This has probably been the worst hotel we have stayed in my entire life (and i travel a fair bit). It started with us booking a 25 sq my room and they put us in. 17 sq mt room and essentially said too bad. Second: for all five days and consistently, they got our rooms mixed up and last names mixed up with other Indian guests - sent me wrong bills, checked me out of the room on the wrong date and it was just a terrible experience, sent me a notice to clear the bill when i had already paid. Said they waived off my breakfast as an apology when i didn’t have breakfast even a single day, these guys were just plain racist and highly inefficient. They even sent my friend to a wrong room with someone else’s luggage breaching their privacy. Worst hospitality. Stay at the NH collection.

Excellent property in every sense. Great location (historic charm on canal). Central to everything. Amazing staff! Everyone was very helpful.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was knowledgable and assisted with several last minute reservations at great dinning and activities. Would recommend this location

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Each staff member was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and assist without even needing to be asked. The room was immaculate and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch, the location was safe, room service was fast (and most importantly delicious), and the courtyard was gorgeous. Can’t say enough good things, thank you everyone who made my honeymoon extra special at The Pulitzer!

One of the loveliest and most charming hotels in the world. Our stay was perfect, and the staff was excellent. I would go back any time.
