Great location, super clean, modern aparthotel. love everything especially the pool area.

Big pool area with 3 hot tubs overlooking the las olas area. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.

It is a lovely property with very helpful staff. The rooms are well sized with a very good kitchenette. The pool area has hot tubs, a bar, and a billiards table. On the downside, the parking was absurdly expensive at $45/night and the elevators were few and slow.

The property boasts a stunning design and prime location within walking distance of excellent restaurants and bars. However, the 4pm check-in time felt unnecessarily late, and staff couldn't accommodate an earlier arrival despite my request. The accommodations blend apartment-style living with hotel service, offering impressively spacious rooms but surprisingly minimal amenities. Basic necessities like drinking water were difficult to locate, and the pool area lacked towels, requiring guests to bring their own supplies for most amenities. While the front desk did provide luggage storage, the overall service felt limited compared to traditional hotels. The property seems better suited for extended stays where guests are prepared to be more self-sufficient, rather than those expecting full-service hospitality.

Flow is a great hotel. We stayed for 3 weeks over the holidays in a 2 bdrm suite. It was spacious, well appointed, clean. The front desk staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating. We loved the gym, it's huge and has every piece of equipment you can ask for. The hotel is located in a fun neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, walking distance to museums and performing arts center. We are definitely coming back.

Nice hotel but our view of the construction site across the street was ugly. The Hemingway cafe served good food, pool area was great.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The beds were very cozy and the amenities were very nice. The pool is warm and refreshing looking out over Ft. Lauderdale and there is a little cafe where you can order food by the pool. The hot tub was relaxing as well. The elevators sometimes took a while which was the only thing we came across. Overall great stay near many fun bars and restaurants and we slept very well!

Fantastic pool area and gym. Room was very large with a kitchen area. Great area, great bar on the pool deck. Only complaints is that it's right next to the train tracks (but with the doors closed it wasn't bad) and that they didn't clean your room as part of your stay rate.

Room was very nice, but don't expect any maid service, you have to go to the desk for anything you want. New sheets, towels, coffee, anything. You pay $40 tax a day for parking, but good luck finding any on the one floor you can park, as valet uses it as well.

Conpared to the motel 6 i almost stayed it this place was amazing. Floors could have been a bit cleaner in my room, kept getting black feet, and the AC cut out during our stay once or twice the room got really hot. But the view, the staff, the room, the location, everything else was amazing.

The location was great however you can hear the train every time it passes. It was extremely noisy between the train and the loud refrigerator we didn’t get much sleep. The wifi didn’t work in our room and there was no hotel amenities such as free water or breakfast onsite. This place is set up more as an apartment building. You have to carry the room key with you or you will get locked out of the hallways. The bathroom had dirty towels in it when we arrived and looked as though they were never cleaned. The only thing the places has going for it is location. Walkable to dining establishments and the river walk. I would not stay here again for the price.

Very Nice hotel; beautiful lobby and nice rooms! We were in town for 4 days for events at the Broward County Convention Center and the hotel was a 10-minute drive to the CC. Hotel located in a nice little community with several restaurants and a river walk within walking distance. Our view from the 19th floor was amazing, except, the building right in front of us being under construction and had a huge, green tarp covering it. Also, an amazing view from the floor that had the pool and a restaurant. The pool is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub the most . The building is a hotel and apartments, so residents of the apartments use the same pool, hot tub, elevators as hotel guests, but everyone was very nice, and we felt safe all the time. Trains were really loud while at the pool, but not very noticeable from our room, and it wasn’t a constant noise, just every so often. We didn’t like the extra costs for resort fee, parking, and $200 per night deposit, but we knew about the extra costs and the nightly deposit before we booked. They were listed on Expedia. Probably the thing we disliked most about our stay was, having only one television because my family never wants to watch the same things, and the common area where the television was located, there wasn’t enough seating for all of us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Easy access from airport to cruise line, local restaurants in walking distance, safe area, huge hotel room with full kitchen and great accessible bathroom/shower. Very Clean!

This hotel is amazing. everything was perfect and we had no issues. I didn’t like the $40 a night parking but other than that the hotel was gorgeous very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Everything was in walking distance.

The overall hotel was beautiful. The room cleanliness was terrible. Stains all over bedding, floors were dirty, and the room smelled like smoke.

Floor was dirty in suite, made our feet black. No chairs on balcony and food on rug in one bedroom. Beds were comfy. Pool was a mess but there was a party there until 4.

This hotel is so close to being great. The decor is lovely, proximity to downtown is excellent, but the noise is something else. The very active train line right next to it is unbelievably loud, and woke me up every night of my stay. Weighing whether it's worth just investing in some ear plugs vs. staying somewhere else next time.

Flow was everything and then some. The room had ample space, was not expecting to have the full kitchen. Loved the walk in shower. Will definetly come back to Flow.

We stayed in a junior suite with a river view. The suite was excellent and had all of the amenities i.e. washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator etc. Many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The only negative is that there can be a bit of noise when the Brightline train passes by. It did not bother us but has the potential to disturb light sleepers. Overall though a great place to stay

The room was not ready until 45 mins after check in because "housekeeping is backed up". When we got into the room two members of the housekeeping staff were sitting down at our kitchen table. No TVs in the bedrooms. The most uncomfortable couch where your head leans on a painting. Trains sounds like it is running through the building all day and all night. Early morning BLARING construction sounds. Broken washer dryer so I had to pack wet clothes to take home.

One of my favourite rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Truly a fantastic hotel, helpful staff, easy self parking & large suites. Large windows for natural light & a good sized balcony.

We liked that it was close to restaurants and shopping but found the furniture to be quite uncomfortable and it was very low to the ground and for older people it was hard to get out of. Definitely not enough seating for 6 people staying in the 3 bedroom suite.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was great location and the proximity to night life and food options were perfect. The room was really clean it just didn’t seem like the floors were mopped well enough. It’s not like a typical hotel in which house keeping comes daily to deliver new towels which considering the cost of the stay it felt odd having to request towels as often as we did. Parking was another issue the “hotel” is an apartment complex and we had to pay a parking meter in the garage of it which was $40 a day completely separate from the hotel fees.The front desk staff did a great job assisting us and suggesting places to go.The WiFi also did work in our room I’m not sure if that was a problem every guest experienced or if it was just our suite. We did have a washer and dryer so that was a MAJOR plus and the kitchen had everything we needed or could even think of that made making and reheating meals feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here just keeping those minor things in mind.

I learned that the building is a condo except for the lower floors. (1) Important safety issue: The shower has no grab bar. That is very dangerous. I was afraid to ash the bottom of my feet. (2) Each hotel room should have a phone that connects to the staff and desk (3)The hotel floors' hallways need adequate directional signage.

Stayed only for one night; the service was amazing from the front desk staff on all shifts and the room and the view was beautiful and clean. Loved it!

Dear Management Team, I am writing to report an alarming and unacceptable incident during my stay at The Flow Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Before arriving, I prepaid over $900 for my room. When I checked in, I prepaid an additional $400 to cover all incidentals and remaining balance. Despite this, I was denied access to my room and my personal belongings in a way that was humiliating, coercive, and completely unjustified. I am formally demanding a full refund of my stay, including resort fees, within 24 hours. In the middle of the day during the middle of my stay, after returning from a long run, I approached the front desk because I had left my key in my room. Instead of simply issuing a replacement, I was told that your team had forgotten to bill $113 in resort fees at check-in — an internal mistake I had no knowledge of. To clarify: I prepaid over $900 for the room and $400 at check-in. The only unpaid amount was the $113 your staff forgot to charge. I never refused payment, never intended not to pay, and never hesitated to pay for anything during my stay. It is unreasonable and insulting to assume that someone who prepaid over $1,300 would suddenly attempt to evade $113. I explained that I was sweaty and exhausted from running, my phone was at 2%, and my wallet, medication, hydration, and charger were inside my room. I asked to go upstairs briefly to shower and retrieve my belongings before returning immediately to settle the charge. This reasonable request was denied

Property was pretty and in a great location. It is a residence as well as hotel but really shows as a residence. The hotel sends a text message prior to arrival but does not send the front desk number, only a number for room booking. The parking garage was not easy to find nor was its exact location specified prior. Once parked a sign for lobby/elevator was found but no signage once in the elevator as to what floor lobby was, so we assumed one. We were wrong. Getting to the room there are many doors and once we got there the keys didn’t work. We had to go through multiple avenues to get the front desk number and someone came up w new keys. The check out text was the only one that finally annotated the front desk line. My point is- nothing was “flowing” at flow and there’s very few staff around. Our stay was short and we didn’t need much but it could be better and less disjointed

Very much appreciated the property’s responsiveness when we had an issue (AC wasn’t working). Sent technician at off hours for an overnight temp fix, then moved us to a new room when requested the next day.

Long haul to our room with our luggage lots of security doors to open with key card along the way. Nice place though but I would recommend for 20 or 30 somethings as that seems to be the crowd. Very loud club next door and loud train going right beside as well. The riverfront is absolutely a gorgeous place to walk and it’s right out back.

Flow was amazing. Very clean, spacious, eco friendly. It’s in a great location. Close to many restaurants and bars. Loved the walk along the water. The pool area and restaurant are also very nice. Would definitely return.

Rooms are so clean and comfortable, there’s a pool with restaurant and bar on location. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants within a few blocks radius. It’s a safe, nice area.

So many restaurants and places to walk. The riverwalk was a nice spot to wander. Super modern rooms and very clean.

Very pretty upscale building. Confusing at times. Lobby is not really on the first floor. It’s on the second. Bar left a lot to be desired. No top shelf. A martini with pouring vodka…I think not! Food was good.

Very clean, quiet and beautiful. Elevator service could be better and service at the restaurant prompter. Overall the experience was good.
