Gem is an accurate name and description for this hotel. Free parking, Friendly staff, clean and niceley decorated hotel and rooms. Loved that there was a kitchen and laundry in the room. Building is so close to public transport which was convenient. I would gladly stay again if I return to this area.

Great hotel all around. Clean room with everything we needed, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast. My family comes to Chicago twice a year to visit our family and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at.

Great stay! Initially, there was a problem with the shower and they changed our room right away. The room was spotless including the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient, especially when using the side entrance to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
