The Location was great, the staff where great, the facilities where great, most expensive pint in Airlie Beach. Swimming pool was too small and was never in the sun, so no one used it.

Lovely location, walk to beach, lagoon, shops, restaurants, cafes. Very noisy Pub downstairs, music on high day and night. Especially bothersome as the pool area was bombarded with load music all day. Pity.

Always good to stay at Airlie Beach Hotel once again. Close to Restaurants and great music events at The Pub. The only thing missing was a table next to the comfy chair to put one's drinks on.

The best location hôtel as there is no transportation there , close to the marina for the tours , and close to the beach and on the main street . The restaurant is great with a live band. The room are also perfect !!

Great hotel for the price. We stayed in an ocean side room which had views over the water. It was clean and comfortable and located walking distance to everything we needed. I appreciated the chilled water provided and staff were there for us immediately when TV had an issue. Will definitely stay again.

Room was not what we would call clean when we find hairs from the previous occupants on the sides of the bath!! We checked in late so they had plenty of time to clean it. Would not call them over friendly at check in and was noisy too. Area around the hotel offered great places to eat.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Der Balkon ist groß und man hat Blick aufs Meer, auch wenn eine Straße dazwischen liegt, stört es wenig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Great location , spacious room and balcony . I stayed in the deluxe suite overlooking the Whitsundays. Music from the pub downstairs was awesome and created a good vibe. The shower was awesome and the bed very comfortable annd clean . Only thing I’d fault was the cheap balcony furniture.

This was a great place to stay in Airlie beach. Staff were friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The only downside to our room was that it’s located right beside the delivery area for the liquor store, and so there was beeping from machines starting at 7am going all morning. Also, a huge flood light outside our room that the window blinds didn’t even block out. If you’re sensitive to noise and want a good sleep, this property is not for you. Otherwise it’s great!

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, used glasses & coffee cups left in the bathroom, floor not vacuumed. Reception staff excellent & shuttle bus driver really knowledgeable & friendly. We were sworn at by staff down stairs when we were asked to move inside when watching the big screen. He was rude & it wasn’t necessary, we’d just arrived at the venue. Needless to say we didn’t go back.

first impressions the hotel looks very good I receive an email to confirm booking which shows now a different price to what we paid and a 2pm check in I now ring three days to arriving to check the booking, I asked about the cost and the early check in I am told the costing is a mix up and the early check in wasn't part of the check in I asked if they can go back to the email dated the the 5/7/25. In that email it is agreed on the time of arrival and the cost email resent back to me all DONE! I get another email one day out with the wrong info, so I just wait till the 18/10/25 ,checkin day. Upon arrival the room 2 isn't ready and there is no document to say we are coming in early. Then the paperwork is found and all is good They ring housekeeping to asked if the room is ready? Housekeeping said they have nothing for that room to be ready early but room 5 has been finished so it now room 5 not 2 as its not ready the room in general is good the beds are very comfortable. the shower roof has paint peeling mould and in general for $299 a night maybe a 2 start motel I don't think we could recommend this hotel for accommodation to our friends

The front desk closes at 8 pm and only opens at 7 am which was a big inconvenience. It’s a clean but bare bones hotel… no breakfast at the hotel, so you need to go to a cafe close by

Great location right across from Airlie Beach. The beach isn’t much though. But everything is walkable and there are dining options everywhere. Just so you know, when you’re looking at the map, the town is only about five blocks long. This hotel is essentially at one end of town.

Great location in Airlie Beach - walkable to the main downtown, and only a short walk over to the Marina and Coral Sea area as well. 'Ocean view' room views can be partially blocked by the large overhang from the restaurant below, but otherwise a lovely place to stay that offers nice rooms, daily housekeeping, and a small, quiet pool in the back.

Room was in a separate building out near the pool. The room was very basic and thus overpriced. Had a meal in the front bar area. My $50 steak was overcooked, chips were poor quality and buffet was not appetising. Will never each there again.

The staff were friendly & helpful both at check-in and chrck-out. The hotel is dated & is need of a bit of TLC and a good clean. The room had a funny smell, theres a plant in the room that attracted flys, which felt a bit odd to have a plant in the first place. There are no safes in the room, you could leave stuff at the reception but I decided to keep my valuables (such as passport) on me at all times. Also there is no security locks on the door. There is a pub connected to the hotel which thankfully I never heard any noise from the pub, was handy to grab dome dinner after a long day's travelling but was quite busy. The staff gives this hotel credit but does need a refurbished. The hotel is in a great location.
