Good overall. Hotel a little dated and the carpet a little dirty but quiet hotel and area in general. Staff were efficient and helpful when needed

A day where the room cleaning was done with no replacement of towels n our mini bar n tea bags.Not realizing it my husband shower n have to clean up with face towel. Room was dark n out dated shower still using curtains which is so cheap for Novotel when the rates are not low.

Staff didn't share the right locations. Directed wrong locations. Welcome drinks missing. They just kept quiet until check out time we saw a standing signboard abt welcome drinks for room guests. Room was not really clean and noisy when people talking outside the door, old which we paid SGD9guests.
