This place was conveniently located. Pretty central to most everything. Only slight issues is there’s some consistent traffic around it. It’s basically in the middle of a large roundabout. When there’s no traffic at night it’s quiet. So not that big of a deal. Only other thing is the pool, this complex is two buildings. In order to get to the outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub, you need to walk across the roundabout to another building. With that said, there is a decent size indoor hot tub in the building we were in along with a decent hotel style gym.

Room was clean and large, with a decently sized kitchen. Appreciated the Murphy bed, sofa bed, and large entrance. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Super centrally located. Only issue was the very small communal hot tub and very small parkade. Heated pool was colder than the other pools I’ve been to in whistler.

Obviously a ski lodge in the winter, this was a spacious and accomodating stay in August. The living area was open and vaulted. The kitchen was well equiped and had full refrigerator and stove. the loft bedroom was comfy and had a separate TV. The only unpleasant surprise was a $40 bill for parking in the downstairs garage.

Hello, I will first start off by saying the staff was fantastic. Specifically Ben. Unfortunately I was incredibly disappointed that when we showed up the hot tub was not able to be used. I had booked another hotel at another property before booking at Whistler Inn and Suites but cancelled when they told me their pool and hot tub weren’t working. We specifically came up to Whistler and to you property to use the hot tub and have a relaxing night as we were only there for 14 hours. We realize that the indoor hot tub was working but when we went to use it, it was already over capacity with roughy 9 men in it. I have screenshots showing that the hot tubs would be fixed by November 12th. I’m very disappointed. We loved the property and the staff and would love to come back but believe we deserve some sort of compensation.

Very nice stay and well kept room . Pool is always a blast but was under some maintenance during the stay. The staff was very nice as well as the other guest. Parking was nice and close in the same building! Great place to stay for a get away and will go again !

The room was not cleaned very well. And I found a piece of broken glass on the floor before my grandson stepped on it. The shampoo dispenser was nearly empty and was not refilled after we checked in. The pool area had trash and yesterday’s used towels even when the pool opened at 10am. I would not ever book here again, especially with little children. Just filthy.

Staff pleasant and helpful. We were accommodated in an annex with a cold wet walk to the pool. No dressing gowns available! Building, decoration etc very tired. Carpet dirty. Very, very small kitchen area and very poor cooking amenities. Pool are dirty and untended.

The room was stinky, when asked if the had deoderizer or cleaning spray they said they didn’t have any, the heater front panel was broken off, there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, patch work on walls to hide damage

The first room we were given had a broken toilet, so we had to move to another room. The new room had a half eaten dinner left in the fridge. As compensation, we asked for an upgrade but were told the hotel was full. The staff then told us the parking fee would be waived. Not a very good experience, we probably will not go back.

The staff was great, but the room had some issues. There was puke on the bottom of the toilet that was missed during cleanup, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the air conditioner was running continuously. After we manually turned the AC off, it poured out water all over the floor. I felt like these should have all been caught by housekeeping. We didn’t mention until checkout as we were only there for one night, but there wasn’t even a “sorry”. Just an “oh ok”. You can tell the building we stayed in was older, but they were trying to renovate. But it was like putting lipstick on a pig. For one night, it was fine and I’d likely stay there again just because of how convenient it was for location.

Good hotel overall. Right in the heart of the village; we had a loft room. Only issue was that the rooms are a bit aged. Going up the stairs and walking around the loft area was noisy. Almost a creak or cracking sound with every step.

Room was fine, although the shower is low ceiling, so if you are over 6'1 you might want to keep that in mind. There is no noise isolation between floors, so you will hear the heavy stompers wondering if they feel and hurt themselves, or just walked around... Outdoor pool is nice but not super clear. Plus other guests don't seem to have an issue throwing things in the water so that doesn't help. Soap was missing in all the hotel washrooms that we used (near the indoor hot tub and the one near the external pool) The little bit of the staff we saw at check-in and check-out was nice.

The room was small, but beds are comfy. Rooms are pretty clean. Can hear quite a bit from the hallway/ next door rooms. Bathrooms are small, but functional. Wallpaper seems to be coming off the wall slightly. Showers are hard to regulate temp. Parking- limited pay parking underground. Staff have been wonderful with trying to accommodate, but definitely something to be aware of. The underground parking is also very tight and storage for some hotel stuff like mattresses are taking up space in one of the limited parking spots. Pool and hot tub are nice, and excellent location. Staff 10/10.

Our Room is the Murphy queen bed. It is comfortable and solid. Surprisingly the big sofa can be pulled out to 2 separate single beds, better for kids. The room is spacious and nice kitchen.

We had a fantastic experience with the Queen Loft. It was spacious and the couch downstairs folded out into a bed. We also loved the kitchenette that was fully stocked. Check in/out was easy and the front desk staff were attentive and friendly. Parking was also very easy! The place was quiet. The TV had a casting feature which made streaming convenient and WiFi was reliable and speedy. Overall smooth experience with details that exceeded my expectations. FYI - all ski gear must be stored in a downstairs locker.

Upon checking into my room I found the loft has one queen bed . We however booked for super loft with two queen. I then went back to front desk and the staff however insist there is no two queen: only one queen and the second queen should be murphy bed downstairs in the living room. I told him I booked same superio two queen last Thanksgiving too ! He even showed me the website saying there is no such thing but if he had clicked to start actual booking process, he should have see that there is “superior loft with two queens” vs “queen loft Murphy”. I was shocked that staff has no familiarity with their own inventory types. He eventually found such inventory in another building a then we had to load every back back to cart, haul to other building and unload again . Quite an hassle yet this staff is never apologetic even after he found the inventory we wanted . We eventually got into the right room close to midnight . I should also mention some of the towels felt too old and stiffly. One of the towel even has blood stain.

Prima voor een nachtje. Het hotel is prima. De omgeving is niet echt mijn ding, je verblijft voor je gevoel op een vakantiepark. Geen waterkoker, alleen koffiezetapparaat. Zwembad met hem veel chloor, erg geïrriteerde ogen en huid.

Belle chambre, lits confortables. Chambre propre, sauf quelques petits coins dans la salle de bain, mais rien de majeur. Piscine et sauna extérieur. Pas de déjeuner continental inclus, dommage. Jeune homme à la réception était très sympatique. Ce qui m'a fait donner une moins bonne cote, c'est que nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir à payer 30 et quelques dollars pour le stationnement. Nous ne le savions pas quand nous avons réservé. C'est un peu insultant au prix que la chambre coûte.

Amazing location, everything is walkable and around food and shopping options. We also loved the amenities in the suite, we could easily cook pour own meals when we wanted with two grocery stores within minutes of walking. Highly recommend! Staff is very helpful and professional, thank you!

Great location, very central. Hotel is clean but pretty basic - no on site food options. Fortunately, there are lots of food and beverage options close by. Gym was well equipped and the staff was friendly. Very walkable to the slopes, shopping and grocery stores.

I really felt rip-off for being charged for parking and pet fees. This place overall is rip-off deal with expensive room rate with no breakfasts / on parkings included. They are goal ia to charge guests for everything how on earth you expect to come back.. HELL no . If I'm gonna pay for dam parking screw you. While charging me for my pet.
