The beds where horrible, you heard people from the outside and inside like they were in the room. Thank god for noise cancelling headphones. The only positive was the central location

The room was snug, not much space to move around. The shower was amazing. It is on a public street so can be noisy all night long The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The room was smaller than we expected, but the bed were good and clean. It's noisy, we hear the other rooms sometimes, the water ( toilet and shower when it comes in the pipes ) and the outside. Not for light sleepers. Otherwise it was clean.

Excellent location and lovely staff, right in the heart of things. However, unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues, or having to get luggage up narrow / steep flights of stairs. Rooms are clean, but very basic and small. No dining or bar facilities on the premises, although a 10% discount is offered at a nearby restaurant.
