staff was great, convenient indoor parking lot behind the hotel. Price was reasonable for an airport hotel.

Location for sure, steps away from airport. We only overnight late check in and early check out. The night staff was not very outgoing. I had to say hello and yes she responded but good customer service should be welcoming guests instead of me saying hello no biggie. Very quiet too so it’s a bonus. The early morning staff or night manager was friendly. Overall I would recommend.

I love staying here before flying out the next day. Return my car rental the night before and then just walk to the hotel and then cross over the next morning to get my flight. The restaurant has a nice menu and my meal was delicious. Staff was friendly.

I really like staying here - 2nd time. The food is great - super staff. Right by the airport but you can’t hear the planes I love the fact that I can pay for parking while I’m on my trip rooms are nice and the bed is great!

The first room I tried to stay in had some issues in the bathroom. The bathtub tap was falling off and the ceiling in the bathroom was covered in black Spots and peeling off. I immediately asked To switch rooms. The 2nd room was better, however once I got settled I noticed some things- the top Of headboard was duct taped and Broken on one side. There was a reddish/brown stain splattered on the main window curtains. No compensation was offered- just will Let housekeeping know . Serious updates need To be done, before I stay there Again.
