Great location, easy to access… three bedrooms, three beds, two bathrooms… four towels for a weeks stay. Host kept in contact up to point we told them the beach access was expired and had to pay our own way in to beach when it was suppose to come with house. Outside that house was cute well decorated house and stocked with everything your need for cooking. Thank you.

This is a small beautiful cottage. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood where everyone walks their dogs and waves along the way. You enter the house ( 6 stairs) into the livingroom. There is a small couch and 2 wicker chairs and a small swivel chair. From the front door you can see the livingroom, small dining area, almost the whole kitchen and the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The kitchen has a large island and small counter tops. The appliances are nice. And there is a beautiful view of the marsh out a big window. You can also see the marsh from a side window in the livingroom and from the bedrooms. The main bathroom is very small and dated. It has a full size tub. The master bathroom is smaller also dated. It has a approximately 3x3 stand up shower. We did not use this bathroom except for the sink which was the newest thing in either bathroom. I am handicapped and a bit on the larger size, and both of these bathrooms were difficult to use. The bedrooms were quite large in comparison to the other rooms. They were cozy and beds were comfortable. I guess the most shocking thing to us, is there is no back door. Yes, only one way in/ out. We didn't use the back yard due to all the tree limbs and leaves on the ground. The patios were clean but getting to the through all the foliage was unpleasant. This home would be a great place if there were some updates to the bathrooms and better yard keep up.

Loved this property! The marsh views were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet and super friendly. Very kid and dog friendly. Obsessed with the kitchen as well as the outdoor areas. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the trundle bed was apparently used as a dog bed. It was full of dog hair.
