Good hotel right in the village but on the quieter side. Nice outdoor heated pool, hot tub and Indoor hot tub option as well. Outdoor firepits with adorondark chairs for lounging as well. 2 min walk to lifts. Clean rooms and grounds with good restaurant/cafe options. Would recommend

Property overall was great, pool area could use some updating and cleaning. Was frustrated with parking, were told there was parking available for us to do ourselves, the cheaper option. When we tried there weren’t any available spots. We then had to use valet which was more money.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Whistler, the location is ski-in ski-out and right next to Whistle Village. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is currently (Nov 2024) going under an extensive renovation and most of the amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, spa) are closed.

The hotel is in a good location. The front staff was not friendly or helpful, even told them it was our first time in Whistler, did not offer any information. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony with a view but put us on the ground floor with a balcony with 2 big trees as our view, very disappointed. Had to call to ask for towels as there was only 1 in the bathroom, the tub has a huge crack and was covered over with some sort of glue, a old coffee bag was still in the coffee maker when we tried to make coffee in the morning. The outside of the property was not well taken care of, dirty. The restaurant staff were very nice.

Originally booked a queen studio with kitchenette, this room was very small with nowhere to eat, the layout was not great. It overlooked the bar patio which was very loud. We moved to a king studio which was much better, a good size with better facilities. The hotel is in a good location for most amenities and the gondola. Parking is quite expensive. The concierge was very helpful.

Everything was great, except we requested a quiet room in hopes to have some great night of sleep and sleep-ins, being away from our kids. However, we were placed in a room above the garbages and recycling and it woke us up in the morning… early. This has happened to us once before when staying at the Hiton, so we will most likely book somewhere quieter next getaway. Thanks.

We had a room with a small dining area, kitchen, two queens and pullout sofa - it was very relaxing and spacious for our family of five. Comfortable bedding, clean quarters and a sweet view of a waterfall from hotel behind us. We also enjoyed the pool and both hot tubs. The Hilton is also close to parks, bike rentals and all the Whistler Village shops. Perfect stay for our Whistler vacation!

My husband and I took in a quick get away to Whistler expecting a full amenities room for the $650.00 dollar night stay. The property is located in Whistler village not far from the bottom of the mountain. This access was wonderful. The property it self has as a smaller pool which was a little noisy and crowded. The room was clean and laid out has 1 bedroom condo. We were expecting a full kitchen. After a day exploring we just wanted to lounge in the room. I purchased groceries and was preparing a meal only to discover a fridge, dish washer, cook top and no oven. A little disappointment as I was hoping to cook a roast. For the price paid I would not reccomend.

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Walls seem a bit thin as we could hear a dog whining in another suite. Location is perfect to head up the mountain in the morning and then enjoy the village in the evening. Overall, impressed with the hotel experience and would stay there again. The coffee bar downstairs was also a nice amenity although we didn’t end up using it. Nice to have that option though. Pool and restaurant/bar looked nice too but we didn’t have time to check them out this trip.

mountain view obstructed, staff did not deliver requests on time, required several follow ups, fireplace has 1 firelog delivered good only for 2 hrs. requests for more firelogs on 2nd day and coffee cups we had to make several follow up calls. the hotel is empty. every restaurant was closed during our stay. washroom has no shower gel. requested for refill which was delivered late. breakfast or any in room order unavailable. we ended up ordering pizza delivery not staying at hilton again. very disappointing experience

The location can't be beat and it is clean and safe. But for a 4-star "Hilton" hotel, I expected more. The carpet in the room was unravelling in places, the ceiling and walls were in a state of disrepair, and the $42 breakfast buffet served lukewarm sausages and eggs. I wasn't even able to have the room I reserved and had to settle for something different. Definitely not the experience I was expecting and won't be coming back.

The poolside service lacked. The waitress didn’t ask people if they wanted anything, you had to flag her down and hopefully she heard you…more money could be made out there if the server actually asked people if they would like something….someone joined a family at the pool, I don’t think he was even staying at the hotel, and was drinking beer he brought which is not allowed per the sign on the door to the pool area. The restaurant needs to have regular breakfast options besides the very expensive buffet, I could never eat my moneys worth for breakfast nor did I want to spend $150 for the 3 of us for breakfast, that’s crazy, I would just like some eggs and toast but not an option.

Convenient ski valet, within 100ft from lifts. The only bad thing - to eat omelet/scrambled eggs for breakfast at their restaurant you'd have to order a full buffet for 46$. You can order side of eggs cooked "any style" but they only allow boiled/poached. That's a rip off.

We stay at the Whistler Hilton regularly. The hotel is beautiful and we have always enjoyed our stay. This time however, they were hosting a conference. The conference was set up right in the front lobby and down a main hallway that led to the pool area. It was very congested. Each time you stepped out of the elevator you were right up to the tables. There were times were it was nearly impossible to get to the pool because there were so many conference people mingling in the hallway. And then during their meal times they were completely filling the outdoor terrace and blocking the entrance to the pool. In order to get into the gate of the pool you had to ask people who were eating on the pool steps, to get up so you could get through. On one particular night, they hosted a party for them, which resulted in very loud music and obnoxious behavior by some of the conference attenders. In all, I would still recommend the Hilton, but for the price you pay, you might want to ask if there are conferences going on.
