Maggie said how comfortable the matress is. I should have looked to see what make the matress is. Breakfast was good, bread is fresh, good variety to choose from. Car park needs to be bigger.

Helpful staff. Clean and modern room with usb charging points, chromecast on the TV and a great shower. You have to pay for parking as an extra on arrival. Breakfast was simple but nice.

First time I have stopped in an Ibis Styles and was pleasantly surprised, rooms are clean and well equipped good powerful shower and well sound insulated (next to busy A road). The beds were very comfortable and kitchenette well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful had everything to cater for every breakfast taste I had a cooked breakfast. Only minus point I would comment on was having to pay £5 for the parking. Staff very friendly and helpful, they were able to book a taxi for us for an event we were there for.

Was greeted with a smile immediately and told all we needed to know about our stay including options for breakfast, and the free tea/coffee machine (which I used twice and it was great quality coffee). The hotel is brand new and looks great, and the staff were very helpful. There is a small gym on site which I was going to use when I woke up but my pass didn't work and there was no-one at the desk to help- but I wasn't too concerned with that!

We love staying here on our annual visit to see family. Hotel always clean and welcoming, rooms have everything needed for our stay. The free hot drinks is a great extra bonus. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment

Like having a little kitchen in the room. It could be improved slightly if the auto-light could be turned off, and the cold kitchen tap is slightly awkward - you need to scrape against the glass behind it. I would've assigned five stars if they had got around to fixing the slow overnight EV charger in the car park - the hotel has been open a while now, so there's no excuse.

Thi hotel is absolutely perfect for me as a business traveller. Well appointed (the kitchenette is fantastic and has a full size fridge. The room is spotlessly clean amd modern and brand new. The bed is super comfy and a good size TV to boot. Will definitely be staying again

Comfortable clean room, in an ideal location for what we were there for, and friendly staff. Only minor irritation was the automatic light that comes on every time you walk by the wardrobe, I get up a lot in the night and it kept waking my partner up when it came on, so it would better if that didn’t happen!

Our superior room came with a very useful kitchenettte including microwave, fridge and sink with a useful selection of cutlery and crockery.The showeroom was large and clean.The automated sensor light at the kitchenette was annoying .When getting out of bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of night the kitchen bright light automatically switched on . I had to use post it notes to cover over the sensor to stop this.

Staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯

The hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me. I requested a refund which they rejected. The hotel didn't refund me and cancelled my reservation. I do not think anyone should get away with treating customers like this. Please inform me how to initiate a formal complaint.

A brand new hotel so everything was new and spotless. Really nicely decorated, quite funky! Great to have a kitchen area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Amazing for a budget hotel. Only thing was food is based around’Pieminister’ as they brand everything and whilst we love those pies usually, they are obviously microwaved and overpriced. There is a pub right behind the hotel though. Overall , highly recommended and I have high standards!

Very much enjoyed my stay. 1 night, business traveller. My only criticisms being the bathroom is very smooth/slippy when dry and when splashed, will be a hazard for some guests. My only other criticism is that there was no bacon or hash browns. My hot breakfast just felt rather naked without them.
