Hotel ligt dicht met een directe buslijn bij de Arena, circa 15 minuutjes, Gratis parkeren. Kamers zijn niet groot maar schoon. Je mist wel een Airco. Ontbijt is zeer goed en niet duur. Prijs hotel is zeer schappelijk evenals de prijzen in de bar. Personeel was top en supervriendelijk.

Het was heel dicht bij het park waar het festival was. Ideaal. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats is. Goed ontbijt en een prima kamer, simpel, maar schoon. Wel een scheur in het plafond.

Uitstekende optie voor een bezoek aan Amsterdam. Gratis parkeren, metro op loopafstand, gaat rechtstreeks naar centrum van de stad. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.

This property is more motel style than hotel, with an added restaurant, which I didn’t need to use, so can’t comment on that. It’s perfectly good for somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep, if you are not looking for additional facilities, but with the added bonus of free parking and easy access to the motorway network to take you into various parts of Amsterdam.

Great location, a stones throw away from the metro which takes you to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 mins. Rooms were great, we had 4 rooms in total, 1 of them was upgraded to their new superior rooms which was lovely but even their standard rooms were great, only difference between the standard and superior was larger tv, larger bed, nicer flooring and a rainfall shower. The bar area was lovely and overall we had a great stay

Een heel mooi hotel en echt naast de metro gelegen. Met een half uur zat je in het centrum van Amsterdam. En super dat je er gratis kon parkeren. Mooie bar en ontbijt ruimte. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Voor herhaling vatbaard.

We booked this hotel for the convenience of being very close to the park where the Reggae Lake festival was being held. It is very basic, no air conditioning in the rooms (I asked for a fan, which was provided), the bar and lounge area are nice, however, the bedrooms need some attention. The bathroom needs an extractor. The shower was decent, but the cubicle also needs work. The room is not well lit. The window sill had marks on them which appeared to be mold but I cannot be sure as I just kept the curtain closed At the time we stayed there they had an issue with mosquitos. They had a notice saying they had spray for the rooms, but when I asked for some was told they had none left. We requested our room to be cleaned but when we got back to our room later in the afternoon, we saw the towels were taken and not replaced and the bed was not made. We had to go to reception to let them know and request towels. Over the weekend they had a sign in reception saying the bar would be opened till 1 am. It was before midnight on Sunday night, we went to order a drink and were told the bar is closed, however, after we walked away they seemed to serve someone else.

Leider waren das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer nicht sauber. Haare im Bad, Flecken an den Wänden im Bereich der Handtuchhalterung, sodass die Handtücher damit in Berührung kommen. Kissen und Bettdecke waren wohl frisch bezogen, aber darunter tiefe gelbe alte Schweiß- und Blutflecken. Das Frühstück war gut angerichtet und wirklich ausreichend. Prima war der nahegelegene See mit schöner Naturlandschaft und der kurze Fußweg zur Metro.

Stayed here to go to a concert at Johann Cruiff Arena. Rooms were quite small but very clean and modern. Right beside Metro line and 15/20 mins takes you to Centraal station. 2 metros home from arena. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Despite instructions to leave towels in the sink (if you want them changed/cleaned), we repeatedly found that our used towels hadn't been changed. We stayed one week, and the linens had also not been changed for several days (instead the duvet and pillow covers had been turned inside/out and upside/down a couple of times) Wifi connection was also very slow. apparently reliable (it didn't outright disconnect us), but it was actually good enough only for loading a few simple pages

El Hotel se encuentra a las orillas de la ciudad pero se puede tomar el bus o el metro para trasladarse a cualquier parte. El desayuno es bueno, limitado pero para todos los gustos, es buena opción para quienes gustan de levantarse temprano además de que en Holanda generalmente los establecimientos de comida abren más tarde y tomando en cuenta que prácticamente todos los museos cierran a las 5, es mejor aprovechar el tiempo desde que abren y después buscar algo que comer. Frente a la parte trasera del hotel hay un parque público llamado Gaasperplas, vale la pena dar una caminata por la mañana o por la tarde en esta bonita zona boscosa. Desgraciadamente la limpieza en la habitación dejó mucho que desear, hay arañas y telarañas en los rincones. La habitación no tiene buena ventilación, olía mucho a humedad y era caliente por la noche. El baño está mal hecho, falta un extractor con más potencia ya que la humedad favorece la aparición de hongos y moho. También hay una zona del plafón dañada por la humedad. Los dos primeros días nos dejaron sin toallas. Es un hotel "económico" en dónde una gran ventaja es no tener que compartir el baño, me parece que podrían mejorar sus instalaciones. El personal ok, nadie fue grosero pero tampoco muy amables. Recomiendo este hotel si buscas un lugar tranquilo y más económico dónde hospedarte en Amsterdam.

Sehr gute Lage und schnelle Anbindung zur Metro. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden ! Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, denn überall an den Wänden klebten zerquetschte Moskitos, welche nicht vom Vorgänger entfernt wurden. Nur 1 Handtuch ist auch etwas zu wenig gewesen.

Er was geen airco op onze kamer, vanwege het warme weer moesten we met het raam open slapen. Daardoor konden we het horluik niet laten zakken, zodat we veel last hadden van de verlichting op de parkeerplaats. Achteraf gezien hadden we liever een kamer met airco geboekt. De laatste dag werd onze kamer niet schoongemaakt, ook ontbraken er de badhanddoeken. De diners waren uitstekend, ook de service was prima.

De laatste dag werd onze kamer niet schoongemaakt, ook ontbraken er de badhanddoeken. De diners waren uitstekend, ook de service was prima.

Staff were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful with every request. They even served us dinner 30 mins before the menu officially opened(our mistake for not checking the time). Only concern was with security due to being on the ground floor of the motel style apartment. Also the blinds/curtains did not invoke confidence in privacy. Other than that it was a perfect get away and would highly recommend.

Chambre très sombre, petite, propreté moyenne, pas de minibar, pas de climatisation. Points positifs : parking gratuit et arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel pour rejoindre en +/- 10 minutes le stade Johan Cruijff Arena.

Das Campanile Hotel würde in den USA nicht als Hotel sondern eher als Motel bezeichnet werden. Die Zimmer sind über einen Flur an der Hausseite zu erreichen. Unser Schlafzimmer war klein und nicht sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wohlfühlen war hier nicht angesagt. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr klein. Dennoch war bis auf einen Schrank alles da: Bett, Mini-Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, TV, Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das beste am Campanile war das Frühstück. Auch der Frühstücksraum war deutlich einladender und gemütlicher gestaltet als das Zimmer. Die Dame, die das Frühstück gestaltete, war sehr freundlich. Die Bewertung wäre etwas besser gewesen, wenn wir hier nicht fast 400€ für zwei Nächte hatten bezahlen müssen. Verglichen mit vielen anderen Hotels, die wir besucht haben, wäre die Hälfte davon wohl tatsächlich angemessen gewesen.

Our stay at your hotel was mostly positive, thanks to the welcoming and professional night staff who made us feel comfortable. However, our experience was significantly impacted by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the Guest Service Manager, Lisbeth. From the moment we arrived, her attitude was cold and unfriendly, as if she owned the hotel and we were staying there for free. On the first day, Lisbeth wrongly accused us of needing to vacate our room, despite us booking an extra day. She insisted we leave until finally checking the system, only to realize it was her mistake. Holidays are meant for relaxation, and when you have staff like this who accuse guests without verifying facts, it completely ruins the experience. The next day, after extending our stay, we requested the room to be refreshed. Lisbeth shockingly informed us that it wasn't necessary to clean the room or change the bedspreads, even if we stayed longer. As paying guests, we were entitled to basic housekeeping, but she was dismissive and rude. While the rest of the staff were excellent, Lisbeth’s constant rudeness and lack of professionalism overshadowed our stay. I strongly feel,Lisbeth needs serious training in customer service as her current approach is unacceptable and damaging to guest experiences especially when her role is a.Manager in a hospitality sector. Bij een bezoek aan Amsterdam of een concert in Ziggo of AFAS is dit hotel een prima plek om te verblijven. De kamers zijn klein maar schoon en compleet. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en de hoeveelheid voedsel wordt regelmatig gecontroleerd, dus altijd voldoende aanwezig. Dat is veel andere hotels wel anders. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de snelweg A9, maar er is geen lawaai omdat er een tunnel in zit. Het hotel is gemakkelijk te bereiken bij het verlaten van deze snelweg en er zijn genoeg parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel. Een aanrader dus!

Hotel ligt dicht met een directe buslijn bij de Arena, circa 15 minuutjes, Gratis parkeren. Kamers zijn niet groot maar schoon. Je mist wel een Airco. Ontbijt is zeer goed en niet duur. Prijs hotel is zeer schappelijk evenals de prijzen in de bar. Personeel was top en supervriendelijk.

Er was geen airco op onze kamer, vanwege het warme weer moesten we met het raam open slapen. Daardoor konden we het horluik niet laten zakken, zodat we veel last hadden van de verlichting op de parkeerplaats. Achteraf gezien hadden we liever een kamer met airco geboekt. De laatste dag werd onze kamer niet schoongemaakt, ook ontbraken er de badhanddoeken. De diners waren uitstekend, ook de service was prima.

Great location, a stones throw away from the metro which takes you to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 mins. Rooms were great, we had 4 rooms in total, 1 of them was upgraded to their new superior rooms which was lovely but even their standard rooms were great, only difference between the standard and superior was larger tv, larger bed, nicer flooring and a rainfall shower. The bar area was lovely and overall we had a great stay

Excellent location for attending the Toppers concert at Johan Cruyff stadium. Excellent bus and train service. Half hour train journey into Amsterdam Centraal. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. There didn’t appear to be much around the area but we didn’t explore it as the train stop is right next to the hotel. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel and the food was decent. We got badly bitten by mosquitoes so make sure you pack repellent !

El Hotel se encuentra a las orillas de la ciudad pero se puede tomar el bus o el metro para trasladarse a cualquier parte. El desayuno es bueno, limitado pero para todos los gustos, es buena opción para quienes gustan de levantarse temprano además de que en Holanda generalmente los establecimientos de comida abren más tarde y tomando en cuenta que prácticamente todos los museos cierran a las 5, es mejor aprovechar el tiempo desde que abren y después buscar algo que comer. Frente a la parte trasera del hotel hay un parque público llamado Gaasperplas, vale la pena dar una caminata por la mañana o por la tarde en esta bonita zona boscosa. Desgraciadamente la limpieza en la habitación dejó mucho que desear, hay arañas y telarañas en los rincones. La habitación no tiene buena ventilación, olía mucho a humedad y era caliente por la noche. El baño está mal hecho, falta un extractor con más potencia ya que la humedad favorece la aparición de hongos y moho. También hay una zona del plafón dañada por la humedad. Los dos primeros días nos dejaron sin toallas. Es un hotel "económico" en dónde una gran ventaja es no tener que compartir el baño, me parece que podrían mejorar sus instalaciones. El personal ok, nadie fue grosero pero tampoco muy amables. Recomiendo este hotel si buscas un lugar tranquilo y más económico dónde hospedarte en Amsterdam.

From me booking i sent an email to stay i might get three an hour early so can i just wait at the reception.I did not get a reply and on getting there ,there was this elderly man at the reception who was very rude towards my sister and i. We stood there for almost 30mints as he appeared to be very angry...we literraly had to ask if he didn't notice us and if we could sit down and all he said was he was busy and had to attend to people. So we had to ignore him and go sit down as we were tired. But over all i would give it 3 out of 5 because other staff members were hospitable but the cleaner never came to clean our rooms for the days we spent there.
