Very nice amenities…..you could not ask for anything that was not there…even first aid kit,thread and needle.Very well maintained suite,compact but with great function.Host very helpful and easily accessible.Bus stop steps away to take you to city centre….Good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.A gem

A lovely, beautiful and relaxing place. The environment intertwined the modern and natural. Clean, peaceful and spacious room with the bonus of additonal kitchen space. Only a short walk to supermarket. The underground train station about 15 mins walk, so the journey from airport was seamless. I would stay here again, if I make another trip to Madrid.

Very efficient layout and use of space. Although not close to city center, there is a bus station few steps away. Very clean and practical.

There was a mix up with the room I booked and what was available - Fran sent me a message a day before to let me know. She had a smaller room available, and even offered me a room in her house! We decided to go with the smaller room as we just needed a room and a bathroom to recover from the flight over. We were arriving late, and Fran was so kind - left us some food so that we had something to eat when we finally arrived. The room was definitely small, but it's not the room I booked - so I can't say anything about that. The service we received from Fran was outstanding - she and I were in contact daily over WhatsApp and she gave us great suggestions for things to do. Helped me out with some laundry. The hotel itself was super quiet and clean, so we slept like the dead and felt relatively human again by the time we carried on for the rest of our travels!
