Really lovely hotel ? Our room was at the back so not much of a view unfortunately , but the hotel has a porch to sit on in front on the first floor which made it lovely. Owner was nice too .. beautiful water and place to swim near restaurant. Service was a little slow at times by the pool , but August can be busy. Might come back , found it a bit pricey for just one night.

Great location, tasty and quality breakfast, and amazing staff. Room was a bit dark and facing the road and tavernas, although I book sea view room (I could see the bay behind the restaurant...). Near to the parking (free, public) and with own access to the water. No showers but you're 2 steps away from the room. Village is beautiful and well positioned for visiting Mani.

KaSeas Hotel stood out as as one the highlight of our entire Mani journey. Beautifully designed and built right on the water's edge, the sea is literally 40 steps from the front door. That kind of proximity to the sea never gets old. Our room was generous in size and well-equipped, with all the amenities you'd want after a day of exploring the peninsula. Breakfast is cooked to order with a lovely variety of choices. In the evening, the hotel's own restaurant delivers on dinner too, so you never feel the need to go far. The hotel sits in a quiet little village, perfect for an after-dinner stroll to wind down. Everything about the place invites you to slow down and stay longer. We will absolutely be coming back.
