Things were clean and people nice, which was good, but bed was extremely cheap / thin, and air conditioner wasn't really working, so I basically got no sleep (naturally YMMV here). The shared bathroom situation with other guests thankfully wasn't an issue, though I could see it becoming one if folks all try to shower at the same time.

It's not a hotel, but just a house where you rent a room. In other words, it's advertised as a hotel, but there are 5 or 6 rooms in a house and the bathroom is not private, since it serves everyone. There was no remote control for the TV or the air conditioning. The manager very kindly tried to get around the problem and asked the guest in the room next door to give him his remote and leave it on a table in the living room so we could share use. The street is bad. There's a mechanic's shop in front of the house. There's a railway line very close by, and you often wake up to the noise of the trains. The reception is remote, you access it by phone and the person gives you the door password. I didn't feel safe. In short: terrible experience.

Imnot going to prrtend it's a 5 star hotel or make it out to be a 5 star condition house, so you can understand this review. It's great for solo or duo travelers on a budget. It's one of the best deals around fort lauderdale. It's safe, adheres to regulations, everyone minds their business, managers are responsive and kind. It's not a motel size, more like an airbnb, private room, 2 shared baths, easy walk to store or commute lines. Perfect for a layover.

It is a private room at a hostel-like property. The bathroom and dining/kitchen area are shared. The bathroom and shared areas were clean. The air/television worked nicely. Bring your own wash cloth and toiletries. The bed while fair in comfort tips in/down. Just needs a little adjustment. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again. It’s convenient to the Pompano/Ft. Lauderdale area.

This was a terrible place. It was so bad we left and would have slept in our car if we didn't find another place. I can't believe you would recommend this place. It was dirty with mold in the closet, the window air conditioner was melted. It smelled of leftover vooking.The pillows looked more like floor mats than pillows. One bathroom to share with 6 other rooms. Absolutely disgusting. I think a refund should be given. It cost over $400 to stay at another hotel that luckily had a cancellation.

Nothing is unique or likeable! I booked a room in a rooming house. Thinking it was an actual hotel. There was no tv in my room and i had to kill two roaches!!!!

I was shocked when I drove to the location. It was a house with junkyard outdoor decor. A hungry homeless cat begging for food, in his bowl ant ridden scraps una dirty bowl. I couldn’t even consider staying there. I reached the host. The home did not feel safe and I’d have to share a bathroom with others - I canceled immediately upon seeing it.

The pictures make the property look good. Upon arrival it looks like the slums. I encountered a few roaches. The girl next door to my room was streaming, I have reason to believe she lives on the property. It smells old and mildew like. I was extra uncomfortable. I didnt even stay overnight on the property. They will not refund. I can't believe they are getting away with this.

It wasn't what I expected... They were very quick to respond and help me find and understand how to access the building. I may not have understood prior to booking, but it's a shared space and only the bedroom is separate. Therefore, it didn't feel private. The walls are "thin" so every word can be heard no matter the hour. It was clean and nicely decorated.

Bed had hair in it, AC didn’t work, and they sent me the wrong room number to stay in so when I opened the bedroom door there were people in the bed. I only stayed 15 minutes and I was out. Horrible horrible horrible.

This is not a motel. The owner contacted me 3 hours before check in claiming it had been sold and that I could stay at another of his houses. Didn't have a choice at that point. You should absolutely identify air b&bs on your site as different from other accomodation types.

I made a reservation, arrived at the property, some unknown gentleman was standing infront of the closed reception office. The gentleman informed me that there was no rooms available.Mind you I made the reservation less than 1 hour from the time I arrived.

It took a few days to get a response from the property manager to get the Room# and access codes. I had delayed flights and didn't arrive until after midnight. Upon arrival the key pad on the front door was malfunctioning. After many attempts was fortunate enough to get the code entered and enter the premise. The rooms were not clearly numbered. Finally finding my room (#2) it was already occupied. I messaged the host and he gave me another room#. It too was already occupied. He sent me to another property that was better but still not a quiet comfortable sleep (light coming in the blinds, no curtains)

They "changed locations" after letting us travel to the address listed in our reservation and then never even sent the code for entry so we were stuck outside with our luggage in a strange neighborhood until an Uber picked us up to take us to another place entirely.

When I arrived at the property I was informed that they were full, with no rooms available, despite making a reservation about 2 weeks ago on here. Had to go and find somewhere else to stay for the night. Owner did not let me know anytime in advance despite having a reason (the current guest decided to extend there stay?).

It was a nightmare to stay there. Check in is non existent, no sign showing the place, no lighting, taxi could not find it. When we finally got in there was a couple sleeping in our bed. Amazing One of the worst stays ever I do want to give a positive review for the manager, who lived around the corner and had to be woken up, in trying to help us

We DID NOT stay there cause first of all there was NOBODY to LET us IN and second the place had GARBAGE in the FRONT and pile of BROKEN up FURNITURE as well as 10 cats that I got bit with FLEAS just walking around trying to find someone. The RAILROAD tracks are 2 lots down and across the street is WAREHOUSES with trash all over!! This is a POOR example for HOTEL.com to portray. I immediatelycalledhotel.com and I’m supposed to get a full refund!!!!!. We left there and got on Hotels.com again to find another place but this time we actually drove over there before we booked it and this was a hotel on A1A and Ocean that was closed with fence around it and they were redoing the pool that was emptied with water and there was no one around there, is this what I have to do with Hotels.com to use them is to check the places out first cause your advertising places that are closed and you can’t get into and that are dumps. Give me a call back if you need any extra information And also thee was a For Sale sign in front overgrown weeds.

The area is NOT Ft Lauderdale, but Dania which is just terrible. The folks outside next door smoking pot. The entire area is a gang location. The inside was suprisingly well kept but the outside looks like a war zone. No power cords or usb outlets. 1 room outlet, so bring an extension. Very pricey for what you get
