The pool stated it was open and it was closed when we got there. Another there was really no parking available so cars were blocking cars. The room was ok but had a musty smell

The location was great. The price was what I was allowed as my business paid for this trip. Breakfast was basically bread and juice(unless you like fruit loops). There is not much nearby other than two convenience stores and a jack in the box. The floor was dirty and the room was old. I received a small shampoo the first day, then was told there was no more. My room had no hot water in the shower - I ran it for about a half hour and it became less than icy, but never warm. Towels were small and except the first day(of a four-day stay) no one came to my room even though the maid walked by many times, so when I left my garbage was stacked and my towels were used every day. The TV worked but had terrible reception and if you turned the bathroom light on, the TV basically was unsee-able. The pool was OK, but the hot tub is out of service. The bus stop is a short walk, but be aware even a small trip in an Uber in Seattle will be 40-60 dollars at a minimum. There were some kind of sketchy individuals in the lobby a couple of times, but never bothered me - one morning I was one minute early to breakfast and the clerk just stood and stared at me when I tried the door - I apologized but she basically blew me off. Overall - it is an OK place for me, I am sure those with higher expectations would be very disappointed. The first clerk I met was very nice, the rest seemed as if I was a bother. The ice machine is broken so if you need ice, you have to go to one of the stores.

The rooms are nice for such a low price. The pool was operational, but still needed some work. The ice machine wasn't working. There isn't enough parking. The AC didn't work in the first room we were given, but we were switched to another room after I asked to switch. The employees try hard to make your stay good.

This property really needs some love put into it. There are holes and weird discolorations in the walls everywhere. When we arrived in our room all of our towels were on the floor (folded). The listing for the room had pictures of a nice hot tub and pool. When we arrived we were told there was not hot tub (it's all closed up permanently) and we were told the pool was out of commission. The room did the job, but it was dingy.

It appears that this hotel has pretty much given up trying to offer a decent stay. From the front door requiring a good shove to open, to a lack of basic amenities, we do not recommend anyone stay at this motel. Here is a partial list of basic amenities lacking: 1) a coffeemaker, but no coffee pot, nor coffee nor coffee cups. 2) no facial tissue; 3) pathetically small (single-use) soap bars; 4) no breakfast to speak of less than an hour after it opened. 5) the pond feature in front of the office was algae-filled and disgusting. 6) the pool was disgusting, too, but they were at least cleaning it. Our stay was the worst in recent memory. We cancelled our second night and went on down the road.

The walls of the room were dirty. Some of the towels were stained. The noise from the freeway was very loud. The beds were comfy and we didn’t have noisy neighbors so that was plus. But the highway noise was pretty bad. It was close to a community center with a splash pad that kind of worked. They were just filling up the pool so we didn’t get to use. You get what you pay for, but the room definitely could have been a little cleaner.

Parking is very limited

The establishment is run down and breakfast is very limited. A nice staff member hands you a paper bag with a yogurt of their choosing and a tangerine The sink has the warer connections wrong- hot comes from the cold side and the cold comes the other. A staff member was evicting too noisy couple with a dog as we were going to our room. There is no elevator and we had 2 heavy bags to haul up the stairs. Beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. We would not stay again

So gross. The floor was so dirty, there was called dirt and cobwebs in the corner. There were exposed wires in the bathroom light unit. Random patches all over the walls. Broken bathroom counter and room phone. Coffee pot but no coffee. We got tickets for breakfast but the first morning was told they were to busy to put anything out and the 2nd morning it was bread and cheerios. The hot tub was covered with piles of stuff. The pool was nasty, filled with bugs and peeling.

Everything was disgusting. The grounds smelled like urine, and there was obvious drug paraphernalia around the parking lot and walkways. Room was stained, dirty and dingy. There were burns in the curtains, the floor was sticky, and there were suspicious stains on the toilet. The shower seemed fine. I inspected the sheets, covers and pillows and saw now obvious signs, but I woke up the next morning with bites on my arms, back and head. Presumably bed bugs, but could be fleas as I saw many stray cats in the area and heard several dogs as well. Service was terrible, it took 25 minutes to check in because the clerk stopped mid check in and counted the till, made a couple phone calls, and looked to be scrolling instagram for a bit. When I pulled in, there were 5 police squad cars with their lights on in the main entrance. I would highly recommend you use this place as the final of final resorts. I would have been better off staying in my car or driving 3 hours home at midnight when I checked in.

Dead spider in toilet. Drips on walls. Holes in walls. Not even sure if the bed was cleaned or not... Cigarette burn in the mattress.

Very dirty. Only plus was the bed was clean and comfortable.

We got bitten by bed bugs

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was filthy, and had a funky smell. There was also no toiletries in the room, and it looked as if it wasn’t even cleaned from that previous person who stayed there. I would never say here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The room was dirty (floor, mirror, walls, baseboards). Lobby main counter had crumbs (?) all over it.

This room was filthy. The chair in room 225 was so gross I wouldn't even sit on it. It has suspicious stains all over it. There were holes in the walls and doors that were not fixed at all. The curtains wouldn't close all the way so I had to safety pin them together so I could feel somewhat safe sleeping there. The shower was dirty. I was going to take a shower but the towels had what appeared to be pubic hair on the towels so I just went dirty for two days. Trying to check out took entirely too long. There were two people working that just didn't seem to give a damn about checking people out and they kept wandering away leaving everyone standing in line, no communication. The only positive thing I can say.. there were no bed bugs. Or bugs of any kind, actually. The microwave didn't work. Half of the outlets don't work. I found two outlets that worked. I walked down to sunny teriyaki for dinner and was harassed by a homeless woman all up and down the street. I wouldn't say I felt unsafe with her following me yelling nonsense, but it was annoying. Never again. I would never again stay here.

Stayed in two different rooms on two different nights. Both were pretty crappy. Beds were unstable/broken, rooms were dirty, one shower had the shower curtain installed wrong, and you could see daylight through the outside door. The tv in the one room did not work.

Had a hard time closing the door, gaps under door let in heat and noise, right by the freeway. TV was fuzzy. Fridge froze everything. No toiletries, no cups, no Kleenex. Bathroom door very stained. Shower curtain torn. Comforter was ripped; bed sheets were stained and had holes in it. Lampshade kept falling off, the holder was missing. I was afraid to turn on the heating/AC. Ice machine was not working. I paid to stay two nights but ended up only staying one, I could not stay there another night. Pass this one up if you can.

We stayed for one night. Our room was quite noisy as it was the closest room near the interstate. The TV reception was terrible. However, the staff was very friendly and transportation from the airport was provided.

The 1st room we were given was right on the freeway and was horribly loud. Had to ask to be moved. The 2nd room could still hear freeway but not as bad. The chair was stained and I would not touch it with a 10 foot pole. The front door was not flush when closed. Basically needed to be weather stripped. The lamp between the beds had nowhere to be plugged in. We literally pulled both beds forward and found no outlet. Why is there even a lamp there? The biggest disappointment was the complimentary shuttle. I called the hotel when we arrived to the airport to be picked up. Didn’t wait long but found out the shuttle was there to pick someone else up. Our name was never called to the driver to pick us up. What’s even worse, I put in a request to be picked up at 10am to go back to the airport. By 10:10a no shuttle. Went inside to ask front desk agent who was not very friendly. She supposedly called someone and said they just left motel 6 and should be here in 5 minutes. By 10:20a still no shuttle. I had to order an Uber to get back to the airport which cost me $20. I got to the airport just in time to get my transfer to the cruise. A few minutes later I would’ve missed my transfer. I booked this hotel specifically for the complimentary shuttle which was non-existent. Very disappointing experience. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

One staff member was friendly and able to help fix a problem, two others were not. The room needs to have instructions on how to use the TV! It was a "Smart TV" with many confusing options. We thought we needed to input the wifi password but it didn't work. The night person knew nothing. The day guy the next day said select the antennae option, but that didn't work either, then he came to check and found the connector wasn't plugged into the back of the TV! A pretty big Oops. Wifi was awful at 1:00 a.m. When the TV didn't work I connected my laptop but couldn't play YouTube. I managed to stream a radio station. Night clerk said maybe it was slow because too many people were using the wifi! On the second night we followed directions but all we got on the tv screen was an endless circle. We gave up and used my laptop and were at least able to get YouTube. The shower was great, but it was really hard to turn on the water in the sink. Highway noise was continuous, should have brought earplugs. Had to request coffee pods, sugar and stirrer for coffee maker, they weren't in the room. A seam was starting to come apart on the comforter/bedspread. We didn't expect luxury for the price, but the wifi issues were a real problem. If you say you have free wifi, it should work 24 hours per day!

Love the beds, by far the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Outside needs a little work, but it was so comfy on the inside. I’ll stay again for that reason. Loves the sheets and fluffy pillows.

Room Exactlywhat you would expect at this level motel. Is it run down? Yes, so lower your expectations. But the beddings are clean, bedsheets clean, toiletries provided, hairdryer there even if not working - all basic things that are supposed to be there. Bathroom only had 2 hairs in it. Smells like smoking. The guy underneath our room would smoke outside of his room with the door open! Fridge was leaking. Hair dryer broken. Every night the entry card had to be reprogrammed - we'd get there late in the evening and can't get into the room. The place has paper thin walls. Our room also had a door going into the adjacent room - locked but doesn't make you feel safe. And the place DOES NOT feel safe. Some sketchy activity (women or drugs or both) happpens a block away at the traffic light. Sorry, but have to be honest about it. Don't want to comment on specific staff but I don't want to give them more than 2 stars. Wifi Non existent. If you rely on wifi when travelling, don't stay here. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of different hotels of various level. This was the first where we could not get wifi connection. 8 different networks, some for multiple buildings - none of them works. The person at the desk was completely useless. You can clearly see that the office gets decent signal. Everything else is deliberately throttled - couldn't even get map directions on.

Friendly staff. Room was big and comfortable. Parking was easy and alot of parkings.

Staff was very rude arguing with customers about breakfast, and as a customer asked for some extra towels he raised his voice and refused to give him what was needed. Customer explained if hes suppose to give reason as to why he needs more necessities and the front desk said yes!

The check in was very quick and easy, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Fair Bridge appropriate name. The stay was a bridge in our travel with overal stay was fair. On arrival in Seattle airport the Hotel transport took aabout 1 hr 20 Min at 830pm. After 3 phone calls to the front desk the shuttle did arrive.The driver had been on from 3pm and was astounded that he promptly picked us up within 15 min of being notified. I Believe front desk did not effectively communicate our arrival. THe breakfaast was the poorest We have ever encountered. Bread cereal and coffee one day. Yogurt and coffee the other. Ourshuttle to the airport was a 4 am. The lobby desk was staffed but the area was locked. Hence waiting for shuttle was standing outside . Nothing appeared to be customer service oriented. It was Fair service to briidge our stay. Dissapointed.

Check in process took way to long. Staff was not so nice . As we waited for our rooms heard the gentleman get in two altercations over the phone . He definitely needs customer service skills. Needs to learn to listen to the customer and not get offended when a customer express there opinion.

Checking in took so long outdated technology. Told them we needed a 7:00 shuttle to airport. They completely overbooked shuttle. Luckily we were the first in line to get on the shuttle or we would have missed our flight. When checking out 6.30 am clerk disappeared for 25 minutes leaving no one in office!!! When she finally did come back she left again to check our room for our $100 deposit return. The most ridiculous hotel experience we ever had. Oh and after waiting for a long time to check in we go to our room only to find out it wasn’t even cleaned! So back in line to wait to tell them we needed a new room

I’d like my money back. There was no one at the front desk two different times we tried to check in. Had to stay elsewhere!

Staff was not at front desk for me to get my security deposit when I waited over an hour and would have missed my flight waiting any longer. Staff was also very rude at checkin an housekeeping staff was rude

I was waiting a long time to check in because there was no one in the lobby. Then the guy said there was an issue with my check in so he had to help the other customers first so I had to wait another 30 minutes before I got a room. I was so tired and I just wanted to rest but this is what I got from them. Also the hair dryer in my room doesn't work. I told the front desk. The guy said he was gonna tell the cleaning people to give a hair dryer but I never got it

Good value for money and near a bus route. Facilities nearby to get food and the hotel supplied an adequate breakfast to set you up for the day. The best thing however was the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Also a bonus free shuttle to and from the airport.

We stayed for one night. Our room was quite noisy as it was the closest room near the interstate. The TV reception was terrible. However, the staff was very friendly and transportation from the airport was provided.

About 5-6 minutes walk from a bus stop, there is a bus straight to the city and a bus (one transfer) to the airport both of which are very convenient. Staff was lovely, room was perfectly acceptable though the keycards stopped working several times (easily remedied by taking keys to staff). Someone was always at the counter so can leave at any time, lovely breakfast. Perfectly nice hotel.

Nice room, easy to get to Riverside Trail for a run, helpful enough staff and somewhere for us to stay after a poor experience elsewhere.

Hotel was dirty, run down, and literally next to I-405 freeway. It was impossible to block noise from highway traffic. Fixtures in the room looked like they came right out of salvage. Minimal breakfast service.

We had stayed here years back, not a bad place, off the beaten path. Rooms could use a little upgrade on electrical issues and wall repairs, but I was comfortable. Convenience stores, food and coffee just a walk away.

Close to the airport. Nice lobby.

Very nice staff. The hotel needs to update it's maintenance and the area is a little sketchy. But the location is very convenient!

Location is close to major highway making the noise level absolutely insane. No restaurants around and difficult getting bus services to town

I love that you all provide Dove soap, but i wish breakfast was better. VERY Little to choose from juice was watered down by ice and no coffee at the time you all opened. For me that is a big deal, thats what makes my morning and day. Other then that we loved our stay. was

The bathroom curtain had black spots all over and there was a chocolate handprint on the bathroom door. The room was super muggy and hot and mg baby was crying for a bit bc of the heat. Also, we booked bc of continental breakfast before our race and they dont serve breakfast until 7 am.

This is a decent hotel and close to the airport. The room is clean but the bathroom needs a lot of attention. Free breakfast is a plus for the room rate.

This was a very good value for the money spent. The place was a bit dated and not top of the line. But I was comfortable and the rates were very reasonable. You will want to bring earplugs to sleep because of the noise from the nearby highway. The continental breakfast was a plus, though it would be nice to include some fresh fruit with it.

First of all there was no breakfast because the lobby was closed and you had to talk to the staff through a night window 24/7. I called the day before about early check in and was told I could check in as early as 9am because they weren't that busy. That it was no extra charge to do so and just tell the front desk that Shirelle said it was fine. When I got there at 9:45am I was told it was $45 to check in before 10am. When I tried to explain I was told there was no extra charge, I was interrupted by the front desk woman by her yelling, "I'm the manager, it's $45 before 10am!" She kept yelling that until I told her I'd wait the now 8 minutes until 10am, where she then proceed to yell at me that it was $25 after 10am for early check in. I was like ok that's fine then. And paid the $25 to drop off my bags before going into downtown Seattle. I was not trying to get my friends mom's car broken into. The room was full of holes in the walls from televisions being ripped from the walls, and needed deep scrubbing but the bed was bug free so we stayed. The walls need cleaning, repairs and paint, the bathroom had mold starting to grow on the ceiling of the shower, the shower curtain had holes and do did the bathroom door. The door looked like someone drilled random holes in it. The ice machine and soda machine were outside by the disgusting non working fountain pond feature. The water was stagnant and had trash in it, and had like a film on top. The rest of the staff were nice.
