Kein Eiswürfel, muss man leider nachfragen. Öffnungszeiten des Swimmingpools 10-20 Uhr - konnte früher öffnen und später schließen. Wenn man Kinder hat und nicht unbedingt abends ins Stadt möchte ist ein Swimmingpool eine gute Option, dennoch ist nicht besonders groß und es gibt wenige liegen. Sonst alles gut .

A sufficient accommodation in a pleasant environment, against the city center of Alicante. AC Hotel Alicante impressed me as adequate with room for renewal. Unfortunately, the accommodation was somewhat outdated and not entirely clean. Nevertheless, the room was spacious, the bed of good quality and the hotel had a nice location, right against the city center of Alicante. The swimming pool was very disappointing (small).

Hadde et 7 dagers opphold på AC. Vennlig personale, rent og stort rom, god frokost og fin basseng og bar på taket når man ikke vil på stranden. Stort pluss med spa (med boblebad og sauna) men treningsrommet er altfor lite, med et slitt multi vektapparat. Bra beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og stille om natten. Mulighet for parkering på hotellets egen parkeringshus i kjeller, 16 euro pr. døgn. Kommer garantert til å bo på AC ved neste anledning

Die Betten waren gut. Aber es war keine schöne Aussicht. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist etwas klein und es gibt kein Sonnenschutz. Das Einchecken hat viel zu lange gedauert und die Garage ist nervig klein.

Easy to get to from airport bus, easy to walk into town/harbour/beach. Nice reception area and very clean room. Slightly smoky smell in room when we arrived, but this soon disappeared. Would have liked more flexibility for checking out when have a later flight (i.e. to be able to use the facilities/pool for the day/have a shower room available).

Review of AC Hotel Alicante I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Alicante and had a mixed, but generally positive, experience. The lobby area is quite nice and modern, though it does get very crowded during the day. The parking lot at first looks a bit intimidating, but it was surprisingly simple to navigate, even with my SUV. The rooms were clean, but I had a couple of issues with the air conditioning. The AC in my first room was not working at all, but the staff was quick to move me to a new room. In the second room, I noticed a very dirty filter which was causing a foul odor. I requested that it be cleaned, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The smell eventually seemed to go away, or I just got used to it. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. Overall, I think this is a good property, but it could be great with some minimal maintenance improvements, especially with the air conditioning.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – friendly and helpful throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection. The pool is on the smaller side but very nice and well-maintained. The only slight downside is the location – it’s a bit far from Alicante city centre, but only a €6 taxi ride or a 20-minute walk. Overall, a great experience however, a little too far out for us.

Keurig hotel voor een nette prijs. Fijne bedden en kamer was groot genoeg - niet enorm. Badkamer was prettig en schoon. Enige minpuntje was dat de airco/kachel niet lager kon dan 17 graden en de thermostaat het toch een stuk warmer maakte. Gelukkig kon hij uit en het raam open.

Very, very slow check on with trainee, being supervised. Given check-in paperwork in Spanish despite UK passport, had to ask for English. Building site next outside room 302. Despite green lights on sockets, USB and power sockets didn't charge in the far right of room. Channels 1-60 and not a single in English. Not suitable for international travellers based on above.

My father and I stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast manager has been really nice and the Fronk desk has also been nice in terms of guiding us for restaurants and places to visit around the area. If you want to go out of town use the bus for confort and not the tram

The hotel was lovely however we arrived at 11.00 am couldn’t get in room til 3 wasn’t allowed to use the pool on arriving or leaving because we checked out at 12 On arrival we being served but then another customer came who was checking out and they asked if they could serve him first The shower in the room was terrible no power at all for a 5 star hotel The pool area shut at 8 so couldn’t go to to the. Roof top and have a drink on an evening I have stayed at the hotel in Malaga and the pool area was open all evening So very disappointed

This is a lovely hotel, very modern, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again apart from one thing. The staff at the breakfast buffet every morning were shocking. They stand around talking to each other and leave tables uncleared for long periods. When you ask for anything you feel like you are an inconvenience to them and they are so abrupt. This spoilt my stay at the hotel.

Ideal para quem quer estar perto do Centro mas ao mesmo tempo longe do burburinho. O Centro está a 10 minutos de caminhada. Confortável, limpo, com excelente café da manhã. Ao lado ha Avenida e terminal de onibus e também está perto de uma das unidades do Corte Inglês. Fui a negócios e valeu a pena porque fica exatamente a meio caminho entre o Centro e o local que precisava ir todos os dias.
