Accessing the property is difficult. Street parking is very hard to find, and the road design in Locarno makes it harder to navigate. The rooms also have no AC. It can be very loud at night to open the windows because it’s at the plaza.

Alles was prima, locatie, personeel en gezinskamer. Restaurant aan het hotel. Alleen balen van de parkeerboete. Receptie gaf aan dat het gratis parkeren was, we kwamen 20u aan. Dat klopt ook, maar als je pas 10/11 uur uitcheckt dan ben je van 9 tot 11 niet gedekt.

Great location in town centre. However, no Air condition and only one fans avaible for 2 rooms. Quite noisy street. We booked a room in the hotel but instead got rooms in a building across the street. Very expensive breakfast that wasnt good and difficult to find a healthy Choice in the buffet.

Pour nous cet hôtel est dans un état inconcevable pour le prix…. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas, on m’a donné une clé en m’affirmant que j’en avait déjà une… donc l’hôtel avait perdu une clé????? Insécurité du coffre Les produits douche sont une mini savonnette et du shampooing en petit sachet plastique…. Ecoloresponsabilité à revoir Pas de bouteille d’eau et pas de verre Aucune insonorisation intérieure ou extérieure, donc très bruyant Accueil mitigé , aucune remise en question du personnel

Le positif: un accueil très professionnel et sympathique et en français 😊 Hôtel très propre et bien tenu. Le négatif : un petit déjeuner très basique et très industriel. Les croissants n'étaient même pas frais 😟 Je veux bien dans un hôtel bas de gamme mais ici c'est très désolant. Ok ce sont les prix suisses mais bon ça reste vraiment à améliorer

The staff were friendly, and it was very central. This is 3 star so some of the amenities were a bit basic (uncomfortable bed but good pillows). Things that could have helped were chairs for the balcony, stronger overhead light bulb in the main room, toaster at breakfast). Convenient for one night.

Grei beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og jernbane. Manglet lyspærer i to lamper i taket. Wifi var meget dårlig og fungerte kun i korte perioder. Lys og Wifi ble ikke rettet opp selv om vi tidlig meldte dette til hotellet.Dårlig service og oppfølging.

Wir wurden an der Reception sehr freundlich begrüsst. Das essen was sehr gut und zum vergleich der gegenüber liegenden Restaurants dazu noch sehr günstig. Das Frühstück kann mann mit einem Aufschlag von 13.- dazu bekommen und bieted eine super Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer ist eher klein aber für den Preis völlig ok. Wer es in der Nacht eher ruig und kühler will, für diese Personen ist es eher ungeeignet. Mir persönlich hat es nichts ausgemacht. Dafür ist man sehr Central. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Vielen Dank für alles

Great location in town centre. However, no Air condition and only one fans avaible for 2 rooms. Quite noisy street. We booked a room in the hotel but instead got rooms in a building across the street. Very expensive breakfast that wasnt good and difficult to find a healthy Choice in the buffet.

Le positif: un accueil très professionnel et sympathique et en français 😊 Hôtel très propre et bien tenu. Le négatif : un petit déjeuner très basique et très industriel. Les croissants n'étaient même pas frais 😟 Je veux bien dans un hôtel bas de gamme mais ici c'est très désolant. Ok ce sont les prix suisses mais bon ça reste vraiment à améliorer

Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell'albergo, che pratica prezzi inferiori a quelli incomprensibili degli esercizi della città. Insomma, eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Wir wurden an der Reception sehr freundlich begrüsst. Das essen was sehr gut und zum vergleich der gegenüber liegenden Restaurants dazu noch sehr günstig. Das Frühstück kann mann mit einem Aufschlag von 13.- dazu bekommen und bieted eine super Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer ist eher klein aber für den Preis völlig ok. Wer es in der Nacht eher ruig und kühler will, für diese Personen ist es eher ungeeignet. Mir persönlich hat es nichts ausgemacht. Dafür ist man sehr Central. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Vielen Dank für alles
