Clean spacious room, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean Breakfast was really nice and lots of choice Great location, couple of minutes from Amsterdam Central Station, shops and restaurants and Dam Square I would definitely stay here again

Our stay at the Park Victoria Hotel Amsterdam was truly exceptional and became one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—perfectly central, with incredibly easy access to transportation, museums, canal rides, and all the major sights. It made exploring Amsterdam effortless and enjoyable. What really set this hotel apart, though, was the outstanding staff. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. A special mention goes to the lovely lady at the host check‑in desk for the included breakfast. Her warmth and friendliness each morning made us feel right at home and set such a positive tone for the day. I also want to extend heartfelt thanks to Sara, who noticed from my husband’s passport that it was his birthday. She went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful birthday greeting and a delicious dessert delivered to our room. It was such a memorable and personal touch. And finally, Morena deserves recognition for her kindness and professionalism during our checkout. She assisted me with purchasing the book about the hotel’s history and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care were truly appreciated. Our room was wonderfully spacious—a delightful surprise, especially since we had just come off a river cruise. Great hotel- breakfast was terrific and pool was wonderful!

Check in and out was very nice! The lighting in room was very dark. Did not clean the room very well! Should give bottles of f water every day for how expensive the hotel is. The refrigerator did not work very well.
