The best hotel we stayed at on our trip around Europe. Beautiful pool area and delicious cooked breakfast. Free shuttle from the ferry port and airport and also into town. 10 min walk into town down the hill. Spectacular sunset views and balcony. Spacious rooms.

Excellent Hotel! Ensure you have a sea view room where you can enjoy a beverage while watching the sunset on your balcony, very clean and comfy room. Many beautiful common areas to sit and relax. Nice Pool area with high quality umbrella and chairs and a great pool bar. The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Athena, Nick and Maria. Free shuttle to/from times. The free breakfast was nothing short of incredible. Order from a menu as well as a large selection of meats, juices, yogurt, nuts etc.. Free Mercedes van to/from the core at 7, 8, 9pm.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Great breakfast and pool area and spacious rooms :). It’s a bit of a walk to town (especially coming back up the hill - it’s a hike) but the hotel offers free shuttles in the evenings which was a great addition. AC worked really well and the free shuttle to/from the ferry was a perk! Fair price for a great spot!

Staff was extremely personable and accommodating. They were very helpful with transportation including complimentary shuttle service to/from the ferry terminal as well as arranging private car service to get to/from dinner. The pool bartenders were really friendly and the pool area was beautiful and comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated and had a balcony overlooking the village and sea. Spent three nights and would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location and all areas. Transportation provided from the ferry to hotel was easy to arrange. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Amazing view from room. Pool was lovely with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as drink and food serves. Daily drop off and pick up at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00, was offered, but don’t count on it, they drove right by us, so we took a taxi back.

Fantastic hotel. Very large room with ocean view. Spotless clean. Included a fabulous breakfast with cook to order menu. Great pool and bar area. Upon checkin received a map and a lot of information on how to get around the island, restaurants etc. this hotel is on the hillside with expansive views. It is a fairly short walk in town —- however the path is not great unless you are fairly agile. A more pleasant and less stressful option is to take a taxi for 7-10 euros. Staff is exceptional. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Loved the hotel grounds, pool, lobby, rooms and ferry transfers. I wanted to give this 5 stars but we just could not shake the sewage smell. It was very strong despite, air fresheners, keeping the bathroom door closed and bleach.

Overal property was good but we had maintenance issues with our room, shower & drain were not working properly. Also air conditioning was not working, staff assisted right away but the unit didn’t work the next day. Equipment needs to be updated

Beautiful view of the ocean and Mykonos! Our room had a private deck and private staircase with great views. Pool was clean and clear and the lounge chairs were very comfortable. Enjoyed the many patios and shady, comfortable chairs to relax in. Staff were very helpful and accomidating. The overall property was well kept and marble floors were spotless!

I booked two rooms for my family. Both bathrooms stink. Smelled like sewerage. And the hallways leading to the rooms also had a foul smell. Smells like urine. Service could be better. Staff should smile some more. That would also help a lot.

The view from my room was spectacular! Clean rooms and the soft and refreshing beddings made for a very restful evenings. Breakfast option including the hot menu was a great addition to our stay.

Overall a good property and we really enjoyed our stay. Only real negative was that we booked the junior suite for 4 nights but were informed upon arrival that it wasn’t available the first night; so we stayed in a standard sea view room that night (they reimbursed us the difference). Another possible negative is that it’s a bit loud with nearby clubs and traffic, but we sort of expected that given its location. Sea view room: smallish but clean. AMAZING view. Weird bathroom window allowed the morning sun to blaze into the room, fixed with a towel. Junior suite. Beautiful, large room with tub in the main room and separate room for toilet and rain shower. AMAZING view, once again. Beds are comfy Staff very friendly and accommodating Breakfasts are excellent with eggs and coffee made to order and a huge spread to choose from. Food from the restaurant was very tasty and fresh. Great location with about a 15-20 min (steep) walk down to the waterfront. To get to any of the beaches, we took Ubers, which really ads up as it’s 36-48€ per ride. Next time we might rent a car (even with the sketchy narrow roads).

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Das Queensizebett sehr bequem. Nachts wurden häufig Türen zugeschlagen und Möbel verrückt, was die Nachtruhe leider unterbrach.

Our Jr. Suite had an incredible view of the Mediterranean and the town of Mykonos! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety! About a 12 minute walk downhill to the main part of town.

Very nice property, especially the suites. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers amazing views since it’s located at the top of a hill. It’s about a 10-minute walk down to the city center, but the walk back uphill may not be for everyone. Fortunately, there’s also a shuttle bus to the center. I especially enjoyed the huge terrace of our room, it had a great vibe and made our stay unforgettable with the views day and night. Also amazing sunset views.

I fell in love with this beautiful place! The staff is so kind, friendly, fun to talk with. Everyone was sincerely engaged with us. The views from Hermes are spectacular! And for me, I was so happy they let me play with the locals kitty. I want to come back. What a special place in the world. Hotel was exactly what I hoped for.

We enjoyed a 3 nights stay here for a friends 40th. From the moment we were collected from the airport via the free shuttle to our arrival and throughout our stay, the service and warmth from all staff was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and were a great help ordering transfers for us. Special shout out to Mira on front desk - she was just the sweetest! This was my second time visiting Mykonos and it won’t be the last - and I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Hotel Hermes and I hope to see you soon!

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! From check-in to check-out, everything was top rate. The property is immaculately maintained and our room tastefully decorated. The staff, especially Manos at the Front Desk, was great. Knowledgeable, good suggestions and friendly. The 2 servers for breakfast, the van drivers and our cleaning staff were also excellent. The hotel is gorgeous and in a perfect location.

The employees at the front desk & dining room went above & beyond providing information on where to go, eat & what to see. Breakfast which is included had plenty of hot & cold food to choose from. Housekeeping also did an excellent job. The atmosphere at this hotel was vey relaxed & comfortable. A 10 minute walk to town . GREAT place to stay ! Highly recommended.

Overall a good property and we really enjoyed our stay. Only real negative was that we booked the junior suite for 4 nights but were informed upon arrival that it wasn’t available the first night; so we stayed in a standard sea view room that night (they reimbursed us the difference). Another possible negative is that it’s a bit loud with nearby clubs and traffic, but we sort of expected that given its location. Sea view room: smallish but clean. AMAZING view. Weird bathroom window allowed the morning sun to blaze into the room, fixed with a towel. Junior suite. Beautiful, large room with tub in the main room and separate room for toilet and rain shower. AMAZING view, once again. Beds are comfy Staff very friendly and accommodating Breakfasts are excellent with eggs and coffee made to order and a huge spread to choose from. Food from the restaurant was very tasty and fresh. Great location with about a 15-20 min (steep) walk down to the waterfront. To get to any of the beaches, we took Ubers, which really ads up as it’s 36-48€ per ride. Next time we might rent a car (even with the sketchy narrow roads).

Absolutely loved our stay at Hermes Mykonos. The entire property was super clean and had a very classy vibe. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and the views from our room were stunning. The drinks by the pool were great and the pool itself was gorgeous. Staff was super helpful. Only thing I didn’t love was that it wasn’t close to town or little Venice so we had to take cabs/ubers to dinner, nightlife, and those were pretty pricey

Very nice property, especially the suites. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers amazing views since it’s located at the top of a hill. It’s about a 10-minute walk down to the city center, but the walk back uphill may not be for everyone. Fortunately, there’s also a shuttle bus to the center. I especially enjoyed the huge terrace of our room, it had a great vibe and made our stay unforgettable with the views day and night. Also amazing sunset views.

Upon checkin received a map and a lot of information on how to get around the island, restaurants etc. this hotel is on the hillside with expansive views. It is a fairly short walk in town —- however the path is not great unless you are fairly agile. A more pleasant and less stressful option is to take a taxi for 7-10 euros. Staff is exceptional. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Nice Pool area with high quality umbrella and chairs and a great pool bar. The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Athena, Nick and Maria. Free shuttle to/from times. The free breakfast was nothing short of incredible. Order from a menu as well as a large selection of meats, juices, yogurt, nuts etc.. Free Mercedes van to/from the core at 7, 8, 9pm.

A fabulous stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted by two ladies on reception with a welcoming smile, after checking in, one lady showed us to our room and the vehicle driver delivered our cases. Throughout the week, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, they were all absolutely fantastic, from housekeeping to reception, breakfast staff and bar staff, everyone wanted to help. During our stay we needed a few extra things, all were delivered within minutes of requesting them. There is also a complimentary bottle of water each day in the room, along with a payable Mini Bar Fridge. The breakfast and bar offerings were great, for breakfast you can order whatever you like from the Eggs Breakfast Menu, brought to your table with drinks. The young lady and gentleman at breakfast worked tirelessly to ensure you enjoyed breakfast. Additionally, there is a fabulous self service selection. The Bar/Pool Menu was also great. The fixtures and fitting in the hotel are very pleasing with good quality comfortable places to sit with the best views! The hotel is situated up hill, around 10-15 minutes from Mykonos Town area, we found there were two routes to use. We had a sea view room on the first floor and the views were simply stunning! We would 100% return to this hotel, it is well up there with the best we've stayed in! Thank you to all at Hermes Mykonos!

Loved this property despite the fact that it does not have a full time restaurant. Breakfast option was wonderful. Restaurants are walking distance but sometimes when you are on vacation, you just want in room dining service. Other, than that; this hotel was great.

This property requires a 12/10!! It was that fantastic! I have never felt more welcomed from staff than I did at this hotel. It was fabulous. The views of Mykonos were stunning from the hotel and it was a short walk to everything in Mykonos town. The breakfast was unbelievable. And for the price that we paid, that was unbelievable as well. I read previous reviews of this hotel and was impressed, once you stay here you will be super impressed! Like I said: 12/10. It exceeds excellent!
