Så fint hotell med perfekt läge för att utforska Bali. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Massagen var avkopplande och bra. Pool området var jättefint. Härligt att höra vågorna så nära. Vi är så nöjda.

The perfect spot to begin our vacation. We were travelling with 9 family members of mixed ages and this property suited us all. Within view of the beach with easy beach access and choices for dining out close by, as well as the hotel restaurant. Loved the bar at the pool for convenience. The room we booked for 3 people had the most incredible bathroom, extremely spacious with a large bath as well as a roomy shower and the toilet/bidet was separated by frosted glass, which worked very well for us.

The fact that I am 74 and had to walk 58 steps to my room which was supposed to be de luxe was appalling and all the money I paid I did not get breakfast. The pool area was badly in need of repairs and I even trod on a nail that was sticking out of the corroded wood boards. The room was okay but the television was so tiny. But the good news is that the staff were excellent except for the lady that checked us in.

The Grand Balisani is a traditional Balinese style hotel built around beautiful gardens and ponds. Some might say this property is a bit tired (and, to be fair, the area around the pool, pool loungers, etc could do with a bit of refurbishment) but we enjoyed our stay. It is well located on the beach and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Kamer was groot maar in slechte staat. Personeel was wel aardig. Bij zwembad zijn niet genoeg ligbedden en parasols. Aan het strand werd gebouwd dus was niet bereikbaar. Zeker geen aanrader voor deze prijs.

I was shocked that the hotel has no lift or ramp, but many steps to climb. Fortunately I brought my walking aid with me, and my daughter acts as my supporter. The room that I stayed over see the pool and sea. Was quite disappointed that seeing my condition, the staff did not automatically offer me a room on the ground floor. The water tasted salty. We used bottled drinking water to wash up. The hotel is definitely not friendly for wheelchair bound or people with weak legs. In my opinion, it is not safe for children. The breakfast was normal, not much varieties. The staff were friendly and courteous.

The staff were lovely however I was bitten badly by bed bugs on the first night. I asked for a room change which was given quickly. The new room was nearer to the beach however there was a digger working on the beach which started work at 2 am. No sleep or relaxation,spoke to staff who said it was a government contract and they choose their own hours. Very disappointed,stayed there August 2024.

Location on the beach is great. I have come to this property for about 20 years . It has changed profoundly and its hugely disappointing. The food is really poor quality. Some of the staff are jaded and not pleasent Guests are encouraged to use the room safes now offered in every room.the place is not clean , dirty plates left in open air hallways for days as well as empty beer bottles. We were also charged twice for a room , some sort of double booking error , sorry nothing anyone can do - no way to call or access Expedia /Hotel .com . The stay was super stressful and double the cost. It was sad and disappointing - My brother and sister in law joined us and cut their trip short forfiting a full refund for the days cancelled , they did not feel safe staying. I will not return to the Bali Sani - very sad for the longtime loyal staff who do remain under what seems to be shabby management .

They advertise as Seminyak, but it is at least 20 mins from central Seminyak in no traffic. There are not many restaurants or cafe within walking distance, and most gojeks cancel the ride when they realise the location. It is pretty much on the boarder as you approach Canguu. During the rain our ceiling was leaking, all that was done to fix it was a change in the sheets. The hotel is situated right next to a beach club which whilst convenient to visit and return to the hotel, makes it very noisy at night. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was tidy, but it could've been cleaner.

Old dirty mattress that should have been thrown out years ago. Would have been a great venue in its hey day but needs substantial investment if they want a sustainable operation. Literally operating on the smell of an oily rag. Luckily I was in the fortunate position to get alternative accommodation after the second night of my stay.

Gehobene, sehr saubere Zimmer mit super-freundlichem Staff. Auch der Pool und der Massagebereich sind ok. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die besonders herzliche Behandlung von Hochzeitsreisenden durch viele, kleine nette Gesten und Überraschungen (Deko am Esstisch, Torte, Rabatt im Spa), die natürlich allesamt ohne Aufpreis kommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich gut (man ist direkt in Seminyak und in direkter Nähe zu Canggu; Mari-Beach-Club ist direkt gegenüber). Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden aber leider Bauarbeiten am Strand statt, die vorzugsweise Nachts durchgeführt wurden. Nicht der Fehler des Hotels und auch nur temporär, aber deswegen muss ich leider trotzdem einen Stern abziehen. Sonst klare 5 von 5!

My room was on the right /north-side of the resort (rooms low to mid 100s and 200s); the music emanating from the hall/club, not affiliated with the resort, across the street (north of) from the resort, is loud and clear. It's becomes part of the background noise of the area, but is noticeable. I can sleep through anything, and i did, but any vacationer should take note.

I had a room that was so close to the Mari Beach Club that I couldn’t sleep for a week . The parties at the beach club went until 11.30 pm every night .3.30 am NYE. If you do stay there , request a room FAR from that end . It was exhausting and very disappointing. Room was huge , staff and the spa services were great . Hotel was a bit far out from shopping precinct .

Balisani was really nice, old school and spacious however we had a room near the Maris Beach Club which plays loud music until 9pm. Unfortunately this tanished our stay a little bit as we were looking forward to peace and quiet. Il Lido Italian food nearby has excellent food.

The new room was nearer to the beach however there was a digger working on the beach which started work at 2 am. The staff at Balisani are 10/10 - always well presented and very attentive and helpful! The grounds of the property are impeccably maintained by the grounds staff however I do feel like the property is starting to show it's age a little bit. There's nothing too major to worry about but with newer properties springing up in the local area it does make some maintenance issues stand out. The food and drinks are well made and delicious and appropriately priced. Would I stay here again? Yes but not for the 9 night stay I had recently. Terima kasih Balisani!

Location on the beach is great. I have come to this property for about 20 years . It has changed profoundly and its hugely disappointing. The food is really poor quality. Some of the staff are jaded and not pleasent Guests are encouraged to use the room safes now offered in every room.the place is not clean , dirty plates left in open air hallways for days as well as empty beer bottles. We were also charged twice for a room , some sort of double booking error , sorry nothing anyone can do - no way to call or access Expedia /Hotel .com . The stay was super stressful and double the cost. It was sad and disappointing - My brother and sister in law joined us and cut their trip short forfiting a full refund for the days cancelled , they did not feel safe staying. I will not return to the Bali Sani - very sad for the longtime loyal staff who do remain under what seems to be shabby management .

The fact that I am 74 and had to walk 58 steps to my room which was supposed to be de luxe was appalling and all the money I paid I did not get breakfast. The pool area was badly in need of repairs and I even trod on a nail that was sticking out of the corroded wood boards. The room was okay but the television was so tiny. But the good news is that the staff were excellent except for the lady that checked us in.

My room was on the right /north-side of the resort (rooms low to mid 100s and 200s); the music emanating from the hall/club, not affiliated with the resort, across the street (north of) from the resort, is loud and clear. It's becomes part of the background noise of the area, but is noticeable. I can sleep through anything, and i did, but any vacationer should take note.

The perfect spot to begin our vacation. We were travelling with 9 family members of mixed ages and this property suited us all. Within view of the beach with easy beach access and choices for dining out close by, as well as the hotel restaurant. Loved the bar at the pool for convenience. The room we booked for 3 people had the most incredible bathroom, extremely spacious with a large bath as well as a roomy shower and the toilet/bidet was separated by frosted glass, which worked very well for us.

They advertise as Seminyak, but it is at least 20 mins from central Seminyak in no traffic. There are not many restaurants or cafe within walking distance, and most gojeks cancel the ride when they realise the location. It is pretty much on the boarder as you approach Canguu. During the rain our ceiling was leaking, all that was done to fix it was a change in the sheets. The hotel is situated right next to a beach club which whilst convenient to visit and return to the hotel, makes it very noisy at night. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was tidy, but it could've been cleaner.

Gehobene, sehr saubere Zimmer mit super-freundlichem Staff. Auch der Pool und der Massagebereich sind ok. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die besonders herzliche Behandlung von Hochzeitsreisenden durch viele, kleine nette Gesten und Überraschungen (Deko am Esstisch, Torte, Rabatt im Spa), die natürlich allesamt ohne Aufpreis kommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich gut (man ist direkt in Seminyak und in direkter Nähe zu Canggu; Mari-Beach-Club ist direkt gegenüber). Balisani was really nice, old school and spacious however we had a room near the Maris Beach Club which plays loud music until 9pm. Unfortunately this tanished our stay a little bit as we were looking forward to peace and quiet. Il Lido Italian food nearby has excellent food.

I was shocked that the hotel has no lift or ramp, but many steps to climb. Fortunately I brought my walking aid with me, and my daughter acts as my supporter. The room that I stayed over see the pool and sea. Was quite disappointed that seeing my condition, the staff did not automatically offer me a room on the ground floor. The water tasted salty. We used bottled drinking water to wash up. The hotel is definitely not friendly for wheelchair bound or people with weak legs. In my opinion, it is not safe for children. The breakfast was normal, not much varieties. The staff were friendly and courteous.

I think this place is the best to beat the jet lag because it’s so close to the airport. It’s like a beach club so you have everything on site and then you can walk to nice restaurants for breakfast and latte art coffee.

Spacious rooms, great location in seminyak area. Lots of option at buffet breakfast though most food taste just ok. Hot chocolate has an extra charge which I find not ok. Billiard a bit broken. Staff all helpful and nice. Love the massage I got from their spa.

This hotel is disgusting from a hygiene and health perspective. It is extremely dirty, and the toilets are constantly blocked, not only in the rooms but also the public toilets near the reception. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. I was very disappointed and decided to leave a day early. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
