Leider sind die Zimmer sehr dunkel, was wohl Beleuchtungskonzept des gesamten Hauses liegt. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen sind nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar, was auf der Homepage nicht richtig kommuniziert wurde. Schade, dies war neben der Lage ein Grund der Buchung für uns.

This is a lovely and reasonably priced hotel centrally located in Palermo. The hotel , the room , the staff and the amenities were all wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding and their small restaurant was very relaxing and classy. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt gut in der Nähe der Piazza G. Verdi, nicht weit von der Restaurantmeile in der Via Maqueda entfernt. Aller Komfort, den man von einem Viertsterne-Hotel erwartet, ist vorhanden. Von uns zu bemängeln: Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, jedoch sollte mehr auf seine Präsentation geachtet werden. Das Schliessen der Zimmertüren von aussen muss auf etwas merkwürdige Weise vorgenommen werden. Damit die Türe gerschlossen ist, muss die Türe "zugeknallt" werden. Sehr unangenehm in den frühen Morgenstunden, wenn die Départs stattfinden.

This is a 2 star property at best. It’s not updated, the mattress is hard, pillows are flat, the bathtub/shower is a safety hazard. They will not allow children in the pool. Sucked all around. You can also hear the neighbors breathe.

We had a great room with a balcony. We stayed there the 3 nights. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic. The hotel is very well located yet not too close to the main tourist streets which are more noisy. Would go again if back Palermo.
