I can’t say one bad thing about this hotel, as soon as we arrived from valet to front desk, to the rooftop bar… the staff was 5 Star! We enjoyed our stay and the decor was spot on with our vibe! Property was well thought out, fitness center was great and on every floor there’s a water station. We would recommend this hotel!

We really lucked in with the Hotel Renegade. A brand new boutique property with loads of charm and an enthusiastic friendly team. At first look you would think the hotel was a renovation of a classic building. But the property is new from the ground up. However certainly not a cheap feel. The rooftop Highlander bar is a must to take in the vibe. I think half of Boise was there LOL. My only request is that the hotel open for breakfast dining. They do have their cafe open for good coffee and snacks, but I enjoy breakfast dining.

The property is beautiful, very well done in a rustic, classic Western theme. The dining in the supper club for dinner was very good as was the rooftop bar. Only thing lacking was breakfast options at the coffee shop. Gym was small but well stocked with new equipment.

Awesome place! Stayed in the King Suite and didn’t want to leave. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are top notch. With a fabulous restaurant, rooftop bar, and coffee shop all in the building, there’s no reason to leave! A+

Man this place is awesome. We initially stayed on a one night layover on our roadtrip but later deviated several hours off course on the way home to California to re-visit this location and stay one more night. From the Valet, to Front Desk, and Bartenders, everyone was amazing and we so enjoyed our stay. The rooms are super clean, the place smells great, and its just a super nice location. Be sure to grab a drink at the bar on the roof, it was amazing and watching the sunset at almost 10 PM was well worth it. Walkable to many cool restaurants, bars, and shopping. Stop off and enjoy this place on your next trip to Boise.

The hotel was amazing definitely the finest hotel in Boise! There was one thing that I found odd and undesirable however.. we stayed in a 2 room suite and the bathroom had a partial glass wall. It was a beautiful design except from the living room you had a direct view to the toilet. There was no option in place to change that. It was just me and my wife so not a huge deal but definately very very weird. They need at least a curtain.

Beautiful room, great rooftop restaurant. Boise downtown never disappoints. Downsides: parking is not convenient (we paid for valet); also, bathroom has glass shower which allows you to see into the bathroom (and toilet area) if you are in the bedroom area. There is a shade that comes down to cover it, but it is still see-through in some light. Super strange!

The hotel and staff were great. Good location, nice furnishings and bedding. Only drawback is the street noise. Seemed to be an early set of dumpster runs everyday around 4/5am that felt like it was right next to your pillow.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Great walkable location to downtown Boise attractions. Room was super nice and I liked the glass shower but it didn't provide much privacy from the room (you can see everything your partner is doing in the bathroom). Would stay here again.

Beautiful property in a really nice walkable location. Service is so so for a nice property, no bellmen (you need to bring your own bags to your room) I asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and they said they didn’t have any. Just little things like that. Comfortable beds and nice showers

This hotel is beautiful. The roof top bar and the lobby bar had excellent service. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. We ordered room service for 9:00 and didn’t get it until 10:30. Because checkout is 11:00. We had to hurry up and eat and didn’t get to enjoy our meal.

Very nice hotel room and I liked the location. Service on the other hand was awful. From the check in where we had a sign in our room that said there was a welcome gift in the fridge of our suite that wasn’t there. When I asked about it they were confused and gave me a welcome bag for a wedding party that I wasn’t part of to then saying the sign was a mistake! Both restaurants had service issues, the ice maker on our floor had a sign saying it was overheating and being fixed, but it was like that for all three days. $35 a night for valet and I still had to wait 25 minutes for my car despite requesting it before I even left my room. We were hoping this would be our go to hotel for the next four years while our child is in college but not with service like this.

Excellent Service! - I accidentally left my briefcase in the room and my Uber had arrived for the airport. The gentleman at the front desk offered to run get it since my room key had already been deactivated. I made my flight on time! Thank you Renegade staff.

I began staying here a few times a month about 6 months ago and waited to write a review as I figured I'd know it well by now. This is by far the best hotel in Boise. I'd put The Avery and 500 on Capitol as good second options. The front desk staff is top notch - old school service. The valet guys are great! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. This is a far cry from a chain hotel! The shower is the best I've seen in any hotel nationwide. The beds and bedding are fantastic. The rooftop bar is not to be missed! From top to bottom what stands out is the attention to detail. Every room has an umbrella, and while it rarely rains in Boise it's a nice touch. Location is great and within easy walking distance to anything you's want to do downtown. 3pm check-in is nice and gives you time to explore. If they're not bust you can get in at 2pm sometimes. Great lobby with comfortable couches and a coffee shop. Highly recommended without reservation!

Check on was a disaster that lead to the girl at the front desk yelling at my and myself. The GM tried to make it better but her behavior was so abhorrent that I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Fantastic stay. We enjoyed dinner at the Baraboo Dinner Club and our room was stunning. The fixtures, trim, and decor are all top notch. You can tell that they put a lot of time, effort, and dollars into making this an upscale hotel. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth the stay. Well appointed throughout, very warm yet cool vibe. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice as well ! Positives: roof top bar with great service , really good food and views. Main level restaurant looked inviting (but we ate upstairs bar). There’s a coffee shop adjacent to the hotel lobby for morning lattes…pastries…breakfast sandwiches! No one told us it was there (around the corner out of visibility from lobby) and we happened upon it on our last morning. Front desk should have mentioned it first day or had a sign. Negative: the bed pillows are firm and at least 14 “ thick. More like king size decor pillows. Hotel had no other pillows (but took our recommendations to offer or change them). All of us had sore necks. lol. Bring your own pillow unless you like your head on a thick rock pillow.

This is a stunning property. No detail was missed. Staff was excellent the comfort was top notch. Rooftop drinks and apps are offered at one of the restaurants but we didn’t get a chance to go. We did eat at the upscale in house restaurant Baraboo Supper Club and had the most phenomenal steak of our lives! This place is a must stay!
